Hotel yang sangat bagus. Memandu sendiri adalah sangat mudah. Kakitangan perkhidmatan mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik, sopan dan ramah, menjawab semua soalan, dan membantu dengan bagasi Markah penuh untuk perkhidmatan. Halamannya tidak besar. Hujan turun sedikit ketika kami ke sana, yang menjadikan halaman itu sangat cantik. Setiap adegan telah dipertimbangkan dengan teliti, yang merupakan perkara yang paling jarang berlaku. Kemudahan di dalam rumah juga sangat baik Kolam air panasnya besar dan sangat selesa. Periuk sup ayam untuk makan malam sangat lazat. Bahagian yang kecil cukup untuk dua orang dan bahagiannya besar. Sarapan pagi agak ringkas. Ia akan menjadi sempurna jika ada kopi. Mengesyorkan kepada setiap rakan.

The hote reception is very helpful and the check in are easy and fast! They can accept and kept your parcel from taobao in advance too!! The breakfast is good and it provides vegetarian options. The sweetened soft tofu is so nice. The coffee is also good! The room is spacious and the smart toilet is the best feature! We got a room with a bathtub only that there was no door so we had to take turns to use the bathtub privately. The room is a little bit cold for us though the heater was set for 30 Celsius but it shows that room temp was 24 Celsius (its still cold for us Malaysian!) the hotel also provide free laundry facilities to be used! Overall our stay in this hotel is highly recommended! Only that there was no muslim/halal eateries nearby and if you coming back to the hotel early, just pack some halal food in advance. Everything else is GOOD!

Perfect stay. If I can get 100 stars, the hotel is desevered it. I’ve never been at any hotel as clean as this hotel. Super clean and super comfortable. The location: near Nanqiao (South Bridge) and Ancient Town (3-5 mins walking). The room: clean and really comfortable. The hot spring also the perfect bonus where you can relax after walking day. So interesting and enjoying. The staff: I would like to say thank to the host, he even supported me a lot before I booked his hotel and come to his hotel. During the stay, he always supports us, helps us a lot. The lady in the house also tried her best to show us the really good restaurant for breakfast even though her English is not good. Overall, this is the best hotel of our trip.

Absolutely loved our stay at Live in Chestnut! The hotel is nestled right in the midst of the woods, offering a peaceful and scenic escape from the city. It’s incredibly cozy and warm — exactly what you'd want for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces create such a magical atmosphere. Sipping hot tea while doing traditional Chinese calligraphy by the fire surrounded by nature made the experience feel truly serene and culturally rich. The owner was very friendly, and all the workers were extremely helpful and welcoming. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel at home. The gentle water streams right next to the hotel add an extra charm of tranquility — it’s like a natural soundtrack for relaxation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Qingcheng Mountain Villa. The best part for us were the staff who were exceptional. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were fine but they did have a little smell about them. Plumbing I think might be more challenging in the mountains. There is no swimming pool and the hot pools weren't in use while we were there. Unfortunately there is a large hotel being rennovated and extended next door which was a bit noisy during the day. Aside from those small issues we had a very positive experience at this pretty hotel. We took the bus up from Qingchengshan station which was easy to do. The location is very convenient for walking the mountain trails and is a gentle stroll into Tai'an Ancient Village. Tai'an Ancient Village is really gorgeous. We loved the temple and all the old streets and buildings. We found some restaurants serving more varied food than just Sichuan Hotpot. The walks are lovely but as we were there in August everywhere was very crowded. The trails were jammed with thousands of tourists, leave early in the morning to avoid the worst of the crowds.

This place is amazing. The room we booked (Guan Lan) is the best room. Overall view. Spectacular. The room needs a little maintenance in terms of aesthetic but the room still is very nice. Other than that, toilet was automated, shower water pressure was great, view is definitely the best!!!! It was quiet and relaxing. The lady and the guy that works there is very accommodating. They greet us every time we arrive back to the homestsy. Since the homestay is located at the top, they offer free rides to and from the back town (10-15 mins drive) you just have to text them. Oh and on top of that, their dog Lucky was the star of the place! We will definitely come back to stay here. We highly recommend it.

This hotel was amazing! The service and amenities were good. It would be great if they could include laundry service though. Because it’s low season and not many guest are staying, they didn’t offer buffet breakfast, the western breakfast was not good but the Chinese one was good. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help.

