KKamay ChamOverall, I was satisfied with my stay. The only downside was that the waiting time for the lifts could be quite long, especially during peak hours.
One memorable (and slightly traumatic!) experience was encountering a flying cockroach while enjoying a drink on the outdoor terrace.It landed right on my shoulder 😱. It was definitely unpleasant, but since the terrace is an outdoor area, I understand that this is not something the hotel can fully control.
I also noticed that the service standards seemed to have dropped compared to my previous visit in 2025. While the stay was still enjoyable overall, the level of service did not feel as attentive as before.

We opt-ed for a room with a high floor, the views are stunning overall.
Hotel staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Would come back to this Hotel when im bAck at Busan my next Trip

MMummypandaRoom very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.

TThanathip MoolvongThis hotel has a resort with a ******. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours.
Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee.
Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout

However, there are a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from guests entering and leaving their rooms at night can be clearly heard, which may affect sleep quality. In addition, the towels and bed linens had an unusual, slightly unpleasant odour, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable.
Overall, while the hotel has strong points in terms of design and location, improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.

EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.
 The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

제제니킴I really like the room. It had 2 beds and lots of space to have extra 1 bed if you have more then 2 guests. The washroom was very impresive because it was very big and well organized. Bathtub, shower boot and toilet was seperated. 2 sinks. So it was good for family or couple. I used the pool. I strongly recomend stay at Ananti even if you want to use swimming pool. It was absolutly worth it!!!
I uesed the restaurent on 10th floor. It you reserve, you could enjoy delicious meal with wonderful view. I had stake and pasta. The stake was soft and yam yam yam.
Oh! One more thing!! I could able to uae another swimming pool acrossfrom Ananti at cove. It was toally worth it.

The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Whenever we used the toilet it was a torture…
Yet,
THE LOCATION IS PERFECT
THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM IS PERFECT TOO
So please renovate the whole building and I am sure it will be a perfect hotel in Gwangan then.
