The staff at the Sheraton Fuerteventura are some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered on our travels and we felt this the moment we stepped into the lobby and we were greeted by the wonderful David. Everything was superb during our stay inc. the food options at Los Arcos and La Veranda. As others have commented, some of the public areas and corridors do need some new carpets etc. but this didn’t detract at all from our stay, and our room and the rest of the hotel areas were kept spotlessly clean. The pool areas and grounds are gorgeous too. We had everything you could need in the room and particularly liked the bathroom layout and the storage facilities. The bed was also super comfortable. The hotel is located an easy 10/15 minute walk from the resort centre, along a lovely coastal promenade. The biggest asset however is the wonderful team of employees who worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best holiday possible The pool area is gorgeous too. I know we will definitely be back!

Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Christmas they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again

A 5 Star place !! All was just perfect: very responsive host, all needed information was provided on a video. Easy check in/out. Very clean room and other facilities, possibility to make a hot drink, comfortable bed and pillows. A bit out of the city, you will need a car to access. Thank you very much, we had a pleasant and relaxing night:)

Had a very peaceful nights sleep. Rooms well appointed, comfy beds. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside, even better than the photos. Restaurant is lovely. It's the kind of place well-to-do folk come for a beautiful evening meal. And where professionals (company directors, airline pilots etc) would stay the night. Location is just superb, right on the beach. Probably works against the hotel in the winter with damp salty wind, but in summer I bet it's glorious. Anyways, think of it as a Travelodge with a view and an amazing restaurant and let the photos do the rest.

We stayed at Secrets Lanzarote in May 2024 and booked Secrets Fuerteventura as a birthday treat for me in July 2024. I was really looking forward to this hotel but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to the 5 star expectations I had. Room: junior suite sea view. The view is amazing, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and offers everything you need. The maids work hard and in general the hotel is kept very clean which is fantastic. However, we, as non smokers, couldn’t sit out on your balcony and enjoy the view as much as our neighbours kept enjoying cigarillos what felt like all the time. The hotel offered us a different room but couldn’t guarantee that there would be no smoke from others again. Smoking: in general I found this hotel off putting for non smokers. As mentioned above, it would be great to have non smoking and smoking rooms to avoid being exposed. When you walk to the main restaurant, you have to walk past the smokers who have their smoking corners outside the restaurant and by the entrances of the pool area. Guests also smoke at the beach and as there’s always a breeze you can’t escape it. Cigarette buds are in the sand due to this. Pool area: there aren’t enough sun loungers so people reserve and don’t tend to use them until late. On the last day of our holiday the hotel suddenly decided to enforce a non reservation rule, too late for us as we have left and we didn’t use the pool due no sun bed availability for several days. The pools itself are freezing and not 24 degrees. They need to be heated as Fuerteventura is a breezy island and it cools down in the evening so the pools will never reach a comfortable temperature unless helped by heat. Everyone I saw in the pool said it’s too cold and it was reported to the pool guy but he can’t do anything about it. Secrets Lanzarote was a bath tub in comparison and I spent a lot time in the pool there. The hotel could also invest in new pool towels, they have seen better days. Food: we only ate at the Buffett, which was great. We tried restaurants in town which were great and reasonable priced. Cocktails: we only tried 2 cocktails from the pool bar and they were very bad. They tasted like they came from a slushy machine, they didn’t as we saw them made in front of us but they weren’t very nice unfortunately. The Cocktails in town for 8€ were amazing. I really wanted to love this hotel and come back again and again but we decided that the price point is far too high for a hotel with freezing pools and sun bed wars.

We chose this hotel for the stunning location, which was absolutely beautiful, and can’t be faulted, the beach experience was 10/10, where 2 beds and an umbrella for the day cost 9€. The weather was gorgeous and there’s generally a nice breeze on the beach, the sea is also just beautiful, a very clean area. We knew the hotel was dated, hence the cheap price but it really is in complete need of total repair. However the staff all work hard to keep it immaculately cleaned, maid service every day, clean towels, beds changed etc. Beds are firm but fairly comfy, we stayed in the annexe apartments, which are spacious, where the gardens/patios are kept clean, lovely trees and plants, the pools are also well maintained. The restaurant area in the main hotel is pleasant and spacious, food is average, quite repetitive at times, there seemed less on offer in the annexe restaurant. There was also a lack of English teabags in the annexe restaurant, so if you like a cuppa, I’d advise you take your own. It’s a very large, busy hotel and in the evenings it was hard to find seating at times. The entertainment was not for us unfortunately, felt a bit like watching kids in a school performance, there was a man and woman 1 night that sang and played guitar, but generally this was a let down, although there were lots of people that seemed to enjoy it, so it depends what you like. It’s a very popular hotel and if you want an amazing beach setting and don’t mind the worn out rooms, and large numbers of people, it’s worth a visit.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Weather - 19* cloudy & very windy but there was a bit of sunshine. Staff friendly & helpful. Premises got very busy at weekend despite it being January & not the peak holiday season. Stayed in room 4224 – junior suite with a pool view & balcony. Would not stay here again or in Fuerteventura. Surprised there are so many positive reviews for food as this was not our experience. Dissapointed on arrival as room was dated & we had expected something more modern, however, the shower was good & always plenty hot water. The beds were firm which is good but lumpy lumpy which is not, so they are in need of replacing. Mini fridge with kettle was good & plenty of power sockets. Flat screen TV showing BBC1, BBC2, ITV & C4 was a bonus. Room & other facilities were very clean. Food – school dinner style cafeteria with buffet service for all meals. All food was lukewarm or cold (despite plates being kept hot) probably due to the size of the dining room & it’s doors open so getting cold breeze. Queuing for food & then taking it to your table caused food to be lukewarm & not pleasant but no microwave’s available to reheat it. Breakfast was good (although still not hot enough) as scrambled eggs, toast, croissants, fruit were available. Lunch was acceptable with plenty of salads & pizza, but no variation from day to day. Snack bar offering was same every day. Pizza, fries, salad, fruit & small quartered sandwiches that curled up at the edges & looked as if they had been there for days. Dinner was very poor as it was always cold & dining room was very busy so you had to queue. You could see they had made use of previous days leftovers which is always offputting. No vegetarian options other than margerita pizza, fries, salad, fruit. Zero options for vegans.

Our 4th visit to this hotel, cannot complain at all. I always request a ground floor room and am always receive one . Staff all lovely, polite and willing to help. Rooms clean and tidy even though a little dated, but this does in no way affect the holiday. Check in procedure seems a lot quicker having visited before. We have only been self-catering, but next two holidays here we have booked all inclusive, so cannot comment on the food. All in all an enjoyable, relaxing holiday, which is why we return so often.
