My stay at Qianshanji Hotel was truly memorable. The room offers a direct view of Lugu Lake, and every moment feels like looking at a beautiful painting. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were thoughtfully prepared, delicate, and generous in variety. The hotel facilities are very well equipped, and I was especially touched by the thoughtful details: bath balls, a carefully prepared care pack (with good-quality sanitary pads, makeup remover pads, facial towels, etc.), and even a bag of dried apples prepared for us to take home. When I arrived, I wasn’t feeling well. The front desk staff immediately offered me glucose and portable oxygen can. What truly warmed my heart was that when I developed a fever, they not only cooked porridge for me, but also prepared for my family as well. Although there is no elevator, which may be less convenient for elderly guests, the staff were always proactive and kind in helping to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. In the evening, I highly recommend going to the lawn in front of the hotel, you’ll be completely amazed by the breathtaking, star-filled sky :)

No regrets for booking this hotel. Very well kept with full amenities, most importantly beautiful scenery just outside the windows. Even we booked for 2 singles bedded room, but the size of beds can easily fit 4 adults or Good option for family of 4. The hotel also provided simple tea break after check in and supper before 10pm. All of us enjoyed the stay. Strongly recommended if one preferred a quiet place to recharge. So much more serenity compared to Daluosui.

Views from the room was excellent, room was equipped with AI function. Provides a humidifier for the room as well which is great. Location of the hotel was atop a very steep hill which made climbing up and down a little inconvenient- they do offer a driver service but it is not available all the time- limited to certain hours and when there is another guest using the car then will need to wait. Service was not consistent- some staff were not very friendly but some staff provided amazing service: Staff 小周非常友善热情，旁晚临时问他想去湖边走走 他就马上安排了亲自载我去 让我在泸沽湖的最后一个傍晚能够在夕阳下体验湖边漫步，过后还及时来接我回去， 让我感觉非常感谢。 4月6号值晚班的柜台小姐也特别热情友善，很喜欢她 可是不知道她的名字。

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

好評！民宿環境很好，依山傍水，麪南背北，前面是草坪望湖，風景優美，後面路邊有自家的停車場，開車出入很方便，中間有自家園子，老闆很用心打理，種着各種從山裡采來的奇奇怪怪的草木，佈局別緻，賞心悦目。     房間寬敞舒適，整潔衞生，各種設備都挺方便好用的。南面玻璃門窗外就是湖光山色。最喜歡窗台榻榻米，可坐可卧，一邊煮茶聊天，一邊看窗外微波拂岸，風擺楊柳，槽船來回，又不受海風吹擾，甚是愜意。     老闆大哥是尼塞村民，熱情好客，服務周到，還特別能聊，邀請我們到祖母屋烤火聊天，又是煮酥油茶，又是烤土豆給我們吃，這次算是沉浸式體驗了一把摩梭人的生活。第二天正好是輪到老闆出船，因為淡季遊客少，老闆主動聯繫船隊長，親自搖櫓專門為我們兩個客人出了趟船，豬槽船遊玩體驗太棒了！哈哈哈！太感謝老闆大哥了！

The view of the hotel was really as advertised, super pretty. Staffs was also exceptionally helpful - the moment we got off the car, there were at least 3 staffs ready to help with our luggages. Special thank you to the following staffs: 小老贾，喇叭裤，杨歌. Afternoon tea and night time dessert was also delicious! Location is quite central, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

Our lake view room was an absolute dream—waking up to the shimmering waters right from our balcony was pure magic. Mornings spent sipping coffee and afternoons indulging in the hotel’s delightful complimentary tea while soaking in the breathtaking scenery felt like heaven. The staff went above and beyond—warm, kind, and always ready to help, from luggage assistance to ensuring every detail was perfect. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from cozy bonfire spots and surrounded by tasty eateries, yet peaceful enough to make you never want to leave your room. Honestly, why venture far? This hotel is the ultimate retreat. Grab a drink, cozy up on the balcony, and let the view of Lugu Lake steal your heart. We’ll be back! 🌿

The location of Yufan Inn is set in a small village. If you are looking for a quiet time away from the noise, I would say this would be the perfect hotel in this charming area. The hotel is located right in front of the lake. There’s a small park that you can take an evening stroll or pull out a picnic chair to chill on the grass patch. The owner was really friendly and helpful. There are shawls and hats that you can borrow to use during your stay. He also offered us beach chairs when we said we would chill by the lake. We did a longer than usual stay in Lugu Hu and the owner brought us to see a beautiful temple and the local market. He also brought us to watch the local cultural show. We had a great time. Our stay in Yufan Inn had been a memorable trip and we miss Sixteen dearly.

We had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site. Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing. Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely. There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car. You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms. They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!

The view of Lugu Lake from our room is breathtaking. Our room is located on the highest point of the hotel and to access our room, we need to climb several levels of stairs. Luckily the hotel staff helped us and carried our luggages during check in and check out time. Nice ambience but the decor is a bit dated. We do not like the bathroom and toilet shared the same door coz we find it a bit inconvenience - unable to use the toilet if another person is having a shower. The room gets dusty easily, probably becoz it is at a high level and the place is windy. There is a common washing machine which we find this very helpful. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay here.
