Vorteile: Das Hotel ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nachteile: Das Zimmer ist kalt und die Heizkörper sind nicht regulierbar. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness.

We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots. The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her. The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe. If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught. We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us. We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

Top Lage, sehr zentral in der Altstadt direkt an der Frauenkirche, toller Fensterblick, man geht zur Haustür raus und hat viele gastronomische und kulturelle Angebote direkt vor der Nase. Wir haben abends eine Weile gesucht, bis wir die Unterkunft und den richtigen Appartementeingang gefunden haben, ohne Frühstück gebucht. Großes geräumiges Familienappartement, komplett eingerichtet mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Waschmaschine wie eine Ferienwohnung.

We spent 2 wonderful nights at LIMEHOME. Good value for money. There is no check-in desk, which requires you to follow the relevant check-in rules. Online registration and you will receive a check-in code on the spot. The location is strategic. Shops and supermarkets are plentiful. The room is well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped and there was a basic set of products, which was very convenient. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. We didn't have enough time for those grandiose museums that we had planned. So we'll come again. Absolutely recommend.

Solides Mittelklasee-Hotel: moderne, saubere Zimmer, nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Frühstück wie bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse zu erwarten: macht satt, aber jetzt nichts Besonderes. Wird stark von (älteren) Touristen frequentiert. Unweit Bahnhof Dresden-Neustadt und mit einer Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Über die gleiche Straße rollt auch viel Autoverkehr. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen also eher schlecht. Strich drunter: für das Geld solide.

Wir waren auf ein Wochenende in Dresden. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war gewohnt hochwertig, funktional und völlig ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte waren die nicht abschaltbare Nachttischleuchte (ging nur mit Stecker ziehen an und aus), die lockere Handbrause in der Dusche. Hervorzuheben ist indes die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen am Haus, der coole Wirlpool, die regenähnliche Dusche und die wieder sehr effiziente und wohldurchdachte Küchenausstattung. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Neues Hotel, sehr zentrumsnah und klimatisiert. War auch wichtig bei Temperaturen von 40 Grad.

냉장고 , 생수 , 일회용품 (칫솔,치약,일회용슬리퍼)* 없음.* 드라이기, 바디워시 겸 샴푸 ? 올인원 샤워용품 한가지, 전기포트, 인스턴트커피, 차 있음. 주택가에 있어서 조용함. 근처에 카페나 작은 슈퍼마켓, 식당은 없고 대형마트 한 곳이 있는데 일요일은 영업안함. Dresden Neustadt 기차역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸림. 주요 관광지가 모여있는 곳과 떨어져 있음. 걸어서 갈 경우 40~50분 정도 걸림. 바로 근처에 트램정류장이 있지만 트램 티켓 발권기계가 없으므로 기차역 근처나 번화가쪽에 트램노선이 많이 지나다니는 정류장에서 구매해야함. 드레스덴에서 2박 이상 머무르거나 주택가쪽에 숙소 잡고 오래 걸어다니는 거 좋아하는 사람이 아니면 여기 보다 관광지쪽에 있는 이비스 버짓 드레스덴 시티 호텔이 더 괜찮을 듯합니다. ps. 24년 11월 10일 현재 츠빙거 궁전 공사중으로 박물관 전시만 볼 수 있고 궁전 내부 입장 불가.

Das Restaurant bietet am Abend von 17 - 21 Uhr ein ausgezeichnetes Essen an mit einer guten Speisekarte. Zur Innenstadt zu Fuß zwanzig Minuten. Haltestelle für Bus direkt vor dem Hotelgebäude.
