Fantastic service from the beginning to checking out! They are super attentive to your needs and everything provided was very personalised. I love it that the onsent resort is very private and it seems like they mostly served local tourist. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and it was a perfect stay! I would definitely come back again.

家族3人でお世話になりました。2度目の利用です。前回あまりにもお食事が良かったので、今度は息子を連れてきました。私も息子も結構味には敏感な方だと思っていますが、ここの食事はとても満足するものでした。器一つ一つの盛り付けやすべての点で行き届いていて、特に前菜が他の所と差が出ると思うんですが、一品一品手を抜くことなく、その素材を生かしたお料理になっていたと思います。すべてにおいてお料理素晴らしかったです。また源泉掛け流しのお湯でしたので、3つの貸切風呂と大浴場ともにゆったりとすることができました。主人は神経痛持ちなので、とても神経痛に効いたと言って喜んでいました。スタッフの方も全て行き届いておられました。100年近い歴史があるだけあって素晴らしい旅館だと思いました。またぜひ伺いたいです。

在大風大雨的一天來到熱川，酒店的溫泉療癒到了身心。房間很新，有木頭的香味，很喜歡！ 如果時間充足的話，6個溫泉都要試試，各有特色！如果不想泡太久的話，直接選擇露天風呂～ 唯一有點疑惑的是，app寫酒店是僅招待成人（我選擇的其中一個原因），結果入住當天有一個日本家庭帶了幾個孩子，早餐晚餐時間有點吵（房間在餐廳附近）～

The boss lady is very nice. In addition, we also have our own restaurant in Atami, which guarantees the standard of breakfast and dinner. We have the freshest seafood from Shimoda Port and the specialty golden bream🐟. So book it in advance. The Japanese-style tatami room is too spacious👍👍👍. Make me want to go back to live in Tokyo🤗. The hot spring ♨️ is truly natural, without artificial heating, added. Comfortable😌❤️. Japanese and foreigners who see the hotel will choose to stay here for a few days in the bubble hot spring. Go to the beach to see the beauty of the southernmost tip of the Izu Peninsula. Quiet and comfortable. I met a family with a dog. Cute 🐶! Yukata 👘 is also very shaved. Prettier than in Hakone. fair enough, good room, a bit strange bath, I wood prefer normal Japanese system but i beleive it is a matter of personal preference

The staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby. However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot. However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.

個人覺得性價比還比較高的，也是在海邊的一家酒店。酒店的服務人員基本是外籍人員，服務與純日式的酒店稍有遜色。入住時也會詳細告知酒店的設施服務。酒店會提供免費的下午茶小吃，啤酒蠻好喝的。晚餐是自助的，特別細喜歡那個大蝦，又糯又甜。而且還提供好多酒都是自助的，喜歡喝兩口的人會特別開心。酒店有4個公共浴場，其中晚上6樓的露天温泉可預約30分鐘家庭風呂，晚上泡着温泉，抬頭就能看到滿天的星星。
