"The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort. The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."

"We needed to stay somewhere close to the Sarajevo train station, and Hotel Grand is perfectly located just a short walk away (5-10 minutes). The staff was friendly and even prepared a small breakfast bag for us since we were leaving so early. However the room itself was rather bare-bones, and the shower drain was clearly clogged leading to a lot of flooding. There were exposed electrical wiring in the room and the hallways smelled a bit like an ashtray. Was okay for the money, but not really recommended."

"The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality. Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved."

"Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport."

"The room was spacious and bright, to be sure. However, the soundproofing was very poor, and conversations in separate rooms could be heard. The refrigerator's electrical hum was loud, even louder than the air conditioner, and I had to turn it off before I could fall asleep. I stayed two nights in a row, and on the first morning, I was woken by a constant, irregular snapping sound, which continued the next day. After careful observation, I discovered it was caused by the wooden floor expanding and contracting with heat. I stayed in room 106, which faced east. The air conditioner was on at night, and in the morning, sunlight filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the floor, creating a sudden, jarring sensation of heat and cold, loud enough to wake us up. We requested no cleaning during our stay, only towels and refills of mineral water, but the front desk staff told us to buy them at the supermarket, stating that they only provided one free bottle of mineral water regardless of the number of nights we stayed. They promised to change the towels, but they didn't. The front desk staff were very reserved; I couldn't tell if it was because we were Chinese, or if they were simply suffering from the aftereffects of the war, but they were often silent and distant."

"Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children."

"Location excellent Rooms big & perfect Big windows with excellent view The rooms are covered with carpet Bedsheets clean Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything Daily clean is done Everything is around you The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town. Swimming pool & spa amazing My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be."

"The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! "The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"
