This hotel is excellent incldung their software and hardware. Rooms is clean and spacious, foods is excellent as well as their services. They are nice smart and helpful, especially the female manager in the front desk ....highly recommeded this hotel and hope we will come back again soonest. We enjoyed so much ..so relaxing and memorable friends and family trip🥰

The setting of Banyan Tree Anji is undeniably beautiful, tucked away in the hills and bamboo forests to offer a scenic escape from the city. Another major bright spot was our concierge, Ida, who was absolutely tremendous—attentive, highly responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. However, for a property charging premium luxury rates, the overall experience falls short of international five-star standards. The property leans heavily into a commercial, mass-resort atmosphere rather than offering the intimate, slow-paced sanctuary you expect from a high-end nature hideaway. It is a lovely destination if you go in expecting a larger, more commercial resort experience, but it needs a bit more refinement to truly compete on a global luxury tier.

We had a fabulous time at Ke Gamer. I always prefer booking boutique hotels with character and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed our afternoon tea and photo session, dinner at the main restaurant was also flavourful and homey. Great choicr for our mother-daughter trip 👍

The resort itself is amazing, very clean modern and quite. Perfect getaway for the weekend. Beautiful nature around and great rooms and the pool is divine. The service is amazing as well. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit too basic and simple. As a foreigner I didn’t have too many options. Besides it - a wonderful stay

The entire resort is designed in the unmistakable shape and spirit of a ship, complete with maritime detailing, porthole-style windows, brass accents, and cabin-inspired interiors that make every room feel like a private suite at sea. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

I booked this hotel, but there was some mistake in booking which was solved by the owner and we got a nice room on the third floor next to our friends room ☺️ The hotel is made with love. Each detail is thoughtful. It makes you feel at home. The tap with drinking water, electric blankets for heating (really helped us during the cold days). The kitchen that can be used for cooking and friendly English speaking hosts☺️ Everything just set perfectly for that stay. Wish to come back again and enjoy a good time. ☺️

房間非常的好，然後空間很大，有個大陽台，狗狗可以在外面四處溜達，然後四處的玩，但是最好看一下天氣，因為我們如果下雨的話，就是户外的那個地方使用率就不高了，當然這個跟酒店無關，然後我們衹要挑好天氣，然後去玩的話，它的晚上的話，你可以跟朋友在一起在那個露台的位置，然後去燒烤啊，或者是喝喝酒，然後呃可以玩，然後白天的話那裡的面積也非常的大，其實外面露台將近半個房間的大小，那這樣的話，呃，狗狗也可以在可控的範圍內玩耍，然後跟朋友一起聚會，非常不錯的一個選擇。

We had an amazing stay! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — always smiling and making us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade and unlimited bottled water during our stay. They also prepared a delicious lunch for us at a very affordable price. The place itself is perfect for a quiet weekend in the mountains, surrounded by peace and nature. On top of that, the owner even offered to drive us to the nearest coffee shop with her car. Truly a wonderful experience with very friendly people — highly recommended!
