PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was nothing short of a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, my kids were reluctant to leave, iand by the end of our stay, they were begging to stay longer! The location is perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the beautiful surrounding sights.
One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and welcoming staff. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I must mention they were quite easy on the eyes too! The outdoor pool area was simply dreamy, and the hotel also boasts three indoor pools complete with jacuzzis, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun.
Safety is always a priority, especially when traveling with children, and this hotel excelled in that regard. The presence of diligent and friendly lifeguards gave us peace of mind, allowing our kids to swim independently without any worry.
In all honesty, there wasn't a single aspect of the hotel we could find fault with. It provided us with everything we could hope for in a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

TTW2025Staffs are nice and helpful especially the gentlemen of concierge services. Had lunch and breakfast at 32/F dinning room. Food is delicious and sufficient choices of breakfast buffet.

Lokasinya sangat strategik dan mudah. Tandas dan bilik mandi berasingan, dan terdapat pengecas yang tersedia, yang sangat membantu. Satu-satunya barang yang tiada ialah berus gigi, ubat gigi, penanggal solekan dan pencuci muka, tetapi semua yang lain disediakan! Krim badan dan sabun tangan juga disediakan. Singki dan TV besar, dan katilnya luas, jadi saya sangat selesa menginap!

PPengguna TetamuBoasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests.
We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us.
A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. They are truly a class act!”
موقع مميز على شاطئ هونداي ، واطلالة ساحرة على المحيط، والفندق نظيف جدا ، وتعامل الموظفين ودود ولطيف للغاية متعاونين جدا واستقبالهم رائع ، فقدنا نظارة غالية مع سائق اوبر .. فاستعنا باحد الموظفين في الاستقبال ولا اعرف اسمه .. كان مهتما ومتعاونا وتابع لنا الموضوع رغم صعوبة الوصول للسائق .. ولكنه بفضل اجتهاده واهتمامه اعادها لنا .. فشكرا له وشكرا لفريق العمل جميعا انهم راقون ومهذبون

TTravaholicThis apartment is beautiful, offering a great room size for two individuals, complete with a balcony that provides ample space for luggage. We appreciate the heated floor, bright rooms, and the generously sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the kitchen utensils are simple, we noted the absence of certain amenities such as garbage bags, a dish sponge, a broom, or a dustpan. Additionally, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were residual marks from previous guests in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, being only a five-minute walk to Haeundae beach and an eight-minute walk to the city center.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

Aaehwa0613The Nampo Hound Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel with kind service at a decent price. The bathroom was on the 4 star side, with a nice rain shower and separate bath. The bed was comfortable to me, an American traveler. Being that I visited in winter, and have yet to go to a hotel in Asia where you can change the temperature, I liked the ability to open a window for fresh air and a break from constant heat. The housekeeper was quite nice, and gave me water, as I opted not to have my room cleaned during my three days there. If you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, I did have a little trouble on my second night, but it was the last night of a holiday weekend. Mnet helped to drown it out. They do have Netflix, Disney+ and something else if you have your login…and can read Korean. There are amazing restaurants and shops, centrally located near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Convenient to get to Gamcheon via short bus ride. I took both the subway and bus with luggage with no trouble (use Naver maps), other than overpacking. There are elevators for the subway, so that was the method I liked better for going to and from Busan Station. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Toiletries were decent quality, as was the hairdryer. My view of Busan Tower was decent. What I didn’t like: the room a little dusty, but only noticeable due to the sunlight, the slippers (for the bedroom and bathroom) aren’t disposable and there aren’t any USB outlets, which can be difficult depending on your converter situation. Oh! And the sink is quite big, so makeup application or needing to view your skin closely isn’t the easiest. I would recommend to friends.

PPengguna TetamuIf there is a small lamp and a curtain for each bed will be better, so keeping some privacy and while without disturbing others. Overall, the place is quite safe even there is no access requirement in the lobby. I will consider stay again for future visit.
