Great stay in the Heart of Wuhan! I had a fantastic stay at the Amix Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish, modern, and very clean atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient for sightseeing near the Yangtze River. While I didn't try the food at the in-house restaurant, I had some great coffee there. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Wuhan!

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

The room was clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—especially Ms. Xia and the photographer, Mr. Wang. A special thank you to both of them for providing such a wonderful experience and excellent accommodation 💕

I love this hotel and location. biggest regret is there is no windows for normal room. location is great. right across from the main river and lots of shops and markets within 10 min walk. there is a luckin coffee nearby which is a plus. the service is great. room is very modern and new.great amenities with thick towels. I like walking around the hotel. other than no windows this hotel is top notch.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the thoughtful and welcoming service. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm, patient, and professional. The room was clean and tidy with great natural lighting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well throughout the night. The bathroom facilities were fully equipped, the hot water was stable, and the attention to detail could be seen everywhere. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities, making travel and daily needs very easy. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Xiaodie was especially warm and friendly.

She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

作為錦江薈的會員，當然希望錦江越來越好。所以這一次國慶特意又訂了老牌的五星錦江國際。 首先説地理位置確實不錯，過個馬路就是萬松園美食街。房間可以看到樓下的湖。門口停的很多都是類似理想這種六座七座的車，也就是説蠻多帶小孩的家庭會選擇。 説一下需要改進的地方:1️⃣酒店大堂幾乎不存在迎賓和拿行李的人員。感覺不知道是不是因為過節，人員不夠。 2️⃣房間地毯太陳舊，臟了。需要更換。 3️⃣廁所門很好看，表揚。但是缺少臟衣簍，以及用過的毛巾沒地方放。淋浴間缺少置物架，非常不方便。 4️⃣酒店節約成本是好事，但是一個房間衹給一個浴缸套，還是小氣了，如果兩個人都要泡澡，怎麼辦。一個浴缸套才多少錢。 5️⃣接內部電話的人員説話的方式還是需要改進，沒有被培訓過的感覺，有點不太情願接電話提供客房服務的感覺。 總之會訂錦江真的是希望老牌酒店龍頭越來越好。一定要改進，否則會被其他新酒店超越。 最後:希望錦江股票重回高位，許願！

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.
