滿足我對民宿的期待，早餐咖啡非常優秀。在老城區，老房子改成的民宿，開窗就是街道。圖一是民宿接待處、其實就是一個大套房的客廳，整個民宿房間很少，想體驗老城區民宿的可以一試，還有個公共露台，天氣好喝咖啡坐一坐應該很棒，可惜我住的時候是雨天。但是停車場和check in time都不太方便，要有心理準備

It was a wonderful stay. Pros: * The rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views * Breakfast was good, plenty of options but till 10am on weekdays. And they really start taking away all the food at 10am. * Right in the center of the city, you can walk anywhere * They keep your suitcases after checkout. I asked them if I can come back for them later that day, and they were nice and kept them. Cons *No coffee machine in room. They do have a fridge though. *No iron in room but they do have an ironing room *No parking, but down the street there is free parking, a 8 min walk. I easily found a parking at 10.30pm

This hotel is a little far from the center but close to the hospital, the rooms were clean and had enough space, air condition was working very good and the included breakfast buffet was good as well. we didn't try the pool area because this was packed with a british group and we stayed there for a city visit and not for relaxing. The breeakfast restaurant was as well packed with very noisy and loud british people they kept everybody busy and were not well behaved. The bar was nearly empty and the barkeeper served us very fast and friendly. Reception was fast friendly and gave us some hints and good advise for our city visit. The beds were very good and comfortable. Due to the fact that we traveled around Tuscany we could park our car at the hotel owned parking lot (for free)

My husband and I have now stayed at Hotel Garden Siena a couple of times, first earlier this year, and then during our wedding period in August 2023. We had our wedding in Florence but hosted our welcome dinner for wedding guests at Hotel Garden Siena, and had many of our guests staying there throughout our wedding period. Gianluigi and his team were absolutely phenomenal, and went above and beyond to make our stay and the stay of our guests perfect. The welcome dinner in the downstairs space was stunning, the staff were amazing and the food was so good. The views from the hotel are wonderful and the rooms make for a very comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, strong water pressure, and a lovely breakfast. There was plenty of parking and it's really easy to get into Siena from the hotel. We are so so grateful for the whole team, and want to thank them and Gianluigi for making our wedding period so special.

Lovely lovely people. Before and during our arrival - so helpful. We had a few issues getting to the hotel and eventually arrived at 02.30 the next day. Received nothing but cooperation and help. Arrived and given keys to our 4 rooms to get to sleep. Paperwork after breakfast. Good breakfast and again, coffee beautifully served. What a delight. Good rooms. We had a superior room. Due to my stupid mistake, we booked the wrong week to the hotel next door...that's when Mr. Anthonio at the front desk came through like a knight in shining armor. THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR TRIP!!! The breakfast was decent, and better than we expected, more than ample choices. The room was tidy and clean, close to all the main attractions (all about 10 minutes walking distance). Mostly importantly, this hotel has a lift, a must if you have large luggages. THANK YOU!

We spent four nights in Palazzo del Magnifico and were delighted with our choice of B&B. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. This husband and wife team do everything they can to make your stay in Siena wonderful. Our room looked out at the rear of the Cathedral onto a piazza, which is a stunning sight. Fresh towels, ultra clean room and bathroom, with a piping hot shower. We were even able to borrow an iron to press my shirt for a wedding. Filippo set out the buffet breakfast, a table laden with a wide choice of goodies: juices, croissants, cakes, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit, conserves, cereal, ham, cheese. Plus he brought tea or coffee to our table with refills as required. Those breakfasts were fuel for our days in Siena. The Palazzo has lots of history (see their website), and we found it nicely located with just a short walk to Il Campo ( where the Palio takes place). A small supermarket is just three minutes away. Our host were great. Filippo even booked us a taxi to take us to the train station on our last day. I recommend Palazzo del Magnifico unreservedly. I shall stay there again if I return to Siena.

