"We are a family of 3 with a 13 year old teen. We were greeted by the nice lake view at the lobby of the hotel. This hotel is definitely a little gem by the lake. The Ming Shu put a lot of thoughts into the amenities, including masks, little snacks and humidifier. Our room comes with a balcony with a lake view. My booking came with afternoon tea, we can have our afternoon tea at the comfort of our balcony.
直玛管家 already tried to get connected with me a few days before our trip. She has been very friendly, helpful and responsive through WeChat throughout our whole stay. When it is time for night time dessert and morning breakfast, when she doesn’t see us at the lobby cafe, she will drop us a WeChat message to remind us.
The hotel provide photography services too. Our package comes with 5 free digital photos. Our family went for 30 to 45 mins photo shoots with 啊川 from 我是青禾摄影. The photo are very nicely taken and ended up, we took a package for the digital copies of all the photos. My teen girl was happy with her individual shots too.
In summary, we are very glad that we had booked this hotel. We wished that our stay was longer. We highly recommend this to anyone including those with kids. This is a very romantic place."

"It was a pleasant experience staying at Borei resort. Right when we arrived at the resorts parking lot, we were greeted warmly by a staff member A Nan, who has made us feel like home.
The resort was right in front of the lake and it’s a walking distance to the jetty which you can enjoy beautiful sunset and sunrise.
The room is very clean and spacious and the latex pillow was very comfortable. Breakfast is oriental. The resort also provided good night soup which supposedly to aid sleeping.
Overall we had a great experience and will definitely come back again."

"本來對民宿有些顧慮，這次又是從隱奢逸境過來，還擔心會有落差，沒想到是大大的驚喜，無論是臨水第一排的位置，還是極其在線的設計審美，乃至各種服務細節，可以説是完勝。太美了，完全長在我的審美上，而且不是那種純為擺拍的虛有其表，設計感爆表，用料也考究，同時又為住客考慮得頗為周到，從精心提供的用品可見一斑，管家服務響應也非常及時有效，早餐是自助加米線和西式套餐，餐廳和咖啡廳都美爆了，菜品也很可口，既漂亮又好吃。還有4樓的書房，真的可以呆個半天，看看書發發呆，總之每一個細節都很好，方方面面應該説是融合了酒店和民宿之長。要説有什麼不足，大概就是停車比較逼仄些，另外復古設計的鑰匙門要記得鎖門啊哈哈，雖然我是很喜歡那個鑰匙串滴～"

Pengguna Tetamuthe hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u.
room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread.
but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

My stay at Qianshanji Hotel was truly memorable. The room offers a direct view of Lugu Lake, and every moment feels like looking at a beautiful painting. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were thoughtfully prepared, delicate, and generous in variety.
The hotel facilities are very well equipped, and I was especially touched by the thoughtful details: bath balls, a carefully prepared care pack (with good-quality sanitary pads, makeup remover pads, facial towels, etc.), and even a bag of dried apples prepared for us to take home.
When I arrived, I wasn’t feeling well. The front desk staff immediately offered me glucose and portable oxygen can. What truly warmed my heart was that when I developed a fever, they not only cooked porridge for me, but also prepared for my family as well.
Although there is no elevator, which may be less convenient for elderly guests, the staff were always proactive and kind in helping to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.
In the evening, I highly recommend going to the lawn in front of the hotel, you’ll be completely amazed by the breathtaking, star-filled sky :)

LAWRENCE K.H. TAMAs part of our 9-day self-drive trip in Yunnan, me and my wife visited the Lake Lu Gu last week and stayed two nights at the Torre De Marfil Hotel. All hardwares and softwares of the hotel were up to our entire satisfaction. Every little detail of the hotel facilities, whether in the rooms or in the public areas, has been carefully designed and properly maintained. The full and unblocked lakeview, which can be seen directly through the hotel room window, was magnificent and unforgettable. As we were told, most of the hotel personnel are native Mosuo people. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them, especially Xiao Zhang at the Reception Desk, in their works. Without any exception, they responded proactively and efficiently to all our requests. They voluntarily helped us bring our heavy luggages to and from the carpark while explaining to us the unusual marriage traditions followed by the Mosuo Tribe. Breakfasts were provided in individual sets instead of buffets. We were particularly impressed by their presentations, tastes and varieties, which were so much better than what we had in those bigger hotels we had stayed in Dali and Lijiang. Free dessert soups were served and brought to the rooms every evening, which to us were a big surprise! We 100% enjoyed our stay in Torre De Marfil and would definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be visiting Lu Gu.

Pengguna Tetamu已經是第二次來瀘沽湖了，比起上次來已經有近10年。瀘沽湖變化還是挺大的，來之前一直擔心住宿問題，怕沒有好的民宿。這次選擇了沽濤源築，整個入住期間都非常滿意。從開始預訂，老闆就打電話聯繫相關的入住事宜，發送定位，我們坐班車過去，老闆提前聯繫我們抵達的時間，冒雨開車去接我們回酒店。到了酒店還幫行李搬上3樓，房間很寬敞，打開自動窗簾的那一刻，瀘沽湖絕美的一線湖景就映入眼簾，非常驚艷。房間都按照當地的傳統建築風格裝修，很温馨，設施也很完善，隔音效果也非常好。在入住的2晚期間，老闆都給我們詳細告知了電動車的使用，去寧蒗縣城的包車和班車，最後一天還把我們送到公車站。服務都很好。民宿裏有2隻貓，奶牛貓比較淘氣，逗的時候注意別被它抓到，哈哈。還有一衹叫Grace的🐶，性格非常和善，很親人。總之，在瀘沽湖入住期間，是一個非常不錯的體驗，值得推薦。即使待在民宿裏，就可以感受瀘沽湖絕美的自然景觀，很治癒，強烈推薦。另外，阿姨做的酸湯魚火鍋強烈推薦，青菜很新鮮！

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable.

Renee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

My stay at Pushu · All Lakeview Resort Villa was nothing short of amazing. The service truly exceeded expectations — in fact, it was even better than some of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in.
Although our room was originally meant for three people, the staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed four of us to stay together. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with the stunning Lugu Lake right outside our balcony.
The resort also provides small complimentary meals such as high tea and supper for guests, which was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful as well, featuring a variety of traditional Lijiang dishes.

JuiannyI had a truly memorable and calming stay at Lugu Lake Baiyun Jinsu Inn (Ninglu Highway Branch).
The location is absolutely stunning, with a direct lake view. Waking up to the sunrise over Lugu Lake was one of the highlights of the trip. The water is so still and peaceful, reflecting the morning light beautifully. It is one of those moments that makes everything feel worth it.
What I loved most is the tranquil environment. You can hear roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning. No city noise, just pure calm. It is the perfect place if you want to escape from the busy city life and truly unwind.
The room is practical and comfortable. There is a washing machine (no dryer), but it wasn’t an issue at all. Clothes dry well overnight when hung up.
The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable.
The inn also provides a simple breakfast and there is even a dessert served at night, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch.
At first, I thought Lugu Lake might be too far from Lijiang. But after experiencing its beauty, I can confidently say:
it’s absolutely worth the journey and I would love to come back again.

Pengguna TetamuAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
