"This hotel stay far exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right opposite Terminal 2, and there's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 3 for connecting flights. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. From the warm welcome by Ms. Winnie at the front desk to the prompt room service, everything was excellent. The soundproofing in the room was exceptional, keeping out all outside noise. The WiFi was fast and stable, perfect for both work and streaming. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the check-out process was efficient, professional, and thoughtful. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable. It's rare for a hotel to impress me enough to write such a detailed review. Thumbs up! (≧ｗ≦)"

"We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我们在2025年8月入住了听涛2#东湖酒店三晚，很棒，强烈推荐！东湖饭店以风景秀丽著称，一如所料，景色绝对惊艳，但比景色更好的是最好的客户服务。他们指派了一名工作人员俞女士来帮助我们。俞女士给了我们她的微信联系方式，以便我们轻松联系。俞女士很专业，很有礼貌，她竭尽全力确保我们的住宿完美，我们遇到的任何疑虑/问题，她都很快处理了，包括帮忙洗衣服！我们住过武汉、北京、上海的其他五星级酒店，但没有其他酒店提供这种水平的服务。前台也非常乐于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一点是，他们的自助早餐是我们这次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜欢的是甜米酒熬制的粥."

"The room was incredibly clean and quiet. Even though it's so close to the bustling Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, we weren't bothered by any noise at all. What's even better is that Wuhan's lively snack street is just around the corner, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel had an excellent service attitude. When the weather got colder, hot water was immediately available upon our arrival. During housekeeping, they even left a thoughtful note. When we were checking out, we had an issue with our suitcase and couldn't fix it. It was almost past check-out time, but the front desk staff very thoughtfully helped us check out first. We then spent twenty minutes fixing the suitcase afterward. While we were waiting for our car in the hotel lobby, a staff member quickly noticed we had left something behind and went to retrieve it right away. I'm on the train leaving Wuhan now, and if I ever come back, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. Thank you all for making this trip not just comfortable, but also full of unforgettable human warmth."

"I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city."

"Came to Wuhan for the New Year's Day holiday and chose this Sheraton in Hankou. We smoothly checked in after taking a taxi directly from Yellow Crane Tower in the evening. The pool temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded at night, plus you could use the sauna – very comfortable. I went to the gym at 6:30 AM and found a few gentlemen already burning calories on the treadmills and elliptical trainers, full of youthful energy! Check-out was also very convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi right outside. A big shout-out to Manager Jenny, who was incredibly thoughtful with everything from booking and check-in to post-departure follow-up! A delightful two-day trip to Wuhan!"

"I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍"

"Had a spontaneous idea to bring my child to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and this hotel's location was super convenient. Taxis were always quick to respond! There was a minor issue with the room, but the duty manager was incredibly patient and helped resolve it. Very satisfied! The concierge manager was also excellent. When we were leaving, he helped us wait for a taxi and loaded our luggage at the entrance. However, I was really unhappy with the female staff member wearing glasses at the wonton station during breakfast. My child excitedly said, 'Auntie, I want six wontons,' but she just had a straight face, didn't say anything, and then served a full bowl. My child was confused and told me she thought the lady heard her. I don't know what might have happened to that staff member, but it felt like she was taking her emotions out on customers."
