As soon as you open the door, you will be healed by the color combination! The caramel brown wool blanket, terracotta walls, and maple leaf red pillows make you feel like you have fallen into an autumn oil painting. The floor heating is super powerful, you won’t feel cold even if you walk on the floor barefoot at minus 30 degrees Celsius. I love the rocking chair next to the floor-to-ceiling window. When I open my eyes in the morning, I can see the gilded edges of the snow-capped mountains. At night, I can curl up and watch the aurora dancing on the glass window. The bathroom is also full of details - the water flow of the brass shower head is like a hot spring, the mosaic tiles are arranged to create a gradual change of sunset, and the little Corgi squats at the door to ”stand guard” while taking a bath...

KKukudetuziiThe hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable.

The service is very good. The skis were sent to the hotel before the guests arrived, and the hotel helped to pick them up.
The hotel also has many drivers' phone numbers. If you need a car, ask the front desk for the driver's number and make an appointment in advance.
Because the road to the Keketuohai ski resort is closed, we can't go to the ski resort. We can't get our skis at the ski resort, but we have to leave Keke, so we asked the hotel manager to help pick them up and send them back to us later.
Then the breakfast is very rich and delicious😋

，，zThe front desk staff had a very good service attitude. The accommodation was very warm. I really liked the decoration style inside. There was also free laundry and drying. My husband also thought that this accommodation choice was very good. Seeing that we were a couple on a business trip, we were upgraded to a king-size room for free. I will book this hotel again in the future. They also gave us a fruit platter [hug]

Xxuhong21****The room facilities are average and hygienic. The most unacceptable thing is that at 9 o'clock in the evening, there is basically no hot water and there is no way to take a shower. After a long trip, I wanted to wash myself with hot water to relieve fatigue. It turned out that it was impossible to do it. I asked the front desk and made a lot of panic. They say their water temperature is 90 degrees. Could you please ask if your 90 degree water is the same degree as cold water?
