Hotel Val-d'Oise dengan Bar

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

stayed here overnight as i have an early flight to catch on the next day. though near the airport, walking towards the train/tram with a heavy luggage can be challenging because of the pathway. was given options for the welcome drink, i chose the alcoholic one, but it was too strong for my liking that i did not bother finishing it. room was spacious with ample amenities, bathroom was big and clean. however, the carpets along the hallway can be challenging especially if you are with a heavy luggage. afternoon staff at the desk was warm and friendly, but the staff working at wee hours was cold.

The hotel is brand new. Very clean and located not far from terminal it will cost 12€ of bolt to reach the hotel or there is a free train at a walking distance. Rooms are modern quiet and very well equipped

There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. Limited English speaking staff. Near bus line and waking distance to village that had groceries and restaurants. Even though I paid in advance was required to provide 300 Euro deposit. The room was small, had to change rooms due to plumbing problems. Room had multiple burn spots on carpet, housekeeping was bad and did not speak English. Phone in room was useless, had to go downstairs to talk with staff. No ice machines on any floor. No USB outlets, had to purchase converters to charge cell phones. 2nd room was missing chair and table

Love the style, chic and old school timeless. The rooms are super spacious and well decorated. The rate were fair, located near Charles the gaulleairport. The staff are nice and helpful. The check in a bit slow though because of only one staff. But it was fine. The hotel has two restaurants with decent foods. I totally recommend to come here. I love the vibe

Hotel was great for the price Very close to the airport but you need to taxi or Uber there’s no bus or shuttle Like every budget hotel you need to pay for everything, even water and toothbrush so don’t be surprised - it’s normal ! Good service overall and great price

Spent a night waiting for my flight out of Paris. The hotel is pleasant enough. I will use it again if I need a night in CDG. The shuttle service needs to be organized better. Getting from the hotel to the airport was easy, costs 5 euros. Going from the airport to the hotel in a shuttle is very complicated. The shuttle is a black unmarked van; the pick up place and the schedule is not advertised anywhere. The hotel does not have its own webpage (or I did not find it), only the general Accor website that does not have shuttle information. They should get their own webpage with clear instructions on where and when one can board a shuttle. I bet this would increase the number of people who want to stay at the Mercure-Roissy.

Everything was perfect 1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want 2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever. 3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet! 4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol) Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.
