Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

I like how this hostel located in the centre (Haymarket). It is very easy to travel to everywhere from here! Also, this place is clean, new and people are nice. I made a new friend with my roommate and we travel together. It was a legit choice, I would definitely stay here again if possible and I would recommend to others too!

The location was perfect, and there was two hairdryers provided in the bathroom. We stayed in a triple room, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. Whenever one person moved, the bed shook and woke me up. However, considering the price, location, and the helpfulness of the staff, overall it was a great stay.

Staying in W hotel was one of the thing that I always wanted to do when I was working around the Darling Harbour area. Everything about the location was great, especially during the night where the vivid event was on. Walking to the new Sydney fish market take only 20 minutes or so. Walking to QV market takes about 15 minutes, and seafood in Sydney is much better than Melbourne. Some great restaurants along the esplanade, and the cost of meal is actually very reasonable, and you would expect to pay as much in Thailand Bangkok. The view from the hotel room into the harbour is breathtaking 24 hours. I would wanted to just sit in the room and look at the view from my office desk in the hotel room. However, the service was subpar. Long wait for check in and people in the hotel front desk are not friendly at all. I have had better service at LV boutique and Rolex stores.

amazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!

My 2nd trip back here after having a positive experience back in Feb. Again it’s Harvey at Storehouse that made the difference. Excellent service and was well taken care of each evening. Room was comfortable and location is great, close to Chinatown and minutes away from the station. Will be back again for sure.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist. Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends. Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr. Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt. Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren. Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

Room is spacious, services r good, gym too small, the biggest problem is the noise insulation is really bad, its so noisy, u can hear cars passing by, all kind of noises are there, next door, or people walking on corridor, they must improve this. Its so disturbing!
