Located right at main road at Kingsgrove Station, only 14' from Sydney International Airport. Rooms have recently been upgraded, basic amenities but very modern rooms. 2 sets of steps to climb to 1st floor rooms, could do with an escalator. Bathroom could do with exhaust fans, facilities were clean and modern, plenty of hot water! You have to check in at the bar, which some people might find uncomfortable. Kingsgrove RSL is only a short walk away, through well lit arcade. Value for money will stay there again. Car Park for hotel is a bit limited!

I stayed at The Jensens and while the location is undeniably ideal, close to everything you need and in a vibrant, convenient area, the stay was let down by a major issue. The soundproofing isn’t great, with doors frequently slamming throughout the property. However, given that it’s a hostel-style accommodation, this was something we were able to accept and move past. What wasn’t acceptable, though, was the presence of rats in the walls and ceiling above our room. We were woken multiple times each night by loud scratching and scurrying noises, which was extremely unsettling and made it very difficult to sleep. We also have audio recordings that clearly capture the extent of the problem. It’s a real shame, as the location is fantastic, but this issue seriously impacted our stay. I would strongly recommend that management address the pest problem as a priority.

I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities.

The staff are friendly and helpful. If you run into any trouble, even the other guests will jump in to help you out. The showers and toilets are perfectly fine. Of course, it’s not as spotless as a luxury hotel, but the staff clean thoroughly every morning and evening, which leaves a very good impression. One time, I accidentally put coins for the dryer into the laundry machine. When I asked the staff about it, they kindly covered the cost without showing the slightest annoyance. The money I put into the laundry machine couldn’t be retrieved, but they just laughed and said, “Well, someone’s got a free laundry then,” which really made me feel relieved. There are many female guests as well, so I’d recommend this place to anyone, regardless of gender.

The Good: - comfy bed - stable hot shower with refillable shower gel bottles - fridge - washing machine plus dryer - lots of power ports - very central location - easy enough to contact the owner for info The Not So Good: - only one towel for three nights, maybe another one will do? - washing machine needs some maintenance, quite dirty and needs some cleaning/dust removal. The dryer works, but can overheat, probably due to dust collecting. - pillow was too thin, maybe another pillow will do - room was a bit small but not surprising, was a bit hard to place my large luggage Overall, I’d recommend the place despite some small issues that could make it the perfect place to stay. The price isn’t too bad, a bit more expensive than nearby hotels/hostels with the same room type, but I’d happily trade that for a quieter place to sleep.

怎麼説呢，這個條件和價格在悉尼，對我這種爛仔來説簡直太棒了，但如果想要品質的話，那還是多考慮考慮。下面是一個比賽酒吧和**，在酒吧裏辦理入住的。公共衞生間，每天會打掃和放上新毛巾洗浴用品，木地板看着不乾淨，但其實都是些“時間印跡”，清不掉的 還有東西可以講，但總之，想要一個便宜的價格，又不想要太糟糕的環境，這裡是個不錯的選擇 交通時間，公共交通到悉尼歌劇院差不多一個小時好像 廁所圖片，真不放心普遍有紙，自己擦一下，反正我也不是啥講究人🤓

衞生：整體算乾淨，但是衣櫃裏有蟑螂屍體，毛巾有些舊，都有洗不掉的斑點 環境：環境比網上顯示的差一些 服務：不足的地方有服務跟上，但不算及時 設施：一開始，燈是壞的（且衹有一個燈），風扇沒有，淋浴水龍頭關不緊，一直滴水很吵，沒有WiFi。溝通後，修好了前三個，但是wifi沒有。

We stayed at room 13, The window couldn't be opened. It has some soud proofing on top which lessen the noise that is coming from the Parramatta road. The room smells mouldy and mask by tiny air freshener. Towels, toiletries and bottle of water (upon check-in) is provided. We do not have a chance to use the breakfast facilities as we left before check out time

Great service easy access, clean and close to shops would definitely stay here again . The rooms are good in size nice quiet location, the other people in the home were all very friendly. And helpful with explaining how to get around .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests.
