"Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too."

"Absolutely amazing hotel that we just cannot get enough of. The location is in a tranquil little village which we very much enjoyed after coming from bustling Tokyo. The private onsen in the room was on the balcony and overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy a beautiful view while relaxing, and the food was one of the best I’ve had in an onsen hotel. Room itself was also lovely, we stayed in a Western style room and it was clean and spacious. Would definitely visit again if I come back to Ito."

"在大風大雨的一天來到熱川，酒店的溫泉療癒到了身心。房間很新，有木頭的香味，很喜歡！ 如果時間充足的話，6個溫泉都要試試，各有特色！如果不想泡太久的話，直接選擇露天風呂～ 唯一有點疑惑的是，app寫酒店是僅招待成人（我選擇的其中一個原因），結果入住當天有一個日本家庭帶了幾個孩子，早餐晚餐時間有點吵（房間在餐廳附近）～"

"我抵達酒店時已過18點，進入房間卻發現與預訂不符：房間內沒有床（見圖1），而我預訂的明明是帶床房型（見圖2）。向酒店提出質疑後，對方卻堅稱這就是我訂的房間。更糟的是，走到陽台還能聽到側面機器的嘈雜噪音，我立刻聯繫攜程酒店小管家，同步了預訂房型截圖和陽台噪音現場圖，要求換房。 小管家加急與酒店溝通，很快有工作人員上門，卻表示“換帶床的房間需額外加錢”。我再次聯繫小管家，對方核實後告知是攜程平台放錯圖片，承諾承擔升級房型的費用。最終酒店換了一位年輕工作人員接待，帶我們選了原預訂的房型（即圖2），新房間不僅重新裝修過，又新又大，海景視野也極佳，與之前陳舊的房間反差明顯。 雖然此事耽誤了些時間，但攜程處理效率很高，小管家全程態度積極，在海外酒店的場景下能快速解決問題，值得表揚。此外，酒店的其他體驗可圈可點：晚餐在海景小包廂用餐，吃到的金目鯛雖偏甜，但服務的台灣小哥kai很貼心，不僅詳細介紹餐食，還怕我們不懂日語，額外講解了酒店設施用法；早餐也不錯，我喜歡早餐有熱乎乎的飯和湯。酒店温泉體驗很棒，泡着很舒服。 最後提醒，酒店提供車站接送服務，一定要提前預約，否則周邊的坡路步行起來非常吃力。選對房間的話，這家酒店其實很值得入住。目前我看到攜程已經把房間的圖片更新了，後續應該不會再出現這樣的問題。"

"Quiet boutique hotel right next to the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset from the room every day. It was absolutely beautiful. The hotel has a slight antique feel to it given the era when it was built, but everything was well preserved. Private onsens were very relaxing, and we enjoyed the variety of selections in the mini store. One small downside is the potential bug/spider in the room being in the countryside, and we had a VERY big (though harmless) spider residing on our curtains when we stayed. But front desk was very helpful and immediately came to catch it for us."

"Fantastic ryokan in Kawazu with only 7 rooms. Located by the beach, although there is a road in-between. Weren't bothered by traffic noise at night though. Service is top-notch and the food at dinner is amazing and varied. Very fresh seafood with the nightly sashimi platter a highlight. Breakfast is western style and a bit limited though compared with the dinner, but still delicious. Would definitely stay here again."

"如果不在乎設備超級老化、不在乎衞生情況，衹看重海景的朋友可以放心預訂。 拉開窗簾即可見的超級海景是它最大的優勢，雖然不便宜，但在那周圍也不算貴吧。 我預訂前就已知這是一家超級老舊的酒店，且連玻璃很臟都有其他住客提到過，但我看重推窗可見的超級海景還是依然定了。 入住後，我的真實感受是即便一線超級海景也無法抵扣基礎設施和衞生條件帶給我的負面體驗。基礎設施比如洗臉盆漏水很慢，洗個臉泡沫水全部滯留在面盆裏，結束很久才能流完，所以面盆看起很臟。浴缸更不用説，根本不敢用。房間矮几上面各種不明痕跡，我猜是因為一泊二食的住客在房間用餐的緣故；房間有不明異味，有點像煙味又不是煙味，可能也跟在房間用餐有關；我們是三個床，兩個單人床，另一個是鋪的床墊，被子是那種我們中國已經很少見的那種花被子，面料很差，最關鍵的蓋在身上發癢，估計是長期沒清洗，直接堆在客房的櫃子裏一團一團的，單人床上的被子是酒店統一純色被子，所以我兩個晚上都是和老公擠單人床；另外飲水機裏面不知是生銹還是什麼不明物體，總之看到之後不敢喝那個水。 再説服務，前台checkin的時候看到的老爺爺老奶奶應該80多歲了，交流靠翻譯軟件，入住還算順利吧，衹不過我訂的是標準雙人間，是四張榻榻米，沒有床，我就是不想要床，結果還是被分到有床的房間，這本來算是升級的，但是沒人跟我講這一點，我也不想為難老爺爺老奶奶，沒跟他們提這個事情。退房的時候我很前台説需要接駁車，我看前台去找了一下同事，結果又是那個老爺爺正在洗咖啡杯，丟下手中的活就送我們去熱川站。所以雖然服務員很少，但我那兩天感覺服務也還行吧"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。 スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。"

"入住的房間很大，兩張床墊的洋式房，還有個按摩椅。酒店的露天風呂温泉風景很好，直面海景。早餐和晚餐都十分豐盛，上午出門時工作人員還會貼心的送我們每人一個午餐便當。感覺房費的價值都在餐食上體現出來了。酒店每天下午四點之前在伊豆熱川站會有免費接駁車，逢整點和30分，半小時一班，算好時間就能輕鬆到酒店。"
