Hotel Mississauga dengan Bar

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

We were hosted by a vey nice reception lady. She was smart and helpful. McDonald and a gas station store were next to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Location was clean but dated. Room was damp as A/C was not turned on high enough. Brought this to the attention of the front desk staff when checking out. Shuttle to airport was quick but bumpy. The shuttle bus is old with not a lot of suspension.

The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

You only stay here because you have an early flight out of Toronto next morning, so don’t expect too much. Room was ok, but nothing special, furniture was a bit old and worn. Location is good right next to the airport and they have free shuttle bus runs 24/7. Ground floor there is a big bar & restaurant with a basic menu but they don’t deliver to the rooms, you have to go and get it.

Our stay was very nice, quiet and relaxing, staff were very helpful, reliable shuttle service the rooms was clean to satisfaction, only thing could do with a kettle for hot water as am not a coffee person, apart from that, lovely I would definitely booked again. Thank you Tracey

Fantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

Good hotel, helpful staffs, nice restaurant. I booked jacuzzi room, but jet was broken. They offered discount and gave some money back for compensation. I am happy for their consideration and service.
