Hotel Zermatt dengan Bar

We got upgrade to Hotel Daniela by The Sisters. Perfect stays and warm welcome from the hotel staff.

Great location! In front of the station. Only 100 m can walk about 1-2 mins from the station. Very kindly and nice staff and owner. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and large. It feel like home with staff. I recommend you to stay in this hotel. If I come back Zermatt again, I’ll stay this hotel again. I’m in Snow storm disaster in Zermatt on 17th-19th April 2025. Thank you so much for your kindness to my family in this situation.🙏🏻🙃

We enjoyed a calm, chill atmosphere at the Matterhorn Hotel. The staff were warm and attentive, making check‑in and recommendations easy. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh local specialties that set a great tone for the day. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, though note there’s an uphill slope on the approach to the apartment. Inside the building there is an elevator, so accessing rooms is straightforward and you don’t need to carry the luggage using staircase. Ideal for travelers who want a relaxed base, friendly service, and an authentic local breakfast. Love this hotel very much and would definitely stay here again.

ツェルマットを楽しむのに最高の場所でした。 内装がとても可愛く全体的に温かみがあり、日本では味わえない非日常を体験できました。 部屋もゆったりと過ごせる広さで、ベランダのに出るとツェルマットの澄んだ空気を感じられて良かったです。眺望がある部屋ではありませんでしたが、それでも外に出られるのは良かったです。バスルームだけ狭さは感じましたがシャワーを浴びるだけなので許容範囲内です。 部屋の冷蔵庫中には水やビール、炭酸飲料などが用意されていて無料で頂けたのはとても嬉しかったです。物価の高いスイスでは有難いサービスだと思います。 ウェルカムスイーツとしてのリンツのチョコレートも、スイスらしさを感じられ嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食も一般的な洋風なブレックファーストといったラインナップでしたが、フルーツもチーズも素材が良いのかシンプルでありながら美味しく、個人的にはクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです♡あとオーダーしたら作ってくれるホットチョコやカプチーノなどのカフェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時には駅まで送迎して頂けて助かりました。 スタッフの方も親しみやすい雰囲気で、良い滞在となりました。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

房間是小小的木屋，有個露台躺椅。雖然不豪華，但是比較温馨，酒店提供了拖鞋和牙刷，有沖洗馬桶。餐廳的黑臉山羊燴飯非常值得嘗試！更大的亮點在於它的新開spa區域，當你滑雪勞累一天腰痠背痛的回到酒店，跳入靜謐的泳池放鬆一下，再去桑拿蒸一下，還有專門的休息室躺着發呆，真是人生快事

Nice hotel but the only setback is i booked 2 rooms but one room without lift which i need to hand carry up the stair case Also no kettle been provided, i guess this is basic requirement. Hope they cN improve on this. Breakfast simple and nice The staff super friendly, thumbs up on this!! Hotel is clean and tidy.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa jejak sejarah. Ia adalah hotel kabin gunung tradisional, sangat asli. Lokasinya agak jauh dari stesen kereta api Zermatt, tetapi sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta kabel, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Glacier Paradise. Bilik ini sangat luas dan selesa. Walaupun kemudahannya agak lama, ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat selesa. Terima kasih kepada kakitangan kerana menaik taraf bilik kami kepada bilik teres berkembar! Salah satu teres menghadap Matterhorn! Teres lain menawarkan pemandangan sungai. Duduk di atas teres pada waktu petang, makan malam ringkas, menikmati pemandangan gunung dan bunyi air yang mengalir, ia sangat menenangkan. dan! Apabila anda bangun pada waktu pagi, anda boleh melihat matahari terbit keemasan di atas Matterhorn! Sarapan pagi di sini juga sedap! Paling suka croissant mereka. Sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan ini~

Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money
