Location: On the the doorstep (literally) of a serene and pulse-reducing (literally) health centre, but only a short tuk tuk ride from shopping, bars, and the vibrancy of Bangkok central. Building: Recently renovated, it makes the most of an older architectural style by embracing the large open atrium spaces to the extent the fitout somehow manages to feel cosy and lush. (Particularly the Bittersweet lobby bar.) Amenity: Excellent gym. Pool area would be good if the high rise overlooking it was not currently under noisy and dusty construction. It will be finished… soon everyone must hope? Staff: 10 out of 10. The team representing the hotel is an asset. FOH, concierges and room attendees delivered a faultless stay — to a five star hotel level of service. In food and beverage, Wat, Jay and Nok elevated the offering. Despite the hotel being relatively quiet during the evenings, each of them made our holiday a pleasure with a professional (but suitably casual) approach to hosting. The cocktails were excellent, the food tasty and delivered with a smile and good conversation. The team’s personal interaction reflected their commitment to hospitality. Our spa experience matched the reviews of others on trip advisor. Well worth the price and better than a lot of other hotels. Outstanding trained therapists delivering treatments in a clean, soothing environment. The temperature controlled massage tables, generous volume of relaxing music and quality mood lighting during the massage is a step above many spas we’ve frequented. Zoe, Narm, Lah and Mea are a dream team. Overall, we spent over a month in Thailand at many hotel, and our time here was as good as any, thanks in large part to the quality and genuine hospitality of the staff. Recommended, and will return.

Fantastic stay. Location is convenient for shopping, but not so for public transport, due to frequent jams at the roads around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, very tasty. Service was great from concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and were fluent in English. Very impressed with overall cleanliness, even the lobby toilet was super clean.

Stayed in their Roselle Room for 3 nights. Huge room with walk-in closet, big bathroom, sitting room and 2 huge double beds. Although some of their wooden fixtures/furniture are a bit dated but the entire place is cleaned up nicely. Breakfast is quite standard - western dishes the same throughout our stay but the asian selection changes daily. The hotel should consider giving fresh fruit juices for their breakfast instead of mixture of concentrated juices. Their SPA is permanently closed. The porters in this hotel are superb and friendly - very helpful with arranging transportation. Location is really good - just across from Central Embassy shopping centre and a few metres away from the BTS Phloen Chit station. 7-Eleven also nearby across the overhead skybridge. Would definitely return for another stay in future.

Location was very good. Within walking distance via the overhead pedestrian walkway to all the major shopping malls. Service was good and I especially appreciated the premier lounge facilities which was quiet and had a great view of the city. I will stay here again if I visit Bangkok.

Staying in Park Hyatt for more than 5 times. The environment and services are as good as always. Everything is superb. Love the bathroom in particular which is spacious, with simple and clean design. Will definitely stay in the same hotel in my future visits.

Oleh kerana lokasi yang popular, lalu lintas adalah teruk dan kami sering menghadapi kesukaran mencari teksi. kami akhirnya berjalan kaki ke stesen kereta api berhampiran. Fikir dua kali sebelum memilih lokasi ini. 2. Lif memang perlahan dan SAKIT UNTUK DIGUNAKAN. Berbanding dengan kebanyakan lif di luar sana, lif yang dipasang adalah lebih maju sedikit dan tetamu dikehendaki mengetik kad bilik mereka sebelum mereka ”diberikan” lif. Kedengaran selamat dan pintar? Tidak begitu banyak dalam amalan. Kami mendapati diri kami kadang-kadang menunggu lebih daripada 10 minit untuk lif! lebih teruk, kami mendapat ”lif sedang sibuk, sila cuba lagi. Untuk mendapatkan bantuan, sila tanya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu.” mesej semasa ”meminta” lif. a. Ini adalah UX yang buruk. Tetamu tidak tahu di mana setiap lif berada selain daripada mempercayai anggaran masa yang diberikan. b. ”Lif sedang sibuk, sila cuba lagi. Untuk mendapatkan bantuan, sila tanya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu.” Sibuk?! Terdapat sejumlah 5 lif dan ia tidak dapat mengendalikan kapasiti pasca covid ini? Ada sesuatu yang tidak kena dengan reka bentuk. Selain itu, bagaimanakah kita boleh sampai ke kaunter penyambut tetamu apabila tiada telefon di setiap lobi lif? Adakah anda mengharapkan tetamu berjalan sepanjang perjalanan pulang ke bilik mereka hanya untuk membuat panggilan? Ia amat mengecewakan, lebih-lebih lagi apabila kita tergesa-gesa untuk masa dan perkara yang melambatkan kita ialah lif GOD DAMN Saya sangat berharap sesuatu akan dilakukan tentang lif..

Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

Sangat kagum Sejak berjalan masuk ke dalam hotel Ada seorang kakitangan membantu membawa bagasi dari belakang kereta ke hadapan kaunter. Tiba sebelum waktu daftar masuk, anda boleh meninggalkan bagasi anda dahulu. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah cantik dan melihat pelanggan dengan baik. Dan syorkan naik menunggu di rooftop untuk pergi berenang dan mandi dahulu Sangat comel Kami tidak bersarapan di hotel kerana hotel berdekatan dengan pusat makanan. Berjalan keluar dari lorong, anda akan melihat Monumen Kemenangan BTS. Sebuah lagi kedai serbaneka Century mempunyai 7-11 di sebelahnya. Semuanya selesa. Bilik itu benar-benar bersih. katil empuk juga Nampak selamat. Lain kali akan kembali untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan itu lagi.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. The Internet is very fast, which is essential for my work. The location is also very advantageous, very close to the metro and shopping malls. I will definitely book again in the future.

Very convenient place, walking distance to the city, surrounded with a lot of reflexology services. Hotel room is considered quite clean, however, a hundred plus comes without toothpaste and toothbrush this a bit disappointing. Beside this, I stayed there for 3 nights, I keep getting doorbell and phone call everyday in the morning for housekeeping asking… this really annoyed me.

Yes, sure we always stay there for long times and booking by trip.com, I think location is very closed to Big C and Central World, surrounding full of body massage shops, meals, cafeterias, especially car parking of hotel is okay 👍 but for my requests for hotel to have bidet toilet spray only, about receptionist, cleaner and security outside is friendly and helpful and we tips them as well 👍 we love to stay there 🥰🥰🥰

I was there from 08/Nov/2022~11/Nov/2022, my stay was good as the staff there are all very friendly, especially Zai. He help me on all my request and response fast. Thank you to Zai. There is another lady at the counter but i forgotten to ask her name, she is friendly too. In the room, the water pressure is very good, but the room soundproof is not that good as we can hear noises, knocking on door while inside our own room, overall is ok. There is a few sets of breakfast choice and it all taste good. The hotel location is very good as it is beside The Market, Big C and opposite centre world. There is a bridge that can link to platinum mall with a few mins walk. My sister said she would book this Hotel when she go Bangkok again and it goes same to me.

the staff here are very helpful and nice and will def come back again for next trip. and surprisingly the food is pretty good and the match promotion is a great deal. location is the greatest part and walk distance to big c and central world, great for shopping experience.

Great place to stay, nice staffs, clean rooms, light breakfast, complete toiletries with disposable slippera, near everything especially Pratunam market, hotel is in front of a bank with atms, lots of food stalls around, near 7-11, lots of indian food restaurants and massage parlors, not too far from airport rail link (Ratchapraprop station), don’t be confused of the Makkasan station as that is a bus stop, the Makkasan airport rail link is too far from this hotel.

Good location, good service, decent, clean and big room. 10 mins walk to central world, big C, 水門巿場 and 20 mins walk to Siam paragon. Nice local restaurants just downstairs of the hotel. 15-20 mins walk to BTS, air conditioner too loud, no kettle for boiling hot water, but the hotel provided one after requesting. 隔音 is weak, can hear the next door when they talk loud. After all, still good and recommend this hotel.
