Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

This fantastic hotel is located in the old city. At the entrance there is a splendid patio, large, bright and elegantly furnished. There you find comfortable sofas, it is an ideal place to relax and talk with your travel companions. The rooms are simple, the furniture is essential. All functional, clean, tidy and well maintained. Our rooms were very quiet. Lobby staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Vincci da Rabida, it made a huge impression on all of us. IMPORTANT NOTE: maybe it was just bad luck, but we had a bad experience at the hotel restaurant ”el mirador de sevilla”. We were disappointed with both the service and food. Too bad, because the location is really super. Our bad experience at the restaurant, however, does not change the excellent rating I gave to this hotel.

This was our first time in Seville and to Hotel Kivir. We had read so many amazing reviews, I think our expectations were a little too high. The hotel was great, however, just a few things let it down slightly. Check in First of all, the check in was smooth enough, although I wouldn't say we got a good understanding of the area for our first visit and we were charged a little bit more than expected for our room. Our room wasn't ready, however, that was fine, as we went up to the terrace, which was lovely overlooking the river. We had a glass of wine up there (we weren’t given a welcome drink at that point). The measure he poured was a small (125ml in the UK) and we paid 5euro, still reasonable, but stingy on the size! We did later get a welcome drink, just would have been nice as a welcome as soon as we got there. Rooms We were upgraded from a Deluxe to a Premium room for an extra small charge. It was a standard size room with a partial view of the river. The room was quite dark, as it had thick curtains and only one long window. The beds were comfortable and you got choices of pillows if required. There was a free mini bar with soft drinks in and were replenished daily. The toiletries were all Rituals and were also filled up when needed. Fresh towels every day and room well cleaned. The shower was powerful, although didn't stay a constant temperature (hot and cold). The road noise is quite loud with the window open, but then you wouldn't really have it open with AC. Area Plenty of places to eat and drink on the door step. There is a bar that opens until 3am just outside, but we didn't experience any noise. We found a restaurant called Burro Canaglia - Centro, which is a 5 minute walk! They did the most amazing steak!! Da Pino was also recommended which said was a 25 minute walk (it was more like over an hour, so get a taxi if you go)! Over the bridge was very local and a little dirty/smelly in some parts! We stuck to the cathedral side and was absolutely amazing! Tapas bars everywhere in beautiful side streets. Most menus are in Spanish, but a lot have a QR code on the tables so you can log in and see them in English, which is a huge help! Most shops by the Cathedral do not open on a Sunday if you are planning a mooch, but open in the centre over the bridge (about a 25 minute walk). Overall Would stay at the Kivir again, as the staff were friendly, its clean and had everything on your doorstep. Few tips.....please do not rely on the free pastries for breakfast, as they do not bring them out until 11.30am/12noon. Drinks are much cheaper outside and you get more for your money (was 4euro for a sparkling water on the terrace), although the setting is nice and relaxed up there. Please take flip flops, as the floor by the pool is scolding hot in the day! Pool towels also provided. Masks for taxi's and around 25euro from the airport.

What a fab hotel , situated right in the centre of Seville , amazing staff , spotlessly clean , bed was so very comfortable, the room had everything you needed , our room was situated at the back of the hotel , bin collection at night was noisy but the hotel had provided ear plugs so all was good, loved the breakfast defo worth paying the extra for , added bonus was the roof top bar , drinks on the pricey side but worth it for the views , would definitely stay they again and would definitely recommend.

Excelente localização, perto de restaurantes e bares mas simultaneamente numa zona calma. É fácil aceder a todas as atrações caminhando. O apartamento é simples mas decorado com bom gosto. Existem de facto 2 quartos, mas um sobrepõe-se ao outro, sem isolamento, não oferecendo grande privacidade. O quarto no nível superior tem acesso por um lance de escadas, estando o WC no andar de baixo. Apesar da comunicação via msg, ser fácil e rápida, o preenchimento da documentação para o check in e para a atribuição do código de acesso, é morosa e complicada.

Hostel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. Cocina y terraza común para todos los huéspedes, que si se mantiene es súper practica. El baño era compartido por el piso donde se ubicaba la habitación, lo único malo es que la ducha estaba caída entonces solo podías usarla y moverla con tus manos, no estaba sostenida arriba. Respecto a la habitación era cama doble, muy cómoda, pero un poco ruidosa si te movías, o te sentabas. Pero en líneas generales súper recomendable. La chica de la recepción súper atenta a las preguntas y consultas que teníamos.
