Very well located hotel, it's in town Centre but not by any busy street. Walking distance from railway as long you don't have a massive suitcase. Entrance to the hotel might be little bit confusing as part of the building is not in use. I loved the swimming pool with town views from top floor. There is also sauna included in the price. You got slippers and bathrobe provided.
Had no chance to try breakfast but I had dinner once and I was amazed how delicious it was. I've been using gym that is located in the same building. It's only 20 PLN for hotel guests and it's a good one.
Cash machine that is located inside the building by the reception was also very convenient for me.
It is a good hotel and worth the money.
I've been staying there couple of times and will continue to do so.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Located in Bielawa, don't pull me to this small town forest park, an extremely warm and quiet ”inn”. Amazingly large room, clean and tidy. The warm, lovely and polite reception at the front desk makes people feel at home. The lively and handsome little brother is very good at driving the dining atmosphere. The handsome guy in Poland is very handsome, the beauty is beautiful, and the lingering. The area of nearly 35 square meters is also a handful in Europe. European hotels are generally 10-20 Ping without parking. If it weren't for various reasons, I would definitely stay two more nights and take a look.

The bathroom in the room is very large, the bed is small, the location is convenient, the parking fee is very expensive, 105 zloty a day. Breakfast is average, the surrounding streets are beautiful, suitable for travel and leisure, there is no subway nearby.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house).
So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best.
Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.
