The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the amenities, was impeccable. Dining at their restaurants was a highlight – each meal was a culinary delight, especially at the Sea Lounge. The location is prime, allowing easy access to key landmarks in South Mumbai. Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

The rooms at this property are a tad bit lacking in space, and are uncomfortable in design too, but, the view from the window is definitely BIG… and more than makes up for the lack of space in the room!!! The entire bay area of Mumbai is visible from the windows here (of course, the higher you are, the better), and the views of the ocean are simply INCREDIBLE!!! The memories of being by the window, looking out at the mighty expanse of the sea and the city side by side, with the the sun setting in the background, are going to remain etched in our minds and hearts forever... Full marks to the hotel for their impeccable hospitality!!! Ms. Janki Das, you ensured that the housekeeping was at its absolute best with us... We had a hiccup free stay thanks to you and your perfectly trained team - the ever cheerful Abhishek, the sweet Shivangi & Naina... Ms. Das, you were always available and keen to help, and super quick to respond!!! Our heartfelt thanks again!!! The check-in was a breeze, courtesy Mr. Chinmaya at the front desk... Your helpfulness and energy uplift the spirits of a tired traveller immediately... Keep up the great work... In fact, every member of the front desk here deserves applause for keeping their smiles and patience intact, in spite of the high work pressure... I have never seen a front desk this busy, and still being ***aged so well, at any other hotel ever!!! Mr Chinta***i stands ever so patiently by the lifts in the lobby, guiding and helping guests when needed... His presence there for sure puts the confused guest at ease in an instant... Fantastic job!!! The food from the IRD is lipsmackingly delicious… to be had to be believed!!! Seldom do the speciality restaurants live up to their name and fame, but here, I must say, we enjoyed the food so much that we would order without taking a look at the right side of the menu… that good it is!!! And, if you love experimenting with unfamiliar kind of food, the experience will be even better!!!   The Oberoi property stands adjacent to Trident, and there is an interconnecting passage that leads one to Oberoi from Trident... We would often spend time in the Oberoi lobby as it would always be less crowded/busy... It was a pleasant surprise to discover that a Trident guest visiting the Oberoi is treated with equal care and affection here!!! No distinction is made... Mr. Shubham, it was an absolute pleasure to interact with you at the Champagne Lounge!!! Your kindness and your willingness to go out of the way to help and keep the guest happy is something that we will fondly remember... Keep up the good job!!! We had lunch at the Fenix once... Mr. Satish, you served us beautifully well, and that too with so much joy and care... Thank you very much!!! The check-out with Mr. Lobo (cashier) was smooth, too!!! Interacting with him was a pleasure... I will always remember the stillness and the patience with which he carried out the entire check-out process!!! On the whole, it was an EXHILA

the occassion is good. much easier for me to have meeting with customers. The room is quiet and tidy. Service is friendly and warm. It's good and comfortable for this business trip!!!! strongly recommend for this hotel ~~~

A FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH AN AMAZINGLY DELIGHTFUL STAFF ALSO THE LOUNGE THOUGH EXPENSIVE BUT ONE NIGHT SITTING THERE AND ENJOYING THE BEACH IS WORTH THE THE TRY . DRINKS IF YOU BUY FROM THE LOUNGE OR TAKE HELP FROM THE MINIBAR IT COSTS IMMENSE MAYBE 10 TIMES MORE THE RETAIL PRICE FACILITIES IN THE ROOM IS JUST AWESOME..... AND LOCATION WISE ITS JUST FANTASTIC..... WORTH STAYING COMING HERE AGAIN

As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

C'est hotel es juste parfait. Vraiment rien à dire. Le service est impeccable et digne des très grands hôtels ou palaces. Les installations sont superbes et LES restaurants sont délicieux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je recom***de vivement !
