PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us.

TTAN EE HENGBest location near Esplanate , and easy access to downtown with walking distance. We enjoyed the best sunset view here. Bike and scooter rental service (Beam) can't reach out here and this was challenging when we tried to return.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

HHayleyWas a nice hotel with a good location and view for the price. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and gave us a walk through of what they had to offer. Although the storm shut off the power as soon as we got there they were right on to fix the problem

PPengguna TetamuPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
