Hotel room was clean and modern. Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha. After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask? On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance. I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day. Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with ******?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour. If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.

After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

很不錯的一次入住體驗。初初入住，並不覺驚艷，甚至有點想吐槽三人房的小床。有點隨意了吧？但是實際入住以後發現，床墊很舒服，被子也很舒服，還有晚上的鋪床服務。 衞生間雖然是玻璃門，洗澡的時候有點小尷尬，不過好在是家人一起出遊，就還好。 重點來了：退房那天要趕早班火車，因此就沒有時間吃早餐了，去前台詢問能不能早餐打包？前台很專業的拿出一張服務單，記錄下房間號以及早餐打包的份數、內容，約定好早上取餐的時間就可以了！早上去取餐的時候，已經打包妥妥的了，贊👍🏻！ 酒店的位置非常方便，火車站以及各個景點步行可到，適合在蘇黎世citywalk。

One of my favorite hotel in Zurich, overall our stay is pleasant. Comfy room and feels like home and our room is facing to the Zurich Lake. Not to forget the hotel breakfast spread is very good and a lot of Swiss ingredients.

Fine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views! Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.

스위스 신혼여행 첫 방문 취리히였어요 ! 취리히 오자마자 기분이 좋아지고 숙소도 깔끔하니 만족했어요 역에서 생각보다 멀지도 않아요:-) 주변에 없는것 없고 취리히는 도보 이동 가능이니까요 야경까지 완벽하게 구경 하고 귀가 하기 좋아요

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich and would be happy to stay here again.

absence of hot water in shower...and rooms in east wing are a definite no-go, we should have known. overall - an utterly disappointing experience

Ia kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api Zurich, dan yang menghairankan, Adagio dan Ibis berada di dalam bangunan yang sama. Separuh daripada tingkat diduduki oleh Ibis, dan separuh lagi oleh pangsapuri Adagio. Apabila tiba, mereka bertanya sama ada anda telah menempah Adagio atau Ibis, dan ahli kakitangan segera mendaftar masuk anda. Hanya selepas jam 9 pagi baru saya tiba, tetapi kakitangan itu berkata saya bernasib baik bilik sudah siap dan saya boleh mendaftar masuk awal! Bilik itu agak besar dan mempunyai penghawa dingin (sekurang-kurangnya ia tidak panas). Tandas dan pancuran mandian adalah berasingan. Kemudahan berdekatan, seperti koperasi dan restoran, terletak berhampiran stesen kereta api.
