Hotel Dengan Spa di Lower Silesian, Poland

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the Old Town—just a 3-minute walk to the Town Hall. The convenience of being so close to the city’s main attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room is located at the end of the corridor , we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. Opening the window to a beautiful church view was an unforgettable experience—we absolutely loved it! The hotel is new, modern, and clean, making our 2-night stay very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again if we return to Wrocław!

We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. The hotel service staff is very friendly and helpful. It is worth recommending. The view across the curtains in the room is great! The buffet in the morning has a wide variety of high-quality and delicious food.

It is a nice place with a nice view. You can see that the rooms are very well exploited when on one side of the rooms are quite new, however, it is already destroyed. The broken shower probably didn't hold such a movement :) There was no elevator and no access to the cage for the carriages - with the yearly child it was a kind of obstacle. In general, I can fly this object, but it has its mankaments.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

The bathroom in the room is very large, the bed is small, the location is convenient, the parking fee is very expensive, 105 zloty a day. Breakfast is average, the surrounding streets are beautiful, suitable for travel and leisure, there is no subway nearby.

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.
