The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.

I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s convention facilities, which would be ideal for any business events or conferences. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, Avani Khon Kaen offers great value and a high standard of service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Khon Kaen, whether for business or pleasure.

Full of lovely things and eco friendly one. And we can use the skywalk for free and the breakfast is also wonderful 😀 btw the way to go to the room is quite looong at the first time 😅

So far Thailand's transit system has been great, efficient, and cheap. A train fare from Khon Kaen to Udon Thani was only 25 bahts, which is less than one USD, versus the alternative taxi ride that will set you back 37 USD for an approximate two hour ride. The train was clean and modern looking, have bench style cushion seats, windows that can be open so fresh breeze circulate the car preventing passengers from overheating. The rail cars have restrooms so don't worry about emergency urges. If you forgot to bring along a bottle of water or beverages, there will be someone constantly walking by in the center aisle selling drinks and snacks at a cheap price. Since this train ride was my first one, I'm content with the experience and recommend others to try it out for themselves while traversing through Thailand. Have a wonderful travels... Very nice and comfortable hotel in Khon Kaen. We booked a suite room for 3 days and we are very satisfied with it. Clean, spacious and comfy. It has also desk/table, big fridge, balcony, big toiletand many storage. Good AC. The breakfast has many choices all thai style and overall is good. Internet is very fast. Just the TV have terrible signal, but we have our TV stick..

Very underwhelming hotel. The curtains were ripped, the toilet seat broken and cold water from the shower. My friends room was marginally better, but mine was awful. Very tired and probably worth paying 300 baht a night, not 1000 The hotel also has no breakfast available and no Thai or foreign food available, which is very odd for a hotel of this size. We had to order grab food to the pool, which is absolutely the only good thing about this hotel. The pool and gym, alongside the friendliness of the staff, are the only good things about this place, otherwise best avoided. My opinion is that this hotel will probably be knocked down in a year or so.

The room is good. It would be better if they have provided water heater with free coffee sachets in the room. But what I like most about it is its location. Super close to everything. You can just walk to Central mall and to Adlib hotel to experience KK's sky walk.

The Pullman lived up to my expectations as I have stayed with this company prior, in different countries. Pricing was good, amenities very good, clean, and pleasant staff. The buffet for breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to team Pullman, I needed some sleep and rest, and I received it. Recommend
