Hotel Shanghai dengan Bar

This hotel is very beautiful and nicely located at the Suzhou River. Excellent view of the river along with the view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. It has been memorable and will definitely come back to stay again.

I love the room and location. Even though it was a shared bathroom or shower room but the cleaniness was high class, it was being cleaned every single time i went out to the bathroom or shared sink area. Service was very good too. Love the room and location and the service. Recommended!

Datang lagi ke Shanghai, membawa anak-anak dari Disneyland, dan sejak concierge membukakan pintu mobil, kami sudah merasakan layanan lima bintang yang sesungguhnya. Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu cepat dan profesional. Saya sangat gembira dapat bertemu Jennie lagi di kaunter. Melihat kami bersama anak-anak, dia dengan penuh perhatian menaik taraf jenis bilik, memberikan peralatan mandi kanak-kanak, jubah mandi kecil, dan juga menyediakan khemah, sungguh mengejutkan. Anak-anak sangat gembira. Bertemu Jennie membuatkan kami berasa seperti pulang ke rumah, 'kerana seseorang, jatuh cinta pada sebuah bandar'. Menginap di Ritz, saya benar-benar mempercayai pepatah ini. Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, dengan pemandangan yang indah, dan pusat membeli-belah berada di tingkat bawah. Bilik dibersihkan dengan sempurna, dan penebat bunyi sangat baik, membolehkan kami tidur nyenyak. Sudah tentu, kemudahan fizikalnya bagus, linen katil yang selesa, dan pemandangan malam yang menawan, tetapi yang benar-benar membuat saya mengingati bandar ini adalah setiap senyuman dan setiap perhatian yang tepat pada masanya dari kakitangan hotel. Tidak sabar untuk datang lagi.

Me and my family had a great stay. Good location, convienent and near the key places to visit. The adventure zone helped alot for wet weather back up. The best thing was the great helpful staff. They even prepare well to receive kids

I enjoy my stay with my family especially the outdoor view of the bund. The retreat room was ice on top. Breakfast was so delicious, serving western and Asian food. I’ve tried Asian fruits I’ve been looking forward to taste and to my surprise they were not as sweet as I thought but they taste really good. My last days holidays end up here and I’m glad I booked here, it worth the price!

They kindly helped handle luggage, arranged transportation and offered practical travel tips around the Bund. Every request was dealt with efficiently and attentively. The hotel is very best. Near to the train station. And the front desk No.005 she is very kind and very helpfull. She help me alot. From check in until check out. Their service was excellent. Room spacious, very clean. I like this hotel so much. If i travel shanghai again will order this hotel again.
