Hotel Shanghai dengan Bar

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. From the first night all the way till check out the experience was very pleasent. The location was just a short 5mins walk from a ferry terminal to the opposite North Bund park, where we had our evening walk to Oriental Pearl Tower and the 3 super tall skyscrappers. Also a short 10mins walk to Tilanqiao metro station where we set off for our daily itenaries, (Disneyland, Nanjing Road, 1 day trip to Suzhou). Rooms were cleaned daily, and smelled pleasent. Food delivery from ******* was delivered straight to our rooms using a cute little robot.

Hotel ini mempunyai bas ulang-alik percuma ke Disney, planetarium, lapangan terbang, dan lain-lain, yang sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan meja penyambut tetamu bersemangat dan butler menyediakan perkhidmatan yang penuh perhatian. Terdapat pelbagai jenis sarapan dan snek tengah malam. Ia adalah tepat untuk menikmati snek tengah malam selepas pulang dari Disney. Bilik bersih dan ada taman permainan untuk kanak-kanak. Saya akan memilih untuk tinggal di sini lain kali saya mempunyai peluang, disyorkan! !

Best hotel I ever stay. Location near yu yuan metro exit 7 just walk 2 mins from hotel. Also near the bund walking distance 3 mins . Hotel also beside yu yuan tourist area. Hotel bath room is separate with toilet . Big tv provide . Nice view baconcy provide . Night view is beautiful. Hotel staff and bell boy very courteous, helpful. Excellent work. Recommend to stay here . Had a nice trip in Shanghai will come back again to stay in this hotel again . Well done !

Room felt comfortable and cozy. Bedding is soft and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful with my questions about my trip. YuXingJi is just opposite this hotel. Housekeeping is very efficient, I change the towel and bedsheets every day. They have high quality in-room slippers👍 Just little imperfections: bathroom doesn’t have any hooks for cloths & towels. Doesn’t provide laundry bags. Overall was close to perfection no kidding about it and I extended my stay one more day. Great value for hotel in Shanghai.

I last stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, when it was still named ”Regal International East Asia Hotel”. 10 years later, when I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel again, I was surprised that the hotel was more or less kept as the same, with a similar classy style and decor. Even the rooms looked the same! Although they were probably never renovated, the fixtures and fittings were kept in very good condition and the beds comfortable. It is located in a very classy and laid back part of Xujiahui, Shanghai which was part of the former french concession. I had a good stroll down Hengshan Road, and found that while it was tree-lined and as pretty as ever, there were more cafes and malls there now. The location is also very convenient, a short stroll away from Wukang Building, 5 mins walk to Hengshan Road station and 15mins drive from the bund. As I had just arrived from Chongqing, which is most definitely a second tier chinese city, I was taken aback by the good english spoken by the reception, which was much better than that in a similar 5 star hotel in CQ. The hotel staff all provided good service and were courteous. The room was large and I appreciated the work table, something that is not common in other hotels of similar price range. The toilet's design was a little strange though, as there was no real separation from the shower area and the sink(only had a glass door). While I didn't have the time to use the hotel's facilities, there was a large indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped gym-- with fitness instructors and classes. Very impressive. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant was also good, with a good selection of hot food and bread, nothing to complain about. I also loved taking a stroll in the garden behind the restaurant, where locals were exercising and the gentle winter breeze uplifted my mood greatly. Overall, for the price paid, it is a good value for money hotel in Xujiahui, Shanghai, I love the hotel itself and the neighbourhood it is located in. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again if I am back in Shanghai, China.

Saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi kerana ia adalah hotel yang kos efektif. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangannya ramah dan bilik, walaupun kecil, sangat bersih dan selesa. Ia adalah perjalanan dengan anak saya dan ia adalah cara terbaik untuk meninggalkan kesan pertama yang baik tentang Shanghai. Ia berada di tepi jalan besar, jadi ada sedikit bunyi lalu lintas, tetapi jika anda memakai penyumbat telinga yang disediakan di dalam bilik, anda tidak boleh mendengar apa-apa. Katilnya lembut dan selesa, jadi saya dapat tidur dengan nyenyak. Sarapan pagi juga mempunyai banyak variasi, dan biasanya sarapan hotel hambar dan tawar, tetapi sarapan di tempat ini sangat lazat. Jika saya perlu singgah lagi ke Shanghai, saya pasti mahu pergi lagi~

Location was easy to access from metro and it is very convenient. Not far away from Bund area. I only had a breakfast and it was excellent, catered for westerners and Chinese. Check in and check out was very quick. Excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Shanghai Central for a relaxing birthday staycation. The front desk team was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for my birthday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the chef delivered a delicious cake to my room to celebrate the occasion. The dining room where breakfast was served was stunning, and the pastries were especially delightful. Overall, I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

W place, W location, literally up to door service of laundry, Smells Wonderful the scent that they given. wonderful amenities and service. i seriously suggest this place if you have tons of laundry to be done before you next day flight back home, nevertheless this location is so convenient to get around started from.

Highly recommended hotel! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Initially, our booked airport transfer mistakenly took us to their sister hotel, which was 3 km away. However, the staff at Chuxin Moshe’s sister hotel quickly arranged a free transfer to the correct location, ensuring a smooth resolution. Despite the language barrier, communication was not an issue, and they handled everything efficiently. One of the highlights was the complimentary daily shuttle service to Disneyland, with multiple departure and return time options to fit our schedule. The front office team was outstanding—truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They definitely deserve recognition for their excellent service. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
