Great stay in the Heart of Wuhan! I had a fantastic stay at the Amix Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish, modern, and very clean atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient for sightseeing near the Yangtze River. While I didn't try the food at the in-house restaurant, I had some great coffee there. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Wuhan!

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt unprecedented warmth and thoughtfulness. The whole check-in process was smooth, efficient, and extremely pleasant, thanks to Xiaodi’s professional and patient service. She greeted me with a sincere and friendly smile, carefully confirmed my accommodation needs, and patiently introduced the hotel’s facilities, surrounding environment, and convenient travel routes. Her gentle attitude and attentive details instantly made me feel relaxed and at home, eliminating all the tiredness from my journey.What impressed me the most is Xiaodi’s meticulous and responsible working attitude. She is always considerate and can take the initiative to notice the needs of guests. Whether I asked about room facilities, dining recommendations, or travel questions nearby, she always responded quickly and answered every question carefully and professionally without any perfunctory. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. The hotel is very nice, feel luxury, it said near to airport, but it is 15km away. It provide airport pick up, but you need to make numerous call. They only provide sending to airport from 6am-8am. Metro just infront of hotel. Breakfast is reasonably good.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location and overall environment are outstanding, offering beautiful river views that add a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and scenery.

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

在風景秀麗的東湖邊上，吃完飯散散步看風景，呼吸新鮮空氣，真讓人身心舒暢，民宿裡外的每一處都顯示出主人的細心，角角落落都有精心設計的痕跡，逛完一圈後覺得可以在這裏拍一部中版的《王子咖啡一號店》哈哈，院子精緻好看又方便實用，是個很有輕鬆氛圍的地方，餐食美味，工作人員熱情親切，我在這裏得到了兩天的開心記憶，很開心遇見小白。
