國慶帶家人來贛州遊玩，選了好久定了觀己，民宿在古城裡麪，兩家店位置挨着很近，可以選觀己宋詞或者拙然居，位置都超級棒也很好找，最後一張圖可以看到周邊一圈都是景點環繞，Citywalk必選之地。民宿選址在古宅裏面，古香古色，可以品茶書法看書，親子遛娃非常適合，阿姨和老闆人也都非常好，像自己家一樣舒服自在！下次去贛州再去住！

這家酒店太棒了！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。前台接待005態度超熱情，早餐也豐富。住得特別舒服，下次還來。

設施：游泳池非常乾淨，雖然不是標準泳道，但是水質還是很不錯的，看的出來水質維護請了專業人員來操作的，這點體現出了經營的細節。餐廳對於帶着長者孩子不想出去覓食的來説非常棒了，吃三頓也基本可以不重樣，當然周邊也有農家菜就是太遠了我們懶得再轉。 衞生：客房清掃非常及時，早上吃早飯回來的時候已經打掃乾淨了，乾淨的毛巾備品都重新擺放好。 環境：酒店位於峯山森林內，早晚很涼爽。酒店自身環境也不錯，綠化豐富，蚊蟲消殺工作也到位，入住期間酒店還準備了各種驅蚊產品。 服務：從踏入酒店開始就能感受到熱情，酒店範圍內碰到的工作人員都能會打招呼。基本上有求必應，房間除了免費水外還有天然的山泉水，據説是每天去山裡取的經過過濾裝瓶對於我這樣愛喝茶的茶友太幸福了，另外房間還自帶空氣凈化器，感應的垃圾桶，有點小科技感。最讓人有點小小驚喜的是管家還會提醒由於山路崎嶇注意安全，還告訴我們出發前油箱得加滿油。
