空間：兩室一廳的公寓空間非常大，一張大床，兩個高低鋪，可以住得下至少6個成年人，非常適合一家人或者幾個好友一起住。 衞生：很乾凈，跟宣傳圖片一致！ 位置：非常方便，步行可達聖心主教座堂、永恆之火等地標建築 房東：是一個帥氣的小哥，人很不錯。可以幫忙預訂taxi。

Very friendly and attentive staff! Location is perfect as well. Very near many of the highlights in Sarajevo. It is in the old town and a 5 minute walk at most from the Latin Bridge and a 10 minute walk from city hall!

Khách sạn nằm cạnh khu phố cổ, bước qua đường là tới, phòng ốc sạch đẹp, mới và hiện đại. Bữa sáng phục vụ chu đáo, đầy đủ. Nhân viên cũng rất dễ mến. Riêng chỉ có vài góp ý nhỏ: 1. phòng thiếu ấm đun nước, hơi bất tiện 2. Tôi ở tầng áp mái, phòng khá lạnh, không bao giờ nhiệt độ lên trên 21 độ. 3. Bữa sáng phục vụ hơi muộn, từ 8g sáng nên hơi khó cho việc tham quan theo các chương trình day tour.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! I don’t remember her name but she was at the reception. She was so helpful and kind. They have very tasty breakfast with many different kinds. It was a great experience to staying there. I can recommend to everyone. Only thing is it’s a bit far from centrum but you can use the tram or you can get a taxi. All the best to IBIS STYLE and all staff’s.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Отель находится на пешеходной улице. Очень понравился угловой номер с панорамными окнами. Персонал приветливый. В номере были чайные принадлежности. При раннем выезде хотели попить чай, но оказалось, чайник не работает. Спасибо, дежурному сотруднику - он налил кипяток в баре.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

Отличное расположение - исторической центр, в номерах ремонт уставший, но было чисто . Персонал очень доброжелательный, помогали вызвать такси, с рекомендациями по кафе с нац. кухней , без проблем дали второе одеяло . У нас был очень ранний выезд, ещё до завтра , и нам дали ланч-боксы с завтраком с собой). Впечатления от проживания положительные.
