PPengguna TetamuI've been going here since 2015 and can only say it's improved year on year! It's a very chilled relaxed place where u can do as much or as little as you like. The place is known in our house as our happy place 🩷 all the rooms are of a high standard. The villas are beautiful with your own pool if you're a family or a group of friends. I can't speak high enough about the staff. The food in the restaurants is plentiful and an excellent selection.
If you're wanting to go for the nightlife forget it - it's non existent which works excellent for us - back to the apartment /hotel room / villa for a chat play cards or just a lovely early night to wake up to the sun salutation next morning refreshed ♥️

II LeanExcellent facilities and resources for participating in many local activities including cycling and wind surfing. Beautiful pool and nice rooftop bar.
Hotel features a welcome front at the rooftop bar and a large cooking area.
No air conditioning bit the bedroom has a ceiling fan and the evening breeze cools the room down.
Near many restaurants and shops close to national park.

PPengguna TetamuGreat resort with lots of activities and beach access. Booked for half board and buffet hall was wonderful particularly for breakfast. Fantastic views from the balcony. The bar near the reception was fun and energetic with live music, delicious drinks and excellent service

Good selection and food at all-inclusive restaurant, however disappointing at pool bar. The pizza, burgers and toasties at the pool bar are pre-made and just standing there cooling down in a tupperware, which makes them all soggy as well. Further, olives were meant to be included at the bar, but they never had any, although I asked multiple times over multiple days - it wouldn't have been that hard for the staff to do the 1minute walk to the restaurant to get the olives from there.
Pool bar music is quite loud all day, which got quite annoying at some point.
Further, no iron or board are provided. Asking for it for multiple days at reception, we finally received an iron after waiting for a few days, but they generally do not have / give out ironing boards to go with it.

PPablo Altvarg JuffeEl lugar esta bien, pero tal vez hayan mejores hoteles por el mismo precio. La Playa de Caleta de Fuste es ideal para recorrer la isla porque esta en el centro de la misma, con un coche tienes 1 hora para arriba y otra para abajo desde este hotel para ir a las mejores playas. Tambien te puedes relajar en la playa que tiene el hotel con una piscina artificial hecha por el mar muy linda.

Sschere riveraSomos repetidoras de este apartamento,nos encanta y lo que mas sus trabajadores tan cercanos atentos y amables,te hacen sentir como en casa, siempre lo aconsejamos :) la unica pega que pondria es que hay pocas sombrillas y hamacas a la cantidad de clientes que tiene los apartamentos.

CCrisloMe encantó el bungalow donde nos alojamos. Estaba renovado, precioso y limpio. Vinieron el segundo día a limpiar la habitación y la chica super amable. También el chico de recepción del primer día. Sin duda un precio inigualable para una estancia tan bonita!

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..
