After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I love to stay a bit further from city centre and this hotel fulfilled my needs with beautiful lake view. They have prepared two little bear for our daughters when we check in which is sweet, however we do find the service is not to what we expected for a good rated hotel. The room is clean, the bathtub is a bit old but acceptable. The window that opens up to have a good view of Lake Zurich however it is very dangerous for children if they were to sit by the window as there is no barrier only a one long bar. We have included breakfast during our stay however the breakfast variety is quite limited and not really cater for international guests as the only hot food option are just eggs. Quite disappointed to wake up and have breakfast in such stunning view. On a side note, we ordered a fried egg one morning and it took more than 20 minutes to serve even though there is less than 5 tables in the breakfast room and we need to keep asking for it which I find it very unprofessional. Our expresso machine doesn’t work as the capsule fell all the way through. Informed the receptionist but didn’t bother to offer to check and just said it is the right capsule so I wonder.

Fine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views! Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

스위스 신혼여행 첫 방문 취리히였어요 ! 취리히 오자마자 기분이 좋아지고 숙소도 깔끔하니 만족했어요 역에서 생각보다 멀지도 않아요:-) 주변에 없는것 없고 취리히는 도보 이동 가능이니까요 야경까지 완벽하게 구경 하고 귀가 하기 좋아요

Ia terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Zurich. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu ceria dan menyanyikan lagu semasa saya mendaftar masuk. Saya menempah bilik single, tetapi mereka menaik taraf saya kepada katil double dengan dapur. Saya tidak akan menggunakan dapur, tetapi hotel ini mempunyai sebuah apartmen, jadi ia nampaknya sesuai untuk penginapan jangka panjang. Biliknya bersih dan cerah, tetapi pancuran mandian mempunyai langsir dan tiada tangga, jadi saya menjadi sangat basah. Tekanan air agak rendah, tetapi ia baik-baik saja untuk mencuci seluruh badan saya. Tiada air di dalam bilik, jadi anda mesti membelinya semasa daftar masuk atau membawanya sendiri. Terdapat pengering rambut. Ini adalah kali pertama saya menginap di sini, dan saya sangat menyukainya. Zurich mahal, jadi beberapa kelemahannya difahami, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang bagus dan tidak terlalu mahal. Wi-Fi tidak laju, jadi mungkin sukar untuk melakukan penyelidikan.

Bilik itu agak besar dan mempunyai penghawa dingin (sekurang-kurangnya ia tidak panas). Tandas dan pancuran mandian adalah berasingan. Kemudahan berdekatan, seperti koperasi dan restoran, terletak berhampiran stesen kereta api.

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

We stayed at ibis Zürich City West for one night while visiting Zurich, and it worked well as a straightforward place to stay for a quick stop in the city. We had a triple room, which was a good size and worked well for our needs. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and a good night’s sleep after travelling. It wasn’t luxurious, but it had everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel and felt well maintained. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you’re arriving by train. The area felt easy to navigate, and although it’s not right in the historic centre, it’s close enough to reach the main parts of the city without too much difficulty. Our stay was very short — we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning — so we didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel or use any of the facilities such as the restaurant or breakfast service. For us, the hotel simply served as a comfortable overnight stop. I would recommend ibis Zürich City West if you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel for a short stay in Zurich. It’s particularly suitable if you just need somewhere practical to sleep before continuing your journey.
