Great location. Room was comfortable, but small with little place to put things other than the floor. Bathroom had a raised lip for the shower to prevent water soaking the entire floor. Free cold and hot water in the lounge. Fridge, but no kettle. OK value for money.

Located in downtown and Khao San Road, just 1 min to night market, bar and tourist area, nice location for various type of travelers. 24hours reception, the staff are really friendly and helpful, with a small cafe and restaurant, also very nice and acceptable price. I booked double room with balcony, price is very very nice, room is very clean and everything works well, WiFi speed is fast. Highly recommended this place for short or long stay.

Amazing room. One of the best room where I ever been. I love that style and sorry for my, I was alone. Great place for dating! Located on Khaosan, but rooms located in the far from road and doesn't noisy

The common areas could be kept cleaner. The lift was dirty always. The room was well cleaned, though. Cleaning staff is very efficient n friendly. June n kukai at the reception were helpful trying to do their best with the means. So was security chaloorn and moon. They helped push my wheelchair and were very kind n helpful all throughout my 5 months stay. The new reception girls n boys were friendly always with a smile on their face. Breakfast had a variety of foods, local & forign. Could be tastier for the price, though. Breakfast staff NOT friendly n unwilling to help whatsoever. Delux double very basic rooms, no wardrobe, only a few hangers. Bathroom shower pressure was very weak. No separation from shower n wc. Hence, the whole bathroom floors get wet while showering. It's quite common in Thailand. However, the premier room was way nicer and had a proper bathroom with a shower curtain. Cleaner Thow was very efficient with daily cleaning, helpful n friendly all along too. Didn't use the pool this time due to an accident handicap cuz, lift doesn't reach the rooftop pool floor. have to climb a flight of stairs and I couldn't this time. 2 yrs ago, I did, and it has a nice view of the area. Due to its strategic location, It's like the central train station GDL packed with people 24/7. I had to stay here for 5 months due to my handicap ♿️ 40 usd is too high. Step outside n you'll find plenty of street food restaurants, bars, souvenir shops n much more on the long Rambuttri street. Lovely ambience in the evenings. Overall, I would like to thank all the staff for taking good care of me during my 5 month stay at this hotel. I sent many friends to this hotel due to its strategic location. Would have preferred a good monthly deal due to a longer stay, but I was denied. Nevertheless, it was quite a pleasant experience with a few ups n downs at times. Took a star off cleanliness due to common areas n lift being always dirty. Especially in delux double lift to pool.

A little bit Hot but after 2.am, it's cooler and you can sleep easily. At this price, overall is Very Good

It's not my first time in Khaosan palace. I kike the location, the rooms, the bed and the pool. Even before I didn't like there is nobody at the bar, nobody at the restaurant...having such a view it's a crime, that it only works till 7 pm, but this time it was a real problem, because the rooftop didn't work at all, it was all closed for ther reconstruction. So no pool during the day, jo terrace for the evening..... and there is no sign about it before booking, if I knew about I would book another hotel. You can go to swim to another hotel, but it's on another toad and the pool is like a tumu pond

10 over 10! 👏 I’m a solo traveler and I will recommend this to anyone around the world. Accommodation is not just about high rise tall building. It’s about the comfy feeling of the place. The rooms are not big but it’s a nice stay. The wood lobby part and the staff is brilliant. The location is perfect. Not noisy but very close to Khaosan Road. The cleanliness and the food serving is reliable. The staffs are supportive. Especially Mr. Palcan the German guy and the Thai Pi Nook. They are very supportive to the visitors. They even helped me print my documents it’s free.. 😇👏🙏🏻💓Grateful here. Then I love the ventilation, my favorite area is the living area where you can relax. You will really fall asleep beacuse it wooden with shiny floor. 😃🥰 This place is execellent. Your little money is worth it the stay. Decent rooms with super comfy beds. Dude at the reception is great. Only downside is can be abiy noisy at later nights when some ppl dont know manners.

Imposing in its entrance looking out on a good view it is rundown yet clean with my room being merely functional small with a side window it is decent with a good breakfast lobby restaurant an charming but not very inspiring