這家酒店是我這次來成都旅行住過最滿意的一家！我是從馬來西亞過來的，第一次來青城山這邊玩，原本擔心語言不通會有點不方便，結果完全是我多慮了。酒店在青城山前山腳下，依著石孟江而建，從成都自駕大概一個多小時就到了，酒店有免費停車場還有充電車位，對我們這種開電動車的真的太方便了！ 關於衞生，真的非常乾淨 我這個人其實有點潔癖，住酒店最在意的就是幹不乾淨。這家的舒適大床房打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適一點異味都沒有。最讓我放心的是房間裏的私湯泡池，酒店説是非循環水，每個客人走後都會徹底消毒，水放出來很清澈，泡着特別安心。酒店的室內游泳池也是乾淨衞生，水很清亮，遊起來很舒服，人也少不會擁擠。 環境真的絕了，臨河玩水超舒服 酒店臨河而建，推開窗就能看到石孟江，河邊的風涼涼的特舒服！最讓我驚喜的是那個13000㎡的臨河大草坪，綠油油的一片超級大，在草坪上散步、野餐、拍照都太愜意了。河水很淺可以下去玩水，踩在水裡涼涼的超舒服，孩子玩得都不想上來！早上起來在河邊呼吸新鮮空氣，聽着水聲吃早餐，這種體驗在城市裡根本找不到。 早餐超級豐盛 早餐是自助餐的形式，中式、西式、亞洲風味都有，選擇很多！我特別喜歡他們的川西風味豆腐腦和牛肉湯，鮮榨果汁也是現點現做，麪包、沙拉、煎蛋、水果一應俱全。餐廳環境也好，坐在窗邊看着外面的山景河景吃早餐，心情都變好了。 大草坪超級適合親子 那個大草坪真的是親子活動的天堂！看到好多小朋友在草地上奔跑、放風箏、踢球，還有秋千和滑梯可以玩，草坪上還有大象藝術裝置和小黃鴨打卡點，小朋友開心得不得了。酒店一樓還有小童遊樂園，帶娃來的家庭完全不用擔心孩子無聊。 對寵物超級友好 這點真的要特別表揚！我是帶着我家小狗一起旅行的，很多酒店都不讓帶寵物，但這家對寵物非常友好。寵物可以免費入住，大草坪上可以讓狗狗自由奔跑撒歡，工作人員對狗狗也很友善，還會幫忙照看。帶寵物出門旅行能找到這麼友好的酒店真的太難得了！ 周邊景點超多，玩幾天都不夠 酒店地理位置真的太好了，周邊全是寶藏景點！步行幾分鐘就到青城前山景區，這裡是道教文化的發源地，有1800多年的歷史，山上的建福宮、天師洞、上清宮這些道觀保存得特別好，聯合國教科文組織世界文化遺產，來青城山一定要去感受一下！酒店離青城後山也很近，後山以自然風光為主，瀑布、溪谷、竹林棧道一路都是美景，夏天去特別涼快，門票衹要20元性價比超高！ 喜歡大熊貓的朋友一定要去熊貓谷，從酒店過去10分鐘車程就到了！園區可以近距離看到大熊貓和小熊貓，小熊貓還是散養的，走在步道上可能就在你頭頂的樹枝上玩耍！一定要早上去，上午9點前熊貓最活躍在吃竹子，下午它們就睡覺啦！ 都江堰景區也一定要去，從酒店20分鐘車程，這是全世界最古老的無壩引水水利工程，從公元前256年就開始使用一直到現在，也是世界文化遺產。親眼看到魚嘴、飛沙堰、寶瓶口這些兩千多年前的工程設計，真的太震撼了！晚上記得去南橋看“藍眼淚” ，橋下的岷江水在藍色燈光映照下像一條流動的藍綢帶，拍照美到爆！還有融創雪世界可以滑雪，街子古鎮可以逛，住在這裏每天都有新地方玩！ 服務真的很有温度 酒店的服務是我最想誇的！從進門開始就有專人幫忙拿行李，前台小姐姐很熱情地介紹周邊的景點和吃飯的地方。最讓我感動的是，我這次是第二次入住了，上次來的時候隨口説過喜歡喝熱茶不喜歡咖啡，這次入住竟然發現房間裏提前備好了茶包，老員工還記得我的喜好！這種細節真的很暖心。酒店還有管家式服務，有什麼需求隨時響應，真的讓人感覺像回家一樣。 房間裏的設施也很齊全，全屋地暖和中央空調都有，WiFi信號好網速快，房間隔音效果也很好晚上特別安靜。房間露台超大，推窗就能看到青城山的美景。 總之這次入住體驗真的超出預期，從衞生、環境、設施到服務都無可挑剔。臨河玩水舒服、室內游泳池乾淨、早餐豐盛、大草坪適合親子、對寵物友好、免費停車還有充電樁，每個方面都做得很好。周邊有青城山、都江堰、熊貓谷這麼多世界級的景點，住在這裏真的太方便了！特別是服務有温度這一點，老員工能記住客人的喜好真的讓人感動。強烈推薦給所有來青城山玩的朋友，不管是親子出遊、情侶度假還是帶寵物旅行，這家酒店都是最佳選擇！下次來成都我一定還會再來的！