We had been to Siena a couple of times before but had never stayed overnight. Our goal was to do two full days of wine tours in the region. We had a problem with a bad head cold and needed to change all of our plans. The Battistero was very helpful in making this happen. We stayed in the St. Catherine room which besides being a good size, also had a terrace and a wonderful view of Siena and San Domenico’s. All the staff, Andrea, Rita and Patricia helped to make our two night stay a very positive experience. Great location, lovely breakfast and quiet accommodation made for a very good choice. Each member of the reception staff helped, with dinner recommendations, reservations, advice about getting around, etc. Something very special about staying here and we’d definitely stay again. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Alma Domus dal due notti dalla sera del 20 al mattino dl 23, ci siamo trovati molto bene il personale e gentilissimo, gli ambienti sono pulitissimi, ottima e abbondante la colazione, dolce e salata, con cornetti caldi, focacce, salumi, finocchiona , prosciutto di cinta - iogurt . The best hotel in Siena! If you decide to stay here (which you should) I recommend booking room 5. The terrace oversees the city center, the duomo, and part of the Tuscan countryside. I don’t think there’s anywhere else you can get a view of the city as cool as this. The room was comfortable and clean as well. While it’s easy to look at the photos and think the views and the room are the main selling points of the hotel, in reality it’s the staff that make this place special. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to help make our stay memorable. They made us a reservation at a Michelin star restaurant, provided a fantastic check in experience, and Gabriela was so patient and amazing helping me navigate the bus system so we could get from Florence to Siena and back with no stress. I hope to be able to return to Siena again in my lifetime, and if I’m fortunate to be able to I’ll be staying here again.

This hotel has been very tastefully designed and decorated. It feels modern with excellent attention to period detail. The hotel is housed in an excellently refurbished villa, so has the atmosphere of a small exclusive residence. There is a pleasant outdoor space with comfortable seating and shade. It is easy to walk into the centre, takes about 15 minutes. Free parking in the area is a bonus. The room was small, but as a single room it was fine. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever encountered in an hotel. The shower was perfect and the actual fittings; taps, toilet etc were the sort of thing I would choose for my own home! COVID-19 procedure: hand sanitiser available, mask wearing enforced, rooms appeared well prepared and cleaned. Breakfast is served to you, from a choice which you fill in on a form the day before. A good choice of the usual breakfast foods is available. The dining area is delightful. Staff were friendly and very efficient. This hotel is excellent value for money.

It was a wonderful stay. Pros: * The rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views * Breakfast was good, plenty of options but till 10am on weekdays. And they really start taking away all the food at 10am. * Right in the center of the city, you can walk anywhere * They keep your suitcases after checkout. I asked them if I can come back for them later that day, and they were nice and kept them. Cons *No coffee machine in room. They do have a fridge though. *No iron in room but they do have an ironing room *No parking, but down the street there is free parking, a 8 min walk. I easily found a parking at 10.30pm

We booked this hotel for 2 nights primarily for the amazing location adjacent to the main Piazza del Campo and main ancient sites. Unfortunately, management (Leonardo) chose not to communicate in advance of our checking in and paying that most of the hotel would be occupied our first night by a private school of teenagers on tour. If there were any modern-day soundproofing, this wouldn't have been an issue. However, since the young guests wanted to party and were not well supervised by their chaperones, we expected management to step up and ensure the rest of his guests would be able to sleep before 1:30 am. In the evening (approx. 10 pm), I'd opened our door to see what the noise was about and gave an evil eye, unfortunately the older gentleman next door could only agree. At 12:25 am, I got dressed and left a note downstairs on the front reception desk as management didn't seem to be around nor dealing with the noise issue. In our civil note, we expressed our disappointment and that we couldn't sleep for hours when tired after a days travel to Siena. Just prior to checkout time the following morning, Leonardo chose to come to our door to discuss, and apparently hadn't appreciated that we hadn't woke him in the night instead chose to allow him to sleep as he had to run the hotel the next day. Apparently we were supposed to call him in the middle of the night. He raised his voice and told us ”we should have stayed in a better or more expensive hotel if we wanted quiet”. I told him, the room was clean and just fine, that we hadn't expected a 4 or 5 star hotel, but did expect to be able to sleep at night. We were accused of wqnting a free night as we had suggested some compensation in lieu of sleep as management hadn't successfully dealt with the noise problem. He refused to refund our second nights payment so that we could stay elsewhere, so had to stay again. We were looking for a compromise and admission that he hadn't been around to manage. Basically we were told off instead. What could have been resolved or at least smoothed over easily with a refund, a simple offer of a cappucino & croissant for breakfast or a minor price adjustment for our second night was not even considered by management. though breakfast was not included, he did supply for the private school but no one else??? Instead, he chose to be argumentative. We left with a very bad taste which has never happened before. We have travelled all over North America, Europe (numerous trips) and into South America for 40 years, staying in 1 - 5 star hotels, hostels, apartments... and never have we been treated or spoken too in such a crass way. This behaviour is not the way to regain business! Since we ourselves have been in a service business for over 36 years, we would never consider not addressing a valid problem or complaint, nor speaking to customers in this way. We feel Leonardo needs to be present, more management training, and better problem solving skills if he's going to be suc

The room was a simple room, average Italian size with a small bathroom. It’s in the outskirts of Siena but one can walk if desire. It has a big parking lot, so RVs can fit in too. The breakfast was big and fresh. It was really clean and definitely would comeback because the service was really good.
