AAmmie Thivaphoneโรงแรมดีมาก ฉันยกให้ที่พักระดับ 5 ดาวในเมืองนี้ ห้องกว้าง ห้องน้ำกว้าง อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน รวมถึงเครื่องดื่นในบาร์ในห้องดื่มฟรีได้ทุกชนิด ระเบียงห้องฉันมองเห็นยอดเขาด้วย อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก มีพนักงานถามตลอดว่ารับเครื่องดื่มอะไรไหม และยังมีรถรับส่งฟรีที่สถานีรถไฟ zermatt อีกด้วย และพนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดีมาก เมื่อฉันเช็คเอ้า เจ้าของโรงแรมเข้ามาทักทายฉัน โดยรวมประทับใจมาก

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt!
However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in.
The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

AAgnesAngA perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!

FFinalLinkMy wife and I were on a honeymoon trip and booked Hotel Albatros. The front desk was really nice and helpful and provided us with two glasses of champagne. They left some nice surprise in the room. The room was clean and quiet. It has a huge balcony that links the same floor.
The shuttle bus is 10 franc per room per trip.
It is located in between the bahnhof and the Paradise Cablecar. Both about 10-15 mins away. All in all loved it.

PPengguna Tanpa Namathe location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities.
Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected.
Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.
