MMarco1894Richtig gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof SBB und den Tram Stationen vor der Tür. Zimmer auch cool. Ich habe auch ein kostenloses Ticket für den Nahverkehr erhalten, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Beim Frühstück musste ich kurz warten, weil alle Plätze belegt waren, was eher unüblich ist, aber es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.

HHappy visitorThe reception staff are very helpful and forthcoming in providing prefessional services to guests. We enjoyed very much the nice breakfast of high quality in the cosy restaurant . The room was spacious and cleaned. The central location (close to bus/train stops) made it very easy to scenic spots . We made a very good choice of this hotel. The picture shows the dino outside the hotel which makes the environment relaxing.

離開景點主教座堂 市政廳 老城很近，步行可達，但有坡度，樓下就是公交車站，酒店提供的巴塞爾卡可以免費乘坐。
巴塞爾美術館不錯，巴塞爾卡門票對摺，有梵高自畫像 莫奈的海岸 花。
早餐地方不大，選擇不多，品質好，有煙燻三文魚 薩拉米
前台熱情 親切，交流順暢。

We had an excellent stay at Gaia Hotel Basel. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was impressive and evident in every detail. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches.
We loved the delicious breakfast with organic and locally sourced options, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring Basel easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Gaia Hotel Basel perfectly combines comfort, sustainability, and great service. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again on our next visit to Basel!

PPengguna TetamuOur first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station.
It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance.
There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch.
The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard.
Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out.
Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.

PPengguna TetamuI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

PPengguna TetamuGreat room and comfortable beds. Walking distance took us 12 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station. Nevertheless it is easily located the hotel. Novotel hotel has a good breakfast with variety choices.
