Hotel Medan dengan Bar

Old hotel, corridor carpet n room furniture are old n paint drop, room Acon not strong enough, after technician assist, condition a bit better. Good thing is having a small swimming pool, kids enjoying with it.

Biliknya hebat, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, dan penyambut tetamu fasih berbahasa Cina. Harganya sangat berpatutan. Ia agak dekat dengan pusat bandar. Medan sedikit lebih baik daripada Jakarta; sekurang-kurangnya terdapat banyak restoran Cina dan kesesakan lalu lintas tidaklah seteruk itu.

Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

Hotel bajet terbaik yang pernah saya menginap di Medan. Saya telah dinaik taraf kepada Eksekutif kerana harga yang saya bayar untuk Bilik Double dalam aplikasi Trip, adalah lebih tinggi sedikit, tetapi masih jauh lebih rendah daripada harga sebenar bilik Executive. Saya ragu-ragu untuk menginap di hotel ini kerana harga yang mereka berikan tidak mempunyai sarapan pagi, tetapi siapa yang memerlukannya jika anda boleh memesan makanan dalam talian. Pada waktu malam, kakitangan akan membuat panggilan untuk memberitahu mereka mengadakan makan malam promo di restoran. Bilik terbaik jika anda menginap bersama pasangan atau keluarga, tetapi masih perlu membawa laptop anda 😁

Nice location, comfort room, we booked connecting room and it's a great room! The only suggestion for the hotel, to provide pool towel and changing room, because if twe travelling with kids, they looking for pool, and it's not nice to using the room towel. Hope they will look into this matter. Breakfast food is good, and tasty, even the speed of refill very slow. Overall very good experience and recommended for a travellers who is looking to comfort stay. Aside, for traveller looking for a bright lighting in the room it's not recommended, because they only provide limited lighting in the room, more quite n a bit dark lighting in the room also the parking space is limited.

Tidak buruk, sangat elegan. Terdapat bilik merokok dan bilik tidak merokok. Selimut berbau sedikit seperti telah dijemur di bawah sinar matahari. Ada orang menyanyi di ruang makan. Ia adalah tempat yang sangat santai.

Bilik kecil tetapi cukup untuk 1 orang, tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik tetapi anda boleh menggunakan peti sejuk hotel melalui kakitangan lobi. Makanannya sedap dengan ***a indonesia. Kakitangan hotel baik dan sopan.

initially I was given a room with less furniture than I saw on web, a faulty safe box and what I later found out it is a room that is yet to be repaired and refurbished. I told them I am not going to stay in the room which was not cool either. SO after an hour of waiting - I got actually the room I booked for with all its furniture and working remotes and all that I needed for a comfortable stay for this trip trip. during check-in, the reception desk was dark and not at all welcoming. The gentlemen behind the desk was exactly over the moon either - anyway - after change of room everything worked out well. I had a comfortable stay. The morning Front desk people were wonderful, helpful. The Security Guy and Bell Man on both duties were very kind, attentive throughout my stay and I tipped them each a IDR 50K

Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

One thing that stood out during my stay was the hospitality of the hotel team. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always helpful and polite. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of local and international dishes to start the day. The hotel's location was convenient for getting around the city, and overall it offered excellent value for the price. While no hotel is perfect, the combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan for making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medan.
