Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's super convenient to go everywhere in the city. The room is very well designed and quite cozy. All staff are really nice, polite, & helpful. The hotel's cafe is cute and the breakfast there is also quite good.  The only issue that we faced in this trip was our A/C was not working on our first night and again on our final night. However, the staff was very helpful and very quickly fixing it. So our overall experience was quite happy. 

I like how this hostel located in the centre (Haymarket). It is very easy to travel to everywhere from here! Also, this place is clean, new and people are nice. I made a new friend with my roommate and we travel together. It was a legit choice, I would definitely stay here again if possible and I would recommend to others too!

The location was perfect, and there was two hairdryers provided in the bathroom. We stayed in a triple room, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. Whenever one person moved, the bed shook and woke me up. However, considering the price, location, and the helpfulness of the staff, overall it was a great stay.

Staying in W hotel was one of the thing that I always wanted to do when I was working around the Darling Harbour area. Everything about the location was great, especially during the night where the vivid event was on. Walking to the new Sydney fish market take only 20 minutes or so. Walking to QV market takes about 15 minutes, and seafood in Sydney is much better than Melbourne. Some great restaurants along the esplanade, and the cost of meal is actually very reasonable, and you would expect to pay as much in Thailand Bangkok. The view from the hotel room into the harbour is breathtaking 24 hours. I would wanted to just sit in the room and look at the view from my office desk in the hotel room. However, the service was subpar. Long wait for check in and people in the hotel front desk are not friendly at all. I have had better service at LV boutique and Rolex stores.

A very solid and practical place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfectly clean, a good size, and had everything needed for a comfortable trip. The location is very convenient for getting around the Macquarie Park area. Check-in was straightforward and the service was efficient. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist. Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends. Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr. Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt. Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren. Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
