"Location: It's at the old city area but close to road for Uber to pick us up conveniently. We took bus from the bus station and took around 10 minutes to talk to the hotel. Cathedral and palace are close by. Espana Plaza is around 15-20 minutes walk away. Carrefour Supermarket is 5-10 minutes walk away. Being tourist area, some restaurants charge tourist price, so need to find out the good gems that are also available. Service: Front desk is friendly and smiled a lot. No slippers and no kettle.   Facilities: Room is small after adding bed. Room key needs to be kept at front desk when out. Hotel has Flamingo show which offer ticket discount (EUR20 after EUR5 discount). We watched and enjoyed the show.  "

As a family that regularly stays in 4 and 5-star properties, our experience during a 3 night stay at this best of the best hotel in Seville was disappointing and left us feeling Hotel Alfonso XIII did not live up to the expectations as a top-tier, luxury hotel. The attitude of the on-duty staff that serviced us to deal with mistake made in their reservation system during check-in and other issues during our stay was snobby, and un-apologetic. It made the experience of our stay there unwelcoming and disappointing.

It was very near from Spain Plaza and walking distance from main place for tourist in Seville. But the neighborhoods were not so attractive comparing to those of Cathedral and Alcazar.  My room was very spacious, most spacious among 7 hotels that I stayed in Spain. And hotel has nice rooftop pool and good restaurants for dinner and breakfast. The only downside was the smell from the basin. It was common in Spain, because their buildings and pipes are old. But it was little but stronger than other hotels.  Anyway I can recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌

The room is nice and big enough for 2 travellers with 2 luggages. They have self service laundry at the basement. It is free but you need to bring your own laundry detergent. Location wise, it is away from attractions so we used Uber. There are many eateries near the hotel and convenience stores as well.

Everything here is absolutely wonderful. The location is very close to the bus station, the place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are quiet, and the thoughtful design really stands out. The only downside was the female staff member on duty at around 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026. She was sitting in her chair, leaning back with her legs crossed. When I walked in, she barely acknowledged me with a simple nod. Just a few seconds later, however, I noticed her smiling and warmly saying ”Hi” to a white female customer. It was hard not to feel that this behavior suggested discrimination. In my opinion, this employee does not align with the hotel's operating philosophy and is unfit for her position. Every time I approached her, I felt uncomfortable. Such a wonderful hotel really should not have unprofessional staff providing this kind of service. Other than her, everything was perfect!

Great location near the cathedral and walking distance of everything really. Not all the rooms have ‘views’ but mine did of the cathedral and could watch any Easter procession that passed under the window. There’s no door separating the bathroom area so steam from showers, hairdryer, etc makes the room humid. There’s aircon but unfortunately it’s either on or off and some people didn’t like it so insisted on turning it off. Then it got very stuffy and hot with 6 people overnight. If it was adjustable it would be much better. Overall though a good stay and the staff were happy and helpful.

They allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor.
