Hotel Zermatt dengan Spa

We just came here without many informations about this hotel, but their hospitality from staffs was Really Really great. I felt like I was staying 5+star hotel from their kindness. Picked up by hotel car, free sauna, free to use mini bar, great balcony view considering the cost of staying, and also took us to the station again when we left. I would strongly recommend this hotel, and there is also sister hotel named Hotel Daniela probably also great guessing from my experience from Hotel Chesa Valese. Hope everything well to the hotel family and staffs. We really have enjoyed to staying there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

Love this hotel so much, it felt so cosy when we enter! Location is good as well, walkable to the main street area. You can actually get the hotel to pick you up via their vehicle they can also send you to the train station upon leaving. You get to see Matterhorn from the balcony too! Super love this place :)

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

I love the philosophy of this hotel, sustainable development and zen! The staff is very friendly and give me good suggestions all the time! The sourdough from the bakery is extremely nice. I love their pizza, cinnamon rolls and cookie! The grill room provide delicious meat and wine! The breakfast is super yummy! The room is very cozy and warm! I love the rainforest shower, the furniture and the books! The spa centre and the garden make me relax! I will come back and recommend to everyone!

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!

My wife and I were on a honeymoon trip and booked Hotel Albatros. The front desk was really nice and helpful and provided us with two glasses of champagne. They left some nice surprise in the room. The room was clean and quiet. It has a huge balcony that links the same floor. The shuttle bus is 10 franc per room per trip. It is located in between the bahnhof and the Paradise Cablecar. Both about 10-15 mins away. All in all loved it.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.
