我們3點20到了，但是前台説沒有房，要等，跟着另一大家子等了半小時，那家等時間更長，中途把我們都撂在那，無人問津，需要多久回答不知道，再多問就不吱聲。住過各種酒店，沒遇到解決問題這麼差的。勉強催促整出兩間房，一個三樓一個四樓，特別不方便。設施房間什麼都是連鎖正常標準，停車場也算方便。打掃房間的工作人員態度都挺不錯的，前台或者大堂經理特別需要培訓。
