Good hotel with delicious breakfast. The wellness zone don’t meet with my expections. The pool is very dark and sad

A favor: la ubicación es ideal, justo al lado de la plaza del mercado, las habitaciones son como se ve en las fotos,tiene un desayuno buffet muy buen y tiene una bañera grande en la habitación. En contra: uno de los motivos de hacer la reserva fue el hidromasaje y resulta que no tenían servicio de hidromasaje, spa ni gimnasio por remodelación y nadie nos indicó nada al hacer la reserva, nos enteramos al preguntar a la recepción. La habitación tampoco tiene ventana al exterior, da al patio del hotel.

We spent 1 night at Arche Hotel at tgecrbd of April 2023. The hotel is the closest to the airport, easily reached on foot or one bus stop from the terminal. It is a recent and modern property, quite anonymous from outside but with nice American industrial loft style inside! Our standard room was quite nice, though not the largest, with a kettle and 2 bottles of water on offer. The bathroom is quite small but functional for a short stay. Breakfast is really wonderful considering the hotel category: you get a really rich buffet plus hot dishes made to order, a really nice touch! Staff are all very young nice and professional . The best choice for an early departure or late arrival into Wroclaw and very convenient to reach che city centre by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel!

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Hotel 5 of 6 on my eurotrip The welcome at reception was average at best, nothing really wrong but nothing special either. The biggest issue I had with this hotel and what seems to be a common occurrence with a lot of hotels these days is the lack of servicing rooms for the duration of your stay for ”the environments sake”. I'm sorry but I'd rent an apartment if I wanted to have to make up my own bed and deal with my rubbish everyday. Part of the whole hotel experience is having fresh towels and your bed made up, you shouldn't need to ask at reception if you require it. The room itself was fine. I stayed in a superior room on the 6th floor which had a lovely balcony which was not accessible but I could look out at it and admire it. The room had all the basics plus a trouser press, iron, safe tea coffee etc and a fridge with water which you can replenish yourself at reception. Bathroom was nice with a bath and separate powerful shower plus a timed heater. Breakfast was tasty and to be honest the choice was excellent and the staff worked hard to welcome guests and keep everything in order at the same time. Location wise it's not bad, a decent walk from Wroclaw glowny and the same again to Rynek. I had dinner one night in ”Stockholm” and the chicken salad was great but the ribeye was seriously fatty and not good. There really isn't any other options around the area for late night eats except for kebabs so I think the hotel is really missing a trick here by not staying open later and having more variety on the menu. Overall it was fine but the lack of servicing the rooms means it shouldn't class itself as a hotel anymore but more of an aparthotel with benefits. And yes the building work that was mentioned in previous reviews is still going on!

W październiku chcieliśmy spędzić relaksujący weekend z mężem. W tym celu zalupiliśmy pakiet wart ponad 1600 zł za dwa noclegi, 2 masaże i ”romantyczną kolację”. Recepcja przed naszym przyjazdem była poinformowana o celu wizyty. Pierwsze rozczarowanie to maciupeńki parking, na którym nie ma miejsca. Szczególnie, gdy w hotelu zorganizowana jest jakaś impreza. Udało się jednak jakoś wcisnąć i zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju w starej części, tuż nad... salą, w której odbywała się impreza urodzinowa. ”Romantyczna kolacja” była średnio romantyczną. Światło ostre z żyrandola, brak jakiegokolwiek nastroju, a obok panowie na służbowym spotkaniu, głośno omawiający szczegóły kolejnego biznesu. Nie postawiono nam nawet świecy na stolik. O tym, by zadbać dla nas o bardziej nastrojowy kącik nikt nie pomyślał. Sama kolacja to niespodzianka i byliśmy mocno zaskoczeni, że nikt nie zapytał czy np. nie jesteśmy weganami lub czy nie jesteśmy uczuleni na jakieś składniki pokarmowe. To absolutny szok! Szczęśliwie jesteśmy wszystkożerni i bez alergii pokarmowych i szczerze musimy przyznać, że dania, które nam podano to MAJSTERSZTYK! Doskonałe jedzenie i stek najlepszy, jaki w życiu jadłam. Dobre było także wino, które podano. Kucharz to powód, dla którego opinia ma dwie, a nie jedną gwiazdkę. Po kolacji poszliśmy odpocząć, ale okazało się, że impreza jest także w naszym pokoju ;) Oczywiście w takich warunkach mowy nie było o jakimkolwiek relaksie, bo słychać było każdy dźwięk :/ Poprosiliśmy o przeniesieniie do innego pokoju, z dala od imprezy. Dostaliśmy ładny i cichy pokój, w którym w kolei było potwornie zimno, ponieważ wielkieprzesuwane okna są nieszczelne. Można było także mieć zastrzeżenia odnośnie czystości. Łazienka była niedomyta, umywalka z rdzawym nalotem z kamienia. Średnio jak na taki standard. SPA calkiem przyjemne, ale sauna wyłączana wcześniej niż wskazują godziny otwarcia. Nikomu się też nie chciało włączyć muzyki. To jednak tyko mały minus. DUŻYM minusem i sprawą oburzającą (!!!) jest natomiast kamera skierowana wprost na saunę, w której... obowiązuje strefa nagości (regulamin). To jest wręcz niesłychane! Jak widać całkiem sporo było czynników, które wskazują, że rzeczywista kategoria obiektu jest daleka od oficjalnej, ale żadna z nich nie wpłynęłaby na zamieszczenie mojej opinii tutaj. Czarę goryczy przelała sytuacja przy wymeldowaniu. Otóż podczas wymeldowania obciążono mnie kwotą w wysykości 25 zł. Nie braliśmy niczego z barku, więc zaczęłam dociekać za co. No i okazało się za co. Podczas ”romantycznej kolacji” zapytano nas czy życzymy sobie coś do picia. Ja wskazałam wodę niegazowaną, mąż czarną kawę (wino było wymienione w cenie pakietu). Drodzy Państwo... płacąc za pobyt pobad 1600 zł zostaliśmy obciążeni za szklankę wody i małą czarną kawę kwotą 25 zł! Jeżdzimy często odpocząć tylko we dwoje, często wykupujemy pakiety i pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałam się z podobną sytuacją. Widać kawa w tym miejscu cenniejsza niż powrót zadowolonych go

