The resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

老闆人熱情周到，整體環境還是很不錯的，也很乾凈，感覺像回家一樣，孩子是第一次住民宿，也非常喜歡，晚上很安靜。位置也很好，周圍吃的、博物館、加油站都不遠，入口的雪板也很吸睛。門口有露營椅，可以看看日落晚霞。

Very hospitable and friendly staff! Room was very cosy and comfortable (they gave us a free room upgrade!). Also, the breakfast was delicious and homey. Hotel also has smarthome. Would recommend!

The Sevice from the Staff is wonderful, there’s no doubt about on staff services, especially the handsome staff 德克 helping me to collect my courier 2 times from other place, and he was well keeping my stuff for me, and do inform me regarding my courier that he was collected and sent to my room, another handsome man called 小林 also very helpful and really nice. Just one things I can’t accept that is no air-con for this hotel (winter), I humid and hot in the room, they provided me a fans (only one fan in the hotel), then I only can sleep. If they can provide air con during the winter I’m sure will not come back, if they do I will definitely come back to stay again. Thank u.

This is an excellent hotel for friends or groups who want a cosy place, conveniently located for skiing and near to the town, restaurants, shops etc. The boss, Jess, is wonderful and very warm. She helped answer all my questions about how to get to the ski area and travel around Koktokay. On my first night, because I arrived late, she shared her barbecue dinner with me. She can speak great English and has travelled around the world herself, so she knows how to create a warm environment and can communicate with international travellers easily. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and will come to stay again when I am back in Koktokay.

非常非常滿意，國慶迄今為止住的最滿意的一家酒店了！ 晚上到的，酒店很漂亮。 設施：有兩台洗衣機兩台烘乾機！對長途出遊很友好。門口很多停車位，自駕方便。 衞生：很乾凈，水龍頭沒水漬！ 環境：特別好，無異味無煙味，環境都很好，很安靜，房間隔音也不錯，晚上沒被吵醒。 服務：很好很好很好👍

這次出行選擇這家酒店，完全超出預期，實打實的五星體驗，必須給滿分好評！剛到酒店門口，就有工作人員主動上前幫忙拿行李，全程微笑服務，辦理入住的速度很快，前台小姐姐耐心解答出行問題，還貼心贈送了歡迎水果，第一印象就特別好。 酒店整體環境高端雅緻，大堂裝修精緻大氣，香氛味道清新淡雅，公共區域乾淨整潔，連角落都一塵不染，處處都能看出用心的打理。客房空間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約又不失奢華，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去一夜好眠，完全沒有旅途疲憊。房間設施一應俱全，智能設備操作方便，衞浴用品品質很高，水壓充足，洗漱用品的味道也很高級，細節拉滿。 餐飲方面更是驚艷，自助早餐種類豐富多樣，中式、西式、麪點、水果、飲品應有盡有，食材新鮮，味道絕佳，現煮的麪條和點心口感超棒，能滿足不同口味需求。酒店的餐廳環境也很舒適，用餐氛圍安靜愜意。

Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

房間整潔，位置絕佳，暖氣勁足，早餐豐盛。就在可可託海景區邊上，小院可遙望雪場。到地已過午夜，工作人員仍耐心等待。房間都已稀有金屬命名。 開車十幾分鐘上山可到夫妻樹。下山一刻鐘到功勛礦坑三號。遙想當年，車推馬拉人扛，從此處開採稀有礦，運到西邊布爾津老碼頭，再水路到前蘇聯，還債近40%。感佩精神力量。

酒店位置超棒，就在富藴步行街附近，吃飯逛街都很方便。房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊全，床睡得很舒服，隔音也不錯。前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，住得很安心。整體體驗很好，價格也實惠，來富藴玩住這裏很合適！
