Secara keseluruhannya, ia terasa berbaloi dengan wang yang dibayar, dan saiz biliknya juga berpatutan. Lobi di tingkat satu agak sempit, tetapi terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan, semuanya agak bagus. Terdapat juga kedai kopi dan pasar raya berdekatan, kurang daripada 300 meter jauhnya.

Sememangnya hotel terbaik di Medan! Sarapan pagi yang luar biasa dengan kopi ais terbaik yang pernah saya nikmati. Perkhidmatan sangat baik dengan sekurang-kurangnya 3-4 kakitangan datang ke meja saya untuk membawakan saya telur yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, roti bakar Perancis yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, kopi, dan sebagainya. Brian sangat hebat!

Hotel ini hebat tetapi masih mempunyai beberapa pengubahsuaian dan terletak berhampiran stesen kereta api dengan berjalan kaki kira-kira beberapa minit. Sarapan pagi yang baik mempunyai banyak pilihan dengan. Satu-satunya masalah ialah trafik sangat padat sehingga anda tidak dapat mencari lampu isyarat.

Wonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

Tidak buruk, sangat elegan. Terdapat bilik merokok dan bilik tidak merokok. Selimut berbau sedikit seperti telah dijemur di bawah sinar matahari. Ada orang menyanyi di ruang makan. Ia adalah tempat yang sangat santai.

Bilik kecil tetapi cukup untuk 1 orang, tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik tetapi anda boleh menggunakan peti sejuk hotel melalui kakitangan lobi. Makanannya sedap dengan ***a indonesia. Kakitangan hotel baik dan sopan.

initially I was given a room with less furniture than I saw on web, a faulty safe box and what I later found out it is a room that is yet to be repaired and refurbished. I told them I am not going to stay in the room which was not cool either. SO after an hour of waiting - I got actually the room I booked for with all its furniture and working remotes and all that I needed for a comfortable stay for this trip trip. during check-in, the reception desk was dark and not at all welcoming. The gentlemen behind the desk was exactly over the moon either - anyway - after change of room everything worked out well. I had a comfortable stay. The morning Front desk people were wonderful, helpful. The Security Guy and Bell Man on both duties were very kind, attentive throughout my stay and I tipped them each a IDR 50K

Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.
