SSIEW KENG LEENo regrets for booking this hotel. Very well kept with full amenities, most importantly beautiful scenery just outside the windows. Even we booked for 2 singles bedded room, but the size of beds can easily fit 4 adults or Good option for family of 4. The hotel also provided simple tea break after check in and supper before 10pm.
All of us enjoyed the stay.
Strongly recommended if one preferred a quiet place to recharge. So much more serenity compared to Daluosui.

PPengguna Tetamuthe hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u.
room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread.
but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

WWen Qi WMy stay at Qianshanji Hotel was truly memorable. The room offers a direct view of Lugu Lake, and every moment feels like looking at a beautiful painting. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were thoughtfully prepared, delicate, and generous in variety.
The hotel facilities are very well equipped, and I was especially touched by the thoughtful details: bath balls, a carefully prepared care pack (with good-quality sanitary pads, makeup remover pads, facial towels, etc.), and even a bag of dried apples prepared for us to take home.
When I arrived, I wasn’t feeling well. The front desk staff immediately offered me glucose and portable oxygen can. What truly warmed my heart was that when I developed a fever, they not only cooked porridge for me, but also prepared for my family as well.
Although there is no elevator, which may be less convenient for elderly guests, the staff were always proactive and kind in helping to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.
In the evening, I highly recommend going to the lawn in front of the hotel, you’ll be completely amazed by the breathtaking, star-filled sky :)

PPengguna TetamuThe inn is just right in front of the lake with a walking distance. Our room is at the second floor with really nice view. The place to ride the boat is just in front of this inn too, but bear in mind you couldn’t walk straight to the beach from the inn. I think you need to walk to the main road to reach the beach. What I really impressed is their service and friendly approach. They are very proactively in assisting us in carrying the luggage up and down our room, and made us breakfast to our time. I really like their hospitality and the location. My kids love the upper floor attic, and the swing and the garden where she can run around.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lugu Lake Arabella Lake View Manor. We booked 3 first floor rooms and were delighted to receive complimentary room upgrades to the second and third floors upon arrival.
The service from all staff were excellent and genuinely welcoming. The staff helped us bring our luggage to our rooms and back down when we checked out. The hotel's thoughtful amenities, such as the free pickup service and the complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks, made our visit both convenient and relaxing.
This was a wonderful experience combining a beautiful location with outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. 谢谢诗祺管家和其他的管家 😀.

PPengguna TetamuThe room has an interesting layout. The night was very cold and the heater in the room was easy to operate and worked extremely well. The hotel is walking distance to the nearby courtyard where they have the bonfire cultural performance at night. The toilet and shower area is kinda small, but I guess it is still deemed okay for a one night stopover. Lots of construction going on in the Lugu town, but the workers knocked off at 6pm and only began at 9am, so it did not affect me. Quite a few guests staying in the hotel despite the abundance of choices in the area and the low peak season.

PPengguna TetamuAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
