Hotel Kunshan dengan Bar

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

和媽媽一起到崑山，本想帶她去住金鷹尚美的，她説在點評看到這家新開的，看着不錯，就來了。 基礎訊息：上個月剛開業，地理位置蠻好，離11號線地鐵站很近，附近也有公交車站，樓下停車場寬敞自駕也很方便。附近有超市便利店，有大型商場，有小飯店。酒店設施還算尚可，該有的基本都有。房間也都不算小。服務能做到有問必答，基本有求必應，還算可以。 然後來説説做的不夠尚需努力的方面： 衞生情況：1、床品被套上有污漬，裡外都有，這個有點震驚，電話溝通後換了一床；2、浴巾上有香煙燙口痕跡；3、浴缸污漬蠻多，使用很不放心。 設施情況：1、訂的是尊享房，頁面註明有行政禮遇，到了酒店詢問，酒廊尚未開放，也沒有其他説法，這點不太愉快；2、房間沒有找到筆，讓機器人送了一支，沒有筆帽，寫了兩下斷水了，這個有點尷尬；3、被告知無煙樓層只有11樓，這點感覺挺震驚的。 再來説説好的地方： 酒店和房間的智能化設施印象很深：1、入口的“芝麻開門”感應門很贊；2、房間的“小度小度”幾乎控制全場；3、TCL國產電視很大看着舒服，支持投屏這點很不錯；4、機器人送物也不錯。 地下一樓的洗衣機房免費使用，對商務出差人士友好！ 服務意識：臨走時候送上了點心小零食和瓶裝熱水，在大冷天熱水真的有被暖心感動到！ 整體感受還可以，和五星五鑽的標準還有一定距離，適合商旅出差人士。

民宿就在碼頭邊上，位置很好找，店裡的貓咪很可愛，特別温順，小院子也別有一番風味，店裡的鋼鐵俠很吸睛，還可以留下自己的祝願，房間裏很乾凈，老闆娘提前幫我們開好空調，特別暖和，還有店裡的咖啡也很好喝，體驗感非常棒

พนักงานดูแลดีมาก เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์มินิมอล สะอาด ใหม่มาก แต่ไม่เหมาะกับคนอายุมาก เพราะที่นอนวางพื้น สไตล์ญี่ปุ่น ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่ง ในห้อง ค่อนข้างลำบาก อาหารเช้า จัดเป็น Set มีให้เลือก ยุโรป กับ อาหารจีน เท่านั้น สำหรับฉัน คืนละ 220USD ที่นี่ราคาแพงเกินไป จริงเสียค่าเข้าเมืองโบราณอีกคนละ 100 ¥ไม่รวมในค่าห้องพัก

推薦 飯店是一家標準星級商務酒店，大堂尊貴沉穩，已是第二次旅居這家了。 接待台的小姐依然笑容可掬，遞給我門鑰匙時向我介紹了用早餐的餐廳位置，他們為滿足現在住客閑時撲克**愛好特意設定了《**室》這比較與時俱進。 飯店的服務比較適時，準確，想你所需，這也是我：強烈推薦的原因。 吃飯時將小PAD丟在了餐廳，聯繫之後告訴我可以送回房間。 晚上回到房間不僅收到了丟而復得的小本。還給我了我一個小驚喜：客房服務員把我的踩了泥的皮鞋擦得油光鋥亮。 早餐也是比較豐富的那種，鮮肉混沌比較可口。

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

衝著大閘蟹來了陽澄湖，來了陽澄湖走進了有熊，有熊有了梵幾的加持完全沒有讓人失望，是一家住了就不想走的酒店…乾淨衞生，管家和任何一個員工都很友善，有求必應！最讓人驚喜的是居然有地熱，真是太舒服了，入住體驗感極好！下次還來！

非常不錯的民宿！！！ 上海出發衹要一小時！！！ 整棟民宿緊挨湖邊（妥妥湖景view）… 還有手作木工&皮具（男女老少全通吃）… 周邊的吃喝也很完善…… 良心推薦！！！ （重要就要三個驚嘆號）

習慣了快節奏的城市，難得找到一間舒服又注重細節的民宿來體驗慢生活。舒適的環境，乾淨的房間，屋外的流水，愜意的陽光，雖然周圍建築相對現代，但依然滿足我作為一個北方人對江南小鎮的嚮往。民宿本身對細節追求很到位，裝修裝飾看得出造價不菲，配套智能家居語音操控，會客廳小童樂園一應俱全，親子房裡還有攀爬架和小帳篷，令我感動的是除了全套的品牌洗漱用品，老闆甚至貼心的為長髮顧客準備了鯊魚夾，這是我這麼多年住國內外酒店民宿第一次遇到的，大大提升了對這裏的好感。民宿外還有一片自有菜地，對於城市裡的小朋友來説採摘的體驗本身就是一個很大的驚喜，下午採摘，晚餐就上桌，即刻可以品嚐勞動帶來的喜悦。對了，老闆還可以幫忙買正宗的陽澄湖大閘蟹！總之，體驗感很好，下次會再找時間過來。
