Havelock island resort is best resort for couple.....everything is good here.....All staffs are good but mira ji so good and helpful.....overall food quality is too good and there ambience are also good ..... breakfast is not so good .....it's ok ok not bad.....

It was a beautiful family trip and a wonderful stay at Symphony Palms Beach Resort. The location is very appealing, the environment is amazing, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring amazing marine life in the area. The services and food were up to mark, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the sea-facing cottages were a real highlight, waking up to those views was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was nothing more to ask for as everything was taken care of. Not just that, if you are into sports activities, the resort is close to the spots for water sports and other adventures. You need a great place to stay, relax and enjoy, choose this resort with no second thought. I highly recommend visiting Symphony Palms. Thank you for wonderful luxurious experience.

This is an amazing place.The property is top notch. Amazingly clean, big rooms, Basket for kids. They are some of the highlights it has. Located at a hill top near Radhanagar beach. Check in super fast with welcome drink. The rooms are big in size with private balcony. Amenities are well stocked. Rooms clean and tidy. Food is amazing and service quick. The resort has ample of space every where and so soothing to eyes. The staff make you feel amazing. They upgraded us to a higher category room. The check out super fast. All in all this is a lovely place for a good vacation. Will definitely recommend. And surely come back.

Spent 4days 4 nights. Amazing staff especially imran, salim and pritom. They were polite, helpful and had great networking skills (were resourceful enough to arrange stuff for us at best rates. The inhouse kitchen ”curry leaf” was superb. Everything they cooked was really tasty (far better and cheaper than some of the other famous/reputed ones like ”something different” and ”anju coco. Everything was clean and hygienic, neat and tidy. Wake up, go to the beach! sleep after spending time listening to waves and watching the moonlight create a mile long path on the sea surface.

The hotel staff was very good especially amrish nautiyal. He served us food with a smile and didnt hesitate to ans our doubts and questions. The room was comfortable and came with a nice view

Extremely disappointing to think that anyone would deem it fine to run a resort which is so run down without renovating / revamping the place. It’s like the rooms are in the middle of a junkyard with loads of junk like unused furniture, kitchen furniture etc lying around in the garden. The garden is badly maintained too & all the poor plants are either half dead / dying. There are so called ponds which are dirty & more like sewage ponds within the property.There is no access to the beach through the resort..you have to go outside & access it via the road. Just 5 mins though. The front desk seems to be clueless about anything & everything. It was bearable as we’re experienced travellers, so after the first day, we knew how to get around & what to do & whom to ask. Excuses for not knowing about transportation, food, restaurants etc. when you’re in the hospitality business is not ok. We asked the front desk for an auto to go for dinner at ‘Something different’….we ended up paying Rs.450/- which is more than regular autos & were later told by ‘Someting different’ that they have pick up & drop facility for patrons. Even this basic information the front desk doesn’t have. On the day we were checking out, we’d asked for a cab to be arranged to the jetty. The cab guy took off leaving us stranded because he had to wait for 15 mins. The hotel staff, nor the front desk had a clue what to do, nor did they seem interested in doing anything until I started losing my patience. Even then they were making a half hearted attempt to do nothing. Finally in a panic, I called the auto driver who had helped us in our travels through the whole week ( a very good person who we found ) & he arranged for two autos to take us within 5 mins. Same thing that a ‘chain of hotels’ couldn’t manage to to. The rooms were clean though basic, but did find one or two cockroaches. The room cleaning was done regularly & properly. The only saving grace is the breakfast which was very good & the manager - Geoffrey who seemed to have quite a number of good suggestions about what to do on the island, which was useful & helpful. I think you’ll need to firstly understand who are the type of customers you’ll want to cater to. Sorry for the realistic review, but you’ll really need to wake up & pull up your socks.
