I admit I had a bit of decision paralysis when booking a hotel. Around 9 PM, I decided to call the hotel to inquire about reservation details. To my pleasant surprise, Ms. Wang Xinyi from the reservations department was incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions, dispelling all my doubts. That's when I immediately decided on the Golden Eagle. During our three-day, two-night stay at Summit, Xiaoxin (Ms. Wang Xinyi) provided incredibly attentive care. Not only did she discreetly help me decorate the room while juggling other tasks, creating a wonderful surprise for my husband and me the moment we walked in, but she also thoughtfully offered suggestions for dining and entertainment nearby. Even when she wasn't on duty, she ensured every detail was seamlessly handled, making us feel completely at home and enriching our vacation experience immensely! When I called for bottled water, I casually mentioned the air conditioning wasn't working. Within a minute, Cecilia, the Assistant Front Office Manager, called to apologize. Within three minutes, Cecilia and a technician arrived at my door with tools – as a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed.
