Hotel Maspalomas dengan Bar

We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Our couple stayed at a RIU hotel chain property for the first time. This is an amazing hotel. At check-in we were treated to champagne and given a room even before the official check-in time. We really liked the comfortable balcony, the spacious room, and the huge shower area. The restaurant served incredibly tasty food, we especially enjoyed the choice of jamón. The polite service from the waiters, the incredibly delicious food — we had a wonderful time, relaxed, and want to come back here again and again.

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

Villa del Conde is a gem and amazing hotel, with huge rooms and plenty to do. Great location near multiple popular beaches and its hidden treasure is the Spa. Highly recommend it for solo travelers like me, or couples looking to be pampered.

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

Hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect for beach lovers. Very good breakfast. Lovely swimming pools. Life music in evenings. All reception staff helpful and kind. Specially Noelia. She is real diamond.

Mi experiencia no ha sido mala, lo mejor ha sido el personal de recepción, las chicas todas en general muy simpáticas y amables. La comida del buffet no era tan variada y faltaba comida más indicada a deportistas, la comida abundaban muchos fritos, muchas salsas, lo que se cocinaba a la plancha a mi entender estaba demasiado cocinado. Pero lo peor con diferencia , que hasta incluso me parece una falta de respeto hacia los clientes, son lo ruidosa del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, arrastrando aspiradoras por lo pasillos , hablando alto entre ellas, los carros de la limpieza chocando por todos lados y el ruido de las ruedas. Ya luego el estruendo de muebles rodando de un sitio a otro , en lugar de limpiar parecían obreros de la construcción, exageradamente escandalosas. Las mañanas son imposible de descansar en el hotel Isla Bonita. No respetan el descanso de los huéspedes. No recomiendo este hotel para descansar en las mañanas y disfrutar de tus días libres porque literalmente, el servicio de limpieza no te deja. En cuanto al aspecto visual en general, necesitan una actualización estética, se ve anticuado.

L'hotel è comodo, in centro, a 10 minuti da una zona della spiaggia con tanti ristoranti e negozi. Ha una hall ampia e pulita e una zona sul tetto con ombrelloni, sedie, sdrai. Sul tetto ci sono 2 piccole piscine con acqua tiepida, un bar e l'area per abbronzarsi, docce e bagni. L'offerta di cibo è molto ampia e buona, però è modificata molto con lo stile del posto, quindi, se uno cerca qualcosa di affine alla cucina italiana e/o salutare, deve un po' rinunciare. Voglio dire, il cibo è buono e vario, però tende ad essere molto lavorato e quindi ricco di salse, spezie, olio che ridcue la scelta per chi vuole cose semplici. Le camere sono belle e pulite e per un problema avuto con il vetro della doccia, il tecnico è venuto a sistemarla dopo poche ore. La scelta del bere a piacimento al bar può essere interessante per chi consuma alcolici, che costano più delle bevande analcoliche. Le bevande analcoliche, infatti sono perlopiù succhi e mix con cose da supermercato. Mi spiego meglio, i cocktail sono buoni, ma il succo è fatto con la polverina del te oppure è quello a basso budget. Se uno si aspetta spremute o bevande con dentro frutta, non le troverà. La colazione è molto varia, invece e può soddisfare le necessità anche in modo più salutare del pranzo e della cena. Anche quà, però, i succhi e le bevande calde sono polverine mescolate con acqua. Il caffè è buono ma non è caffé come fatto in Italia...

Para ser un hotel de 4* tiene cosas que mejorar , en los colchones te hundes y te quedas clavado que cuando te levantas el colchón se queda con la forma del cuerpo , las cortinas entra toda la luz del día , cuando en todos los hoteles y más siendo un 4* tienen cortinas opacas que no pasa claridad (hay gente que no puede dormir con luz), los claves de la tv por debajo de la tv , allí sueltos colgando como si nada , el resto bien , personal amable y servicial , el bufet bastante variado y las instalaciones limpias

Un sitio acojedor El personal muy amable Se veían los chicos poniendo a puesta muchos apartamentos. La tienda que está dentro TIENE DE TODO y muy buenos precios El mini bar excelente, la chica que atiende y los precios Muy contentas. Quizás el precio muy alto para ser un complejo con tanta gente
