La ubicación excelente, justo enfrente de la playa. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al mar y fue precioso levant**** y ver el mar desde la cama.
También, nos ofrecieron la opción de utilizar las bicicletas del hotel para bajar un poco el magnifico desayuno. No tienen desayuno buffet, puedes escoger todo lo que quieras de su carta de desayuno y te lo hacen en el momento. Me encantó.
La decoración del hotel me gustó mucho y la comodidad de la cama estupenda. Lo único que nuestro lavabo le costaba tragar el agua mucho, debe estar un poco atascado y la ducha se salía el agua por la puerta.
Nosotros fuimos en temporada baja y pudimos dejar el coche en su parking privado.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost.
It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking.
The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered.
Hope to come back again :)

WWB1984Het complex en appartement zeer mooi ingericht en ziet redelijk nieuw uit. Vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker eten. De ligging is prima als je naar Kos stad wilt lopen of naar het strand. Echter wel aan de grote weg. Kos stad is ongeveer 15min lopen en het strand 15min.
In totaliteit een prima ervaring en ik kan het aanbevelen.

PPengguna TetamuKos Aktis Art Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel that provides an unparalled sea view and comfort with a really kind and helpful front desk staff like Sofia. Breakfast served in the open air dining room right by the edge of the sea is delectable with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. And the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions like the old town as well as the ferry port. Stay at Kos Aktis was truly a pleasant experience.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

LLaurie DaviesAn amazing location, within a beautiful setting. The facilities are plentiful, and the food offerings are spectacular. The bars offer unlimited drinks throughout the day, and Blue Domes has freshwater pools running throughout its core structure. The good offerings were expansive, and catered for all dietary needs.
The only downside which I found was that the rooms were not sound insulated, and therefore as I was at the end of housing section the noice from the service road was slightly irritating.
Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the location to family and friends.

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

PPengguna Tetamuİki gün rezervasyon yaptık seyahatimizi uzatmaya kalktığımızda, ikinci gün için çift kişilik yatak istedik ve Trip com dan ödedik. Ancak bize verilen odaya tek kişilik iki yatağı birleştirip odayı double room olarak kabul ettirdiler. Bunu Trip com bildirdim onlar da hediye puan verdi. 2. Günün odasını hiç beğenmedik bu yüzden. Spor salonu için ekstra ücret alınması da dezavantaj. Tv kanalları çok kısıtlı.
Kahvaltı çok güzel bol seçenekli ve lezzetliydi.

DDutemplarAwesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh.
Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.

ИИрка-путешественницаОчень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются.
В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄
Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники.
Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого)
P.S. Опять больше всего про еду получилось🤣
