PPengguna TetamuIncredible service with very attentive staff. The lobby is modern and my highlight is the large wonderful pool. A short 7 minute walk to the middle of the city centre.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets.
The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

HHayleyWas a nice hotel with a good location and view for the price. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and gave us a walk through of what they had to offer. Although the storm shut off the power as soon as we got there they were right on to fix the problem

PPengguna TetamuStayed here twice within 10 days period. This is good location in Darwin. Garden bungalows give you a sense of being in the tropics. The garden bungalows could use a bit of a refresh (beds in the other section were superior and bathrooms fresh and new). But otherwise, it was a good stay.

CCorrinne Wan PingRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
