Much better than the reviews would suggest. Although the hotel has its drawbacks, such as the lack of a shuttle service and worn, dated furniture, it still serves as a decent option for a one-night stay. There is a 7/11 and local market at the end of the road. It's worth noting that the BOLT app typically offers the most affordable option for getting to the airport. While GRAB is available, it tends to be significantly more expensive.

Comfortable enough good size room with balcony. It is very convenient for the airport & short stays. The hotel operates a half hourly shuttle for 200bht. Staff friendly & helpful. Shops & local restaurants an 8 min walk. Restaurant on site, not the best food, but certainly not the worst. The service was good & the live music when I stayed was great. Swimming pool clean & well kept. Overall, exactly what I was looking for & needed for a short-term stay before leaving Thailand.

We stayed at the hotel as our flight arrived later into BKK and we needed a place to stay before meeting up with our friends the next day. For what is an ‘airport hotel’ it was quite far from BKK, luckily there is a free shuttle service the hotel provides to and from the airport. The staff were personable and professional. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and the facilities were good. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but saw there were plenty of options. There are some supermarkets nearby and a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel which was great for a getting a coffee first thing in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for a stop-over.

If you are a light sleeper or just want a peaceful place to stay between long flights, DO NOT stay here. The walls are very thin, the main doors to the main corridor that runs through the building does nothing to block any noise at all hours of the night as people walk by. You can hear people cutting their toe nails and your neighbor in room next door calling reception asking for fresh towels at 2:30am. The floors are not carpeted so you hear wheels and boxes dragging, radios of workers in the corridors at 1am. Radios, footsteps, conversations, kids shouting or talking loudly, you hear everything about your neighbors business. Unfortunately I wouldn’t consider staying here again due to the lack of sleep I had. Otherwise the breakfast buffet is good, they have a lovely pool, the rooms are clean, staff are nice. Would just be great if they made effort to limit loud noise after 10pm so you can get good sleep between really long flights!

Lokasi dan bas ulang-alik percuma bagus, tetapi walaupun Wi-Fi bersambung, ia terputus dengan cepat dan tidak bersambung secara automatik, jadi saya perlu memasukkan kata laluan, dsb. berkali-kali, yang menyusahkan. Ini selalunya berlaku, tetapi kolam itu tidak sebesar yang kelihatan dalam foto, ia adalah kira-kira 2 atau 3 kolam lebar. Jika saya perlu meneka, saya akan mengatakan ia datang dengan kolam cetek kecil untuk kanak-kanak. Terdapat sebuah restoran dan saya fikir ia agak munasabah.

I stayed many times at this hotel. I think it is a good choice as the MRT station Lat Krabang is not far away (about 50 baht with a cab). Also the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The last advantage that it is quite close to the airport and the hotel provides an airport shuttle.

Convenient clean friendly safe. I would stay here again! Staff was super helpful! This is the place I always stay the first night I come into Bangkok . It’s like home away from home. This was our 5th time in this hotel. Yes, it truly has something to draw us back. The rooms are lovely and spacious and is the only place in Bangkok that has a ceiling to floor glass sliding door that I can remember. Lots of light. The foliage is great, river views great. You don't really sense that you are at an airport hotel. It is very relaxing. The pools look nice (although this time we went they were both in need of a clean.) Sunbeds were looking a little dilapidated too. I think the ratio between price and what you get is good. But there is a but. And it is a big one. In the past there has always been a breakfast buffet. We always joked that it was the worst buffet in the world but it was a buffet. Now they have changed it and you can choose from between a few sets, 4 European looking. We chose the most basic of basics which was 2 slices of brown toast with jam and tea. This is what we got: White stale toast with melted butter and what looked like radioactive jam with camomile tea. They also didn't bring a plate or cutlery. My BF went up to the room, got a plastic plate we had brought, a plastic knife, his own bread, butter and jam and proceeded to use those items at the breakfast table. We also brought our own tea down in a flask. We laughed saying ”thankfully it was included in the price.” I also got a water to take some pills. Upon check out we were presented with a bill for breakfast, despite the fact that the receptionist the day before had said breakfast was included. We refused to pay. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in any corner of the world. They even wanted to charge me for water for medication. I walked out. In summary, don't swim or have breakfast, just sleep there, do the horrible walk along the insane main road to the shopping centre which is great and enjoy the ambience. Then you will be fine!

Excellent stay at Crystal Suites, not too far from the airport and transfer fairly inexpensive. The hotel is located near a small shopping centre with restaurants, 7-11 and a bar a short walk away.

A new hotel located just 10 minutes from Bangkok Airport and well worth the quick drive. Hotel has a free shuttle that operates 24/7 but easy to take a taxi if preferred. Rooms are large and very airy in a Scandinavian style. Rooms have chaise in addition to the bed and table and chairs. Unfortunately like many new hotels today it has that ridiculous design of glass between bathroom and bedroom. But on the plus side, at the moment it has beautiful new linens and towels, what a treat. The hotel feels like a resort as it is in a location with a lot of space so has the benefit of a very large pool and garden area which is unusual for a city especially Bangkok. This is a full service hotel with excellent restaurant that has extensive buffet and a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner. The pool has swim up menu and there is an additional bar and cafe in the lobby near the large gym and spa. Because of all its facilities this is a great property for a family I suspect.
