Hotel Weihai dengan Bar

This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. This has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at throughout my visits to Weihai. In terms of cleanliness, location, and comfort this has met all of my needs. One major thing that I enjoyed was the friendliness of all of the workers there, as a foreigner this made a huge difference and made checking in extremely comfortable and easy, everyone was very kind and helpful. Directly across the street there’s a big shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and English is also spoken by a few members as well. Will definitely stay here again!

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

我想給這家酒店打六星，實在是太超預期了。首先春節沒怎麼漲價，相較於經濟型酒店翻一倍的價格，這家酒店絕對是太太太良心了。酒店內非常乾淨整潔，設施維護良好，床品非常乾淨，床很舒服。特別要表揚的是這家酒店的服務特別周到，細心。能看出有個服務員好像是實習生，但是彬彬有禮，周到熱心。這次來山東旅遊，上一站住的是青島凱悦，可以説龍躍大酒店的服務完全不輸給凱悦，靠窗的海景也是非常漂亮。酒店出門不遠就有一個好大的小童樂園。 給我這次的山東之行完美的收官，從來沒有寫過這麼多字的點評，實在是太滿意了。

這次海邊入住體驗直接滿分五星！酒店地理位置特別優越，出門不遠就是海岸線，早晚散步、觀賞日出日落都十分方便。整體客房打掃得乾淨透亮，床品柔軟親膚，各類設施維護到位，使用起來很順手。工作人員小李和小胡服務格外貼心，提出的需求都會快速響應解決，還會主動分享本地趕海好去處和特色海鮮餐館，酒店每日推送海邊天氣提醒，出行遊玩省去很多麻煩。桂圓工作人員很温柔～整體環境安靜舒適，性價比很高，來榮成度假首選這家，下次出行還會預訂！

The hotel is spanking new, has a strong modern style, the rooms are big and bed is comfy. For this price, it is a steal. Also the nice lady at the front desk made sure I m being taken care of. Will definitely be back!

五星好評給返這家酒店，入住體驗很棒，環境衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全睡覺特別香，服務人員很專業，出行位置特別方便，距離火炬八街也很近，威海真是來過就會念念不忘的海濱城市，碧海藍天，城市也特別乾淨，整體旅遊體驗感非常好，選對酒店讓旅途幸福感倍增，來威海可以放心選這家酒店，值得推薦。

訂的榻榻米房間，前台小姐姐説那個房間是一樓對着停車場的 ，免費升級到二樓的側海景房間，確實能躺在床上看布魯威斯，要躺平看才能看不到下面了一大塊停滿車的停車場；如果能再選擇一次的話，可能不會要二樓的房間，因為沒電梯到二樓，行李箱不應該帶大的；洗衣房要穿過停車場，晚上洗完澡黑燈瞎火的，又趕上下雨，還是不去了；樓下有個seven-eleven超市，價格很正常，一點都不像景區的超市，東西也很多，24小時的，很方便。房間帶小冰箱的，可以買了飲料冰着；四樓是個觀景平台，幾乎沒人上去；早餐78一位，9點半結束，真心沒啥吃的。打車去成山頭、動物園、那香海很方便。幾乎點不到什麼外賣，管家推薦了京東外賣，至少半夜還吃到了海腸撈飯。

Such an amazing place for a foreigner, everyone treated me like family from the first moment! The hostel is in a great location, very comfortable and with all the amenities you could possibly need. I was included in the game night to play uno even without speaking any Chinese, I was gifted a lovely handmade keychain and I was allowed to check in really late while I was waiting for my train. On top of all that great treatment from the staff, when I was super late to the train station and couldn’t call a taxi, I was offered a ride and the guy that drove me literally was the only reason I made it in time. I am so unbelievably grateful for my stay. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!
