Perfect for relaxation. Everything is great. Located remotely but they can always call taxi on request.

We truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier. We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered. Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant.

優點：酒店環境非常好，早餐也很棒，設施和服務也不錯，正本正經的酒店標準，門口還看到小鹿，非常適合自駕遊客。 缺點：酒店在一個老城區外的山上，離city center還是挺遠的，如果沒有交通工具，行李箱拉過去不輕鬆，再碰上颳風下雨，那去酒店可就費了勁了，別問我是怎麼知道的。但酒店環境還是讓人覺得值得，這是這次在意大利最喜歡的一個酒店。

Pertama sekali, perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Ia adalah hotel paling bersemangat yang pernah saya tinggali di Itali dalam dua tahun. Melihat bahawa saya seorang warga asing dan saya sentiasa berkomunikasi dengan sangat perlahan dalam bahasa Inggeris, saya berkata bahawa saya boleh bercakap bahasa Itali dengan saya, dan kemudian pelayan tergesa-gesa saya minta maaf, dan kemudian menjawab soalan saya dengan sabar. Congratulations to the Hotel Santa Caterina team, everything is nice, the room was excelent, the bathroom very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was 5 stars and the view of the Toscana valley is superb. We loved the staying in Siena. Thanks.

酒店就在錫耶納老城裡，如果開車進來的話會進入ztl禁行區，如果停在酒店停車場可以簇擁擔心ztl罰金，不想停酒店停車場的話，和前台説一下，開進ztl半個小時內再開出去也沒事。 設施：雖然酒店比較老，但整體設施還比較方便。也挺乾淨

Stosunek jakości do ceny świetny, bardzo czysto, obsługa przyjazna i bardzo pomocna. Parking darmowy i jest na nim dużo miejsca. My przeszliśmy się do Sieny z hotelu i bardzo polecam - mogliśmy zobaczyć miejsca, na które normalnie byśmy nie trafili.

It’s fine for a quick dip, but not ideal for serious swimming or lounging. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, which might inconvenience some travelers. Public transportation options, particularly buses, are limited in the evening, so plan accordingly if you intend to explore the city late. A taxi or rideshare might be necessary for evening outings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.