Hotel is very well located in a quiet area, good transportation around. Walking distance to the main square about 15 mins. Service staff really helpful during check in, room was clean and installations in general super good!

The hotel itself is nice, modern (which is not always the best, a great-looking chair which you can not stand up from is useless), and has a a spectatular view over the mountains and the lake. Everybody was friendly, the premises were clean, but.. There is seriously not enough staff! Two bartenders can hardly serve the whole terrace at night, when it is full of people. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. Even the restaurant was slow during lunches and did not have a single vegetarian dish (one was on the menu, but they didn't have it). The food we got in the end was good, so were breakfasts, dinners were the same every day (as a vegetarian I could have a salad or spaghetti 3 days in a row). The pools are too small for such a big hotel and were overcrowded all the time, only one whirlpool was working, so people were waiting. I think it is better to visit in the autumn or winter, when the weather is not as hot, there is nowhere to cool down a little, the water in the pools is heated too. I would recommend this place to people who do not expect too much, if you sometimes stay in a 4* hotel, you might be slightly disappointed. However, the surroundings is great for trips, there is a castle nearby, St. Anna's chapel, Upside down house and much more to enjoy.

Miejsce z potencjałem, jednak z licznymi niedociagnieciami psujacymi istotnie komfort pobytu. Po pierwsze dodatkowo platny niestrzeżony parking przy obiekcie. Powinien byc przy takiej lokalizacji osrodka wliczony w cenę pokoju. Brak informacji o platnym parkingu przy rezerwacji telefonicznej. W salonie do spania nierozkladana sofa z dostawka, ktora rozjeżdza się istotnie pogarszajac jakośc snu. Totalna porazka. Bardzo głośny piec, ktory wlacza sie w nocy, halasujac zaburzając sen. Kominek/koza w pokoju, tak reklamowany w ofercie, wymaga dodztkowo zakupienia drewna (!) - brak o tym jakiejkolwiek informacji przy rezerwacji. Aneks kuchenny bardzo slabo wyposazony- wbrew opisowi na stronie internetowej. Sprzatanie pokoju i wymiana ręcznikow dopiero po 4 dobie pobytu (!). Wanna w lazience mocno nadgryziona zębem czasu, wymaga zdecydowanie odnowienia albo wymiany. Do pokoju przynalezy balkon z widokiem wprost na bliskie okna budynkow naprzeciwko. Nieprawdą jest informacja ze strony internetowej, że z balkonu mozna podziwiać widoki, chyba że mowa o widokach na pokoj zabaw dla dzieci lub salon gości zameldowanych naprzeciw. Kompleks basenowo-saunowy z potencjalem, jednak oblegany przez olbrzymią liczbę dzieci, panuje straszny harmider i chaos. Dobrym rozwiazaniem godnym pochwaly jest natomiast basen tylko dla dorosłych od 20.30. W trakcie naszego pobytu basen byl jednak przejściowo zamkniety z powodu rzekomej awarii lub zanieczyszczenia- żadnej rekompensaty nie otrzymalismy. Warte polecenia są natomiast znakomite seansy saunowe z olejkami eterycznymi. Niektore panie z recepcji bardzo nieprzyjazne. Przyzwoita wloska restauracja. My wiecej nie wrócimy.

Hotel bardzo fajny i nie moge za dużo zarzucic, sauna w pokoju super ale trudno rozgrzac wiecej niz 80 stopni, jednak przy tej cenie uwazam ze parking powinien byc za darmo, albo co najmniej powinna byc widoczna informacja ze trzeba doplacic za niego 40zl.

I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

Hotel Dziki Potok w Karpaczu położony około 2 km od centrum Karpacza, zdała od hałasu i zgiełku tłumu turystów w sezonie, to wszystko jest idealne. Budynek główny z recepcją, restauracją, kawiarnią i basenem. Hotel w kategorii 3 gwiazdki. Moim zdaniem w pełni na to zasługuje, a może nawet na 4 ****. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W pokojach duże, wygodne szerokie łoża małżeńskie, sofa , fotele i inne meble. Czajnik i lodówka to również jest w pokoju. TV. lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, codziennie uzupełniany oraz bez limitu super woda mineralna. Czystość bez zarzutu. Panie sprzątające codziennie służą pomocą i spełniają. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła. Posiłki w postaci bufetu bardzo obfite i dość urozmaicone, z kawą, herbatą i sokami, owoce i ciasto. Naprawdę można się najeść do oporu i nikt nie powinien narzekać. Dodatkowe ręczniki. Trzy działające sauny: sucha fińska, parowo-ziołowa i parowa. Poza tym wszystko było OK. Na miejscu bar serwujący schłodzone piwko i drinki. WIFI w pokoju działa bez zarzutu. Ogólna ocena bardzo pozytywna. Bardzo polecam wszystkim hotel Dziki Potok w Karpaczu. Stanisław, Kwidzyn
