Идеальное расположение в самом центре старого города. Номер просторный, в целом чистый. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Номер очень колоритный, как и сам отель. Завтраки вкусные. Шикарное местоположение. Отель рекомендую. У нас была проблема с поиском сотрудника ресепшена, так как были без связи, а он там постоянно не сидит (помог сотрудник бара напротив))) предлагаю продумать этот момент для туристов, которые не стали приобретать симки и пользуются только оффлайн приложениями и WiFi.

I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. Thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely planning to come back.

We stayed at the 4 Bedrooms Penthouse Apartment The toilets have a poor partition between wet and dry areas. Due to that, our toilet has water ponding and dries the area. Overall our stay there was good.

Ia terletak di cerun yang curam, menyukarkan orang yang membawa bagasi besar seperti beg pakaian, pembawa dan beg galas untuk mencapainya. Walau bagaimanapun, bahagian dalam sangat bersih dan saya berasa selamat tinggal di sana. Pada asasnya, kemudahan termasuk kemudahan adalah sempurna, tetapi elektrik di tingkat yang saya tinggali tidak berfungsi (tingkat 4).

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Hotel was good. It's a simple hotel with everything you need if you're just looking for a spot to comfortably sleep and shower with the privacy of an own room. It's close (walking distance) to the old city. The people who work in the hotel are very friendly. Only downsides are the breakfast which had quite limited options and the very steep hill you have to climb in order to reach it.

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.
