PPengguna Tetamu這次出差差不多兩個禮拜了，都是住在各地的華住會，這兩天來到合肥住在這家水晶酒店，我很滿意。尤其是咱們的前台服務員很周到的幫我解決了晚上幫忙洗衣服事情第二天就掛在門口，特別點贊咱們的保安大叔，本來我説給點服務費，前台服務員及保安大叔堅決不用。感謝，下次還會來住的。

AAhadGermanRoom was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

The lobby was elegant and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. I especially loved the stunning view from my window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, all freshly prepared. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Every detail was carefully considered, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

- staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation
- response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow
- you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there
- in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor
- waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water.
- hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step
Positive:
- got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell
- breakfast is great
- elevators are arriving fast
- view is great
Have not tried the pool or gym.

Llilas_lys酒店實物和宣傳圖頻有種貨不對板的感覺，比較新環境還不錯，但整個活動範圍比較小（如圖3）。房間類似於全季，早飯不如全季。不知道是不是春節期間，早餐主食衹有麪條、餛飩、粥三種，加上兩個炒菜（西紅柿炒蛋、紅燒牛肉），附加南瓜、玉米以及煎蛋，這就是全部。周圍荒郊野嶺，吃飯衹能在酒店裡解決。4.9的評分咋來的啊。

However, one major downside is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It seems that some inconsiderate guests have been smoking despite the rules, and the odor lingers, making the room less pleasant. This significantly affects the overall experience, especially for non-smokers.
If the hotel could enforce stricter no-smoking policies and improve ventilation or deep-cleaning procedures, it would greatly enhance the stay. As it stands, it’s decent—but the smoking issue is hard to ignore.

LLives out of a suitcase.Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

PPengguna TetamuThe stay was quite nice, the people there were friendly. If you like nature then this is for you. The hotel were clean and the amenities were provided accordingly. The person who is in charge of the room ”小孙” took care of the guests very well. If you like a quiet retreat then I would say this is perfect for you. Quiet reminder, the hotel is particularly in semi-middle of no where, and there are only breakfast available and not much options for delivery. It is perfect for a quiet getaway, but not a city center kind of travel.
