The price & the service totally a steal. Love my place here it’s quiet away from all the crazy area & great top 100 cafe just 5mins walk away

The hotel is modern and generally pleasant, with a convenient location that makes getting around easy. However, there are a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from guests entering and leaving their rooms at night can be clearly heard, which may affect sleep quality. In addition, the towels and bed linens had an unusual, slightly unpleasant odour, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. Overall, while the hotel has strong points in terms of design and location, improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Room very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.

In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

Pros: Right on the beach. Saturdays have a drone show to the left of the beach. Soundproofing was good, especially being on a busy beach. Big smart tv. Smart toilet. Very spacious. Front elevator was transparent so the view of the beach going up and down was nice. Lots to do nearby - arcades, convenience stores, cafes, ice cream. Breakfast was worth it with good view of the beach and good food (bibimbap station and yoghurt drinks were a plus). Fair amount of vegetarian and vegan options too but only dairy milk. Gave us 2 key cards. You can ask if you need more water bottles. The hallway of the floors has a nice view of the beach, with bean bags to sit on, even if your room does not. Cons: Only 2 elevators (one is kind of kept away behind the building). Reception is on the 15th floor, it was a bit cramped because it was in the same area as the dining area. Price was on the expensive side, especially for a room without a window.

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

The Nampo Hound Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel with kind service at a decent price. The bathroom was on the 4 star side, with a nice rain shower and separate bath. The bed was comfortable to me, an American traveler. Being that I visited in winter, and have yet to go to a hotel in Asia where you can change the temperature, I liked the ability to open a window for fresh air and a break from constant heat. The housekeeper was quite nice, and gave me water, as I opted not to have my room cleaned during my three days there. If you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, I did have a little trouble on my second night, but it was the last night of a holiday weekend. Mnet helped to drown it out. They do have Netflix, Disney+ and something else if you have your login…and can read Korean. There are amazing restaurants and shops, centrally located near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Convenient to get to Gamcheon via short bus ride. I took both the subway and bus with luggage with no trouble (use Naver maps), other than overpacking. There are elevators for the subway, so that was the method I liked better for going to and from Busan Station. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Toiletries were decent quality, as was the hairdryer. My view of Busan Tower was decent. What I didn’t like: the room a little dusty, but only noticeable due to the sunlight, the slippers (for the bedroom and bathroom) aren’t disposable and there aren’t any USB outlets, which can be difficult depending on your converter situation. Oh! And the sink is quite big, so makeup application or needing to view your skin closely isn’t the easiest. I would recommend to friends.

Nice big room. With the ocean view. Bath tub is a plus. Just outside the beach train station. Nice to take pics. Got a few convenience shops around. 711 and GS around the corner. Thanks!

Because of our flight arrive in the morning around 8am and directly to the hotel, hotel did provide luggage store for free, besides we also able to early check in around 1pm instead of 3pm. thank u for your service
