Had a pleasant time at Park Hyatt Busan Located directly opposite the Bridge with the magnificent sea view We opt-ed for a room with a high floor, the views are stunning overall. Hotel staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Would come back to this Hotel when im bAck at Busan my next Trip

We stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.

The hotel is modern and generally pleasant, with a convenient location that makes getting around easy. However, there are a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from guests entering and leaving their rooms at night can be clearly heard, which may affect sleep quality. In addition, the towels and bed linens had an unusual, slightly unpleasant odour, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. Overall, while the hotel has strong points in terms of design and location, improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.

I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

The hotel lobby is located on the 6th floor. Staffs can speak English very well. The hotel can be walked from metro station (10 min walk). There are many restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. I selected the ocean view room. The view was really excellent, however the windows are coated with something so you need to turn off the light before you can see outside. The room was spacious, there is a bath tub. But If you come with your friend it can be a bit awkard since the bath tub has some clear window which you can see another side of the room. I wake up late so I did not experience the breakfast.

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

Pros: Right on the beach. Saturdays have a drone show to the left of the beach. Soundproofing was good, especially being on a busy beach. Big smart tv. Smart toilet. Very spacious. Front elevator was transparent so the view of the beach going up and down was nice. Lots to do nearby - arcades, convenience stores, cafes, ice cream. Breakfast was worth it with good view of the beach and good food (bibimbap station and yoghurt drinks were a plus). Fair amount of vegetarian and vegan options too but only dairy milk. Gave us 2 key cards. You can ask if you need more water bottles. The hallway of the floors has a nice view of the beach, with bean bags to sit on, even if your room does not. Cons: Only 2 elevators (one is kind of kept away behind the building). Reception is on the 15th floor, it was a bit cramped because it was in the same area as the dining area. Price was on the expensive side, especially for a room without a window.

Great hotel in a great location. 2 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely rooftop pool to cool down in after a long day! Made lots of use of the balcony too! Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed so no breakfast options.

The Nampo Hound Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel with kind service at a decent price. The bathroom was on the 4 star side, with a nice rain shower and separate bath. The bed was comfortable to me, an American traveler. Being that I visited in winter, and have yet to go to a hotel in Asia where you can change the temperature, I liked the ability to open a window for fresh air and a break from constant heat. The housekeeper was quite nice, and gave me water, as I opted not to have my room cleaned during my three days there. If you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, I did have a little trouble on my second night, but it was the last night of a holiday weekend. Mnet helped to drown it out. They do have Netflix, Disney+ and something else if you have your login…and can read Korean. There are amazing restaurants and shops, centrally located near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Convenient to get to Gamcheon via short bus ride. I took both the subway and bus with luggage with no trouble (use Naver maps), other than overpacking. There are elevators for the subway, so that was the method I liked better for going to and from Busan Station. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Toiletries were decent quality, as was the hairdryer. My view of Busan Tower was decent. What I didn’t like: the room a little dusty, but only noticeable due to the sunlight, the slippers (for the bedroom and bathroom) aren’t disposable and there aren’t any USB outlets, which can be difficult depending on your converter situation. Oh! And the sink is quite big, so makeup application or needing to view your skin closely isn’t the easiest. I would recommend to friends.

Because of our flight arrive in the morning around 8am and directly to the hotel, hotel did provide luggage store for free, besides we also able to early check in around 1pm instead of 3pm. thank u for your service
