"This was my first time staying at the Howard Johnson Pearl Plaza, and I was absolutely stunned the moment I checked into my river-view room. It truly offered a spectacular river view! Looking out, I could see the lush greenery of Hankou Beach and the bustling skyline of Wuchang Beach. Barges and cruise ships flowed endlessly on the river, creating a picturesque scene of the majestic Yangtze, just like something out of a dream. As night fell, the high-rise buildings along the riverbank lit up in a dazzling display of colors, absolutely breathtaking! I turned off the lights in my room, sat in front of the huge floor-to-ceiling window, and gazed at the magnificent nightscape, feeling as if I was part of it all. Next time I visit Wuhan, I will definitely choose this hotel again because of its excellent location, clean and tidy facilities, and good value for money."

"The location is super convenient, and they offer free, clean parking. The room itself was nice, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and patient. The only downside was a bit of noise from next door at night. It's really easy to get to Jianghan Road from here, and the surrounding old town area has a wonderful, lively atmosphere."

"After seeing so many positive reviews, I was really impressed by the lobby. However, I was utterly disappointed when I got to the room. First, there was a stale smell, the room was tiny, and the bed was low and too soft. The bathroom and shower were also very small. This was the most expensive room I stayed in during my Wuhan trip, at 860. On top of that, the 'king size bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which was truly frustrating and a bit of a letdown. It was worse than the Kaiyuan hotel's 65-square-meter room for just over 500. On a positive note, the two young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When they asked about my stay, I told them my honest feedback, and the front desk attendant said they would make improvements."
