NNomin AzuReAt first it was a little bit confusing to find, but the location is excellent – right next to the metro station. The shared spaces are cozy, clean, and spacious. The lobby has a small bar and restaurant, and you can comfortably relax on the terrace with a nice view. There are also a few small exercise machines, and even some cute cats.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of rooms, all clean and quiet. It’s perfectly suitable for international travelers. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. I also liked the makeup room for women – a thoughtful touch. The hostel even offered three types of pillows, plus mosquito repellent and earplugs on request.
I had no issues at all during my stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at under the Huazhu Group! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and even the cleaning staff I encountered in the elevator greeted me warmly.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the *chaoshou* (spicy wontons)! I was pleasantly surprised to find they even offered *bingfen* (a local jelly dessert). The restaurant's ambiance was beautiful, making dining a real pleasure.
I was very satisfied with both the bedding and the shampoo provided. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chongqing.

WWwdaxiaowangArriving in Chongqing from Shijiazhuang, our subsequent stay during this trip was at the Regent Hotel. Let me just say upfront, this review of the Regent reflects the genuine experience of my family and me.
The hotel's facilities are exceptionally comprehensive, and they truly think of everything for their guests. Even hair curlers are available, and they can provide retainer cases and contact lens care supplies. We hadn't brought contact lenses due to travel inconvenience, nor had I brought my retainer, but honestly, staying at the Regent, you truly don't need to worry about such small details. Speaking of facilities, the hotel offers a swimming pool, a bar, Chinese and Western restaurants, kids' DIY activities, and much more.
Despite being a nine-year-old hotel, it is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The overall ambiance and design are very stylish and perfectly complement Chongqing's local culture and charm, with excellent attention to detail.
But above all, it was the service that truly stood out and was the primary reason I chose the Regent. I experienced the hotel's exceptional service two days before check-in, when they proactively inquired about our room preferences and requirements, even offering a choice of pillows. Upon arrival at the hotel, a dedicated staff member was there to open the car door, and our luggage was promptly taken care of by another staff member. During check-in, we were even presented with thoughtful and exquisite children's gift sets. While waiting in the lounge, a warm and welcoming staff member offered us drinks. After a brief respite, we entered our room to find it meticulously prepared for us, including the arrangement of latex and buckwheat pillows. The mattress was a KingKoil, and while the sleeping experience, though excellent, was perhaps a tad less perfect than our premium mattress at home, it was still very good. The toilet was a TOTO with a Washlet, and as someone who's had experience with TOTO products, I was thoroughly impressed.
The staff members were all very enthusiastic and patiently answered and handled any questions or requests. Daily housekeeping and turndown service were provided, ensuring the room was spotless, tidy, and created a wonderfully inviting ambiance. Thoughtful touches like glasses cleaning cloths, weather cards, cable ties, premium bath amenities, and even handling of laundry were all impeccable. The staff at the DIY area, swimming pool, Two Rivers Bar, and dining areas were all exceptionally good. My son was right at the 1.2-meter height threshold, yet they didn't charge for his meals.
The hotel gifted us Chongqing noodles as a souvenir, and we were even allowed to keep the room key cards as a memento. They also gave us dessert vouchers, and we received beautifully packed desserts to enjoy on our journey home. My sincere gratitude once again to every single staff member.
Well, I'll stop here; there are simply too many thoughtful details to list them all. This hotel truly sets a benchmark that many others should aspire to!

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival, my family chose Longmen Pucun B&B to celebrate the Spring Festival. The village is green, with small bridges and flowing water. The various landscapes are beautifully arranged. The room space design is very stylish. There is a public tea room and lazy sofas in the room, so you can be quiet during the festival. The housekeeper contacted me on WeChat early and turned on the air conditioning and floor heating in the room in advance, which was full of warmth. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are delicious, and the service pays attention to details. I will go to Pucun again if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions, and there are tons of delicious hot pot places nearby. I've actually stayed here multiple times, and it was a great base for my first trip to Chongqing.

TTracywzhThe hotel is super convenient, just a little over a 10-minute drive from Jiangbei Airport. I booked the hotel in advance, and the day before my arrival, they called to offer a complimentary airport pickup service. This saved me a lot of hassle and was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. They also provided a complimentary room upgrade and two free breakfasts. For a first-time stay, I was genuinely impressed. The overall environment was comfortable, spotlessly clean, with modern design and high-end facilities. It was a truly excellent experience.

SShangshanruoshui2023The room is quite spacious and comfortable for four people. From the room, you get a beautiful view of the Jialing River and can watch cruise ships departing from Hongyadong Pier. The only downside was that the bathroom had no dedicated space for clean clothes and towels.
In the evening, the restaurant offered complimentary porridge and desserts. I got my son some Bingfen (ice jelly), which he really enjoyed.
But the absolute highlight is the incredibly convenient location. In the evening, you can exit from the 1st floor directly to Hongyadong to enjoy the night views. In the morning, exiting from the 22nd floor leads you directly to the Jiefangbei area. Nearby, you'll find a hospital (Kuixinglou) and plenty of breakfast stalls. Right next to the breakfast stalls, there's an entrance to an underground passage which leads to Metro Line 2. In summer, using the underground passage is definitely the smartest way to get around!

Its location is incredibly convenient, directly opposite Raffles City shopping mall and the iconic sky bridge, a popular spot for photos. The hotel staff were polite and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes.

CChun Man KevinWe arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.
What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

Facilities: For a hotel that's been operating for over a decade, the facilities are surprisingly well-maintained. However, in room 4918, there was a leak from the showerhead/faucet after turning on the water, which needs replacing. Also, the in-room telephone was not functioning correctly and requires inspection.
Dining: The evening buffet offered fresh dishes, and the oysters were particularly large and plump. The beverage selection, however, could be more varied. The food at the Hong Kong Cafe (Bing Sutt) was also quite good.
