"位置雖然不在火車站附近，但城市不大，從新城火車站乘坐11路電車三站，再走五六分鐘就可以到達。雖然浴室是公用的，但畢竟整潔也設計合理，使用起來沒有任何障礙。一樓接待處有免費的咖啡，廚房也有免費的茶包。廚房不大，但很整潔，冰箱和淋浴間裏還有free section ，我覺得特別好，大家不要的東西也不用浪費丟掉。為了激活手機卡，前台工作人員幫了不少忙，態度挺好的。唯一一點不滿意的是我的手機在這家青旅好多時候連上了WiFi卻顯示不能上網。兩個手機都是這樣，其他青旅沒有遇到過。也不知道是手機的原因還是WIFI的原因。"

PPengguna TetamuDie Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness.

The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

AAH TAWe changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

It was cold outside and room was nice and warm.
Room was also really big and clean.
The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense.
Book if you are comfortable with an open bath.

CCerberus799Check in was quick, welcome titbits, drinks. Free drink vouchers per pax ea per night if u dont have daily cleaning. Can still xchange towels, reqt toiletries from reception. Microwave, plates, bowls cutleries brought to rm upon reqts.
Staff attentive, helpful n diligent. Hotel easily reachable from Dresden Neustadt Trn station. 15mins stroll. Tram svc 3 n 13 goes to town, Theatreplatz.
Lidl, 400m down road from hotel. Netto 700m uproad from hotel. Buying food, bread, milk, drinks, fruits easy peazy. Use a Visa/MC Debit no worries about forex.
I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, room a good size. Layout good..double doors, one into room, a 2nd separating sleeping from foyer/toilet. Card already in main power socket, no need to use one of the room card.
One of the better 3-4stars hotel, I have stayed in.

EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.
