Hotel Glasgow dengan Bar

Hotel ini sangat sempurna, daripada kakitangan penerimaan tetamu yang ramah semasa ketibaan hinggalah sarapan pagi keesokan paginya. Biliknya bersih, tidak baharu dan berkilauan, tetapi dihias dengan penuh cita rasa dengan peralatan, kelengkapan dan perabot yang berkualiti dan terjaga rapi. Semua keperluan asas, katil, pancuran mandian, tandas dan besen berfungsi dan berfungsi dengan cemerlang. Cadar, sarung, cadar dan bantal bersih, segar, dan tilamnya sangat selesa. Luas ruang gantung, seterika dan papan, pengering rambut dan peti sejuk. Bersih sempurna. Perkhidmatan untuk sarapan pagi sangat cekap untuk sebuah hotel besar. Mereka tahu betul bagaimana untuk menangani perkhidmatan sarapan pagi yang sibuk. Bufet untuk minuman dan makanan sejuk, perkhidmatan untuk yang dimasak. Sarapan pagi Scotland yang lengkap membuatkan saya bersemangat sepanjang hari. Pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini.

Decent hotel really central. The rooms are small but you’ve got everything you need and they’re new. Breakfast was grand: my daughter loved the pancake machine. Gym had enough to keep you entertained. Lots of sitting areas downstairs with games: this was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

Room was clean. Got the room with sofa bed but they didnt mend the bed for us. In the end we needed to ask them to get the sheets. Otherwise its clean. Full of amenities. Breakfast was good and hot breakfast. Will return

The Marriott Hotel has updated the rooms to a good standard. However the bathroom has not been updated and was very poor with various areas dirty. (See photos). Also the shower screen did not close meaning lots of water was spilled onto the floor when taking a shower. One of the bath towels in the room had a hole in it. Other small things were that there is only one chair in the room meaning my wife had to sit on the bed. Also only one tea spoon in the room. This is not what I would expect from a Marriott Hotel!

Doubletree by Hilton is quite a good stay in Glasgow, it’s only a few minutes walk from either of the train stations or coach station, and the entire aesthetic of the hotel is nice. Amenities were a bit lacking tho, no slippers, or toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. I asked for cotton buds at one point but never received them. Besides that tho, would recommend! The gym and swimming pool are nice too, and breakfast buffet is also a big plus!

Great location, super close to city centre and very convenient. Staff members are always helpful and super friendly. On my final night there was a storm in Scotland and staff was super helpful with trying to see if they can book me for one extra night just in case if trains don’t run the next day :) really happy with the service. Breakfast has good selection! Room is okay, the AC seemed a bit old and broken but still works, temperature in the room is fine!

We booked the wrong date for our stay and didn't realise until arrival. The amazing Kathleen sorted everything for us. What an asset to the Crowne Plaza she is. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of it and helping us have such a lovely stay.

Hampton by Hilton, Glasgow Central is located on West Campbell Street and this truly is right in the heart of the city centre! Located just around the corner from the bustling shopping street of Sauchiehall Street, you’ve got everything you need at your disposal within walking distance of this hotel! Even Glasgow’s Central station is just a short 10 minute walk away - ideal if you’re coming in from another such as Liverpool like I was! A double room in this hotel is a fair size. To maximise on the space, Hampton by Hilton have removed wardrobes and cupboards and have replaced them with walk-in spaces. It works - the L shaped room can feel a little cosy at first, but once you’ve passed through the corridor, the main area where the bed and TV is feels quite spacious. The breakfast provided - which is free for all guests - is to a great standard. Make sure you try out the fresh waffles which come as standard in Hampton by Hilton hotels. The breakfast area isn’t huge though, so if you come around 8.30/9am, space might be limited! There’s also a fitness suite in the hotel which has a good range of equipment available. No windows in there though! Some areas for improvement - the room could do with a bit of refurbishment as the furniture is looking quite tired in parts and there are a lot of scratches and dirty marks on the walls. The room is very functional rather than a luxurious stay. Having said that, Hampton by Hilton is not marketing itself as a luxury brand. It’s firmly in the budget hotel bracket, probably at a similar standard to Premier Inn - which certainly isn’t a bad thing! Another thing to note - if you stay here during the weekend, it could be noisy. There are three nightclubs right near the hotel and on a Saturday night, the noise didn’t stop until 2.30am and this meant we didn’t get much sleep one night. However, the staff were very helpful when we flagged it with them the next morning and gave a credit for a free night’s stay at any Hampton by Hilton! All in all, this hotel is a good base to stay whilst exploring Glasgow. It’s functional, it does the job and you’re going to be well fed during breakfast. True, there are areas for improvement, but this shouldn’t impact your overall experience too much!

As I'd asked for a room with a shower (not a bath) I was pleased to be given a wet room but it definitely needs updating. I had to get staff help to turn the shower tap, the sealant between floor & wall tiles was badly done.
